Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for heating a building and for heating water.
; o Usually heating systems are operated using fossil fuels, i.e. oil, coal or gas. The energy costs for this are high, i.e. the economy is bad. It is also known to operate heating systems with heat pumps, but their heat supply at very low temperatures is not sufficient, so that a conventional heating system is also necessary. This also does not result in an optimal, economical and energy-efficient heat supply.
It is an object of the invention to provide a method of one! » to create the type mentioned above, which makes it possible to operate a heating system extremely economically.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the energy sources are the solar energy via a solar collector, the ambient heat via an air heat exchanger and Î? fossil energy can be used via an additional heater, and that these energy sources take over the heat supply individually or in combination, depending on the amount of energy, whereby a heat accumulator and a heat pump are also switched on in the heating process.
4 »In this way, it is possible to primarily utilize the free types of energy with reasonable equipment costs and thus to supply the necessary heat at low cost.
Particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention 45 result from the dependent claims.

From valve 28, a line 29 leads directly to a valve 30. In line 29 is? a valve 31 is arranged. This is bypassed by a bypass line 32 starting from the line 29, which leads through the additional heater 17 and flows back into the line 29. A line 33 leads from the valve 30 to the upper part of the radiator 19, while a line 34 leads from the lower part to the heat accumulator 15. There it is connected to a heat exchanger 35, from the upper part of which a line leads to the valve 23. In the heat accumulator 15, a second heat exchanger 37 is arranged, from the lower part of which a line 38 leads to a line 39, while from i * its upper part a line 40 leads to line 21. A valve 41 is arranged in line 40. The line 39 leads from the line 34 to the lower part of the solar collector 12.
The water pipes described above are filled with an antifreeze water solution. The valves described and illustrated are expediently solenoid valves which are controlled electrically by a control device.
Solar energy is thus used for heating as far as possible via the solar collector 12 or fed into the heat accumulator 15 via the heat exchanger 37. The cool water rising in the line 39 in pumping mode is heated in the collector by the sunlight and conducted into the heat store via the line 21 as well as the line 40 and the opened valve 41. Warm or hot water from line 21 reaches when using the collector for direct heating via valves 22, 23 and line branch 24 as well as valve 25, line 27 and valves 28 and 31 into line 29 and from there via Valve 30 to the radiator 19. From there, it flows cooled down via line 34, valve 47 and line 39 back to the collector. Optionally, warm water from valve 30 still gets into the hot water boiler 18 and heats it up. From this it can be seen that the radiator 19 or the hot water system are supplied by appropriate valve positions and also the heat accumulator 15,
falls noch überschüssige Wärme zur Verfügung steht. Ist das nicht der Fall, so wird das Ventil 41 geschlossen. if there is still excess heat available. If this is not the case, the valve 41 is closed.
If the solar radiation is too low, but the heat accumulator 15 is at a sufficient temperature level, the room heating or the hot water boiler 18 can be supplied directly with heat from the heat accumulator 15 by adjusting the valves accordingly.
At collector or heat storage temperatures which are no longer sufficient for a direct heating described above, the heat pump 16 is switched on, with the boiler Î 8 or the radiator 19 being alternatively supplied with heat. The heat accumulator 15 is used as a heat source for the heat pump 16 when its temperature is higher than that of the outside air. Water from the heat store then flows via lines 36, 26 to the heat pump 16 and is cooled by the evaporator 16 '. The water heated by the heat pump flows from its condenser 16 "via lines 27, 29 to the radiator or to the hot water boiler, depending on the position of the valves. During heat pump heating operation, there is the possibility, depending on the temperature conditions at the collector 12 and heat accumulator 15, of collector heat feed into the latter.
If the temperature of the outside air is higher than that of the heat accumulator 15 when operating with a heat pump, the air heat exchanger 13 is put into operation. The water emerging from the exchanger 13 then flows from the line 42 to the heat pump, which then takes over the heat supply. The heat accumulator 15 can be charged at these temperature conditions regardless of whether the heat pump is switched on or not.
The additional heater 17 is switched on when the heat output of the heat pump is not sufficient to cover the full heat requirement.
If the electricity supply company requests a shutdown of the heat pump via ripple control command or if heat pump operation becomes uneconomical at extremely low outside temperatures and completely iced-up heat storage, then the heating requirement is covered exclusively by the additional heater 17. A charging of the heat accumulator by the solar collector or air-heat exchanger 13 is possibly possible.
If the air heat exchanger 13 is iced up, a defrost phase is provided in which warm water is pumped directly out of the heating system through the air heat exchanger. The additional heater can compensate for any temperature drops in the heating circuit.
In the proposed system, antifreeze solution circulates through the entire circuit including the radiators. If the same antifreeze solution is not also used as the storage medium of the heat accumulator 15, the two heat exchangers 35, 37 shown are required, otherwise not.
The exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from the one described above in that an additional heat exchanger 52 is provided between the collector circuit and the heating circuit. This has the advantage that only the collector circuit has to be filled with antifreeze solution, while the heating circuit can contain normal water. The heat exchanger 16 'of the heat pump 16 is now connected via a line 45' and a line 26 'to a coil 52' of the heat exchanger 52, while the other heat exchanger 16 '' of the heat pump 16 is connected via a line 27 'and a line 46' the other coil 52 "of the heat exchanger 52 is connected.
Eine weitere Leitung 55 With the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, simultaneous operation of direct heating (heat source is solar collector or heat accumulator) and heat pump (heat sources are the heat accumulator or the air heat exchanger) is possible. This embodiment differs from that according to FIG. 1 in that the water lines of the air heat exchanger 13 are not connected to those of the solar collector 12. The same parts as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1 are designated by the same numbers. A line 53 runs from the solar collector 12 to the condenser 16 ″ of the heat pump 16 and opens into a line 53 ′, which leads to the hot water boiler 18, or into a line 54, which leads to the radiator 19. Another line 55

führt vom unteren Teil des Sonnenkollektors ebenfalls zum Radiator, wobei die Leitung 53' ebenfalls an die Leitung 55 angeschlossen ist. leads from the lower part of the solar collector to the radiator, the line 53 'is also connected to the line 55.
A line 56 leads from the heat exchanger 13 to the heat accumulator 15, while a line branch 55 ′ leads to the evaporator 16 ′ of the heat pump 16. Furthermore, a line 57 leads from the air heat exchanger 13 to a line 58 which is likewise connected on the one hand to the heat accumulator 15 and on the other hand to the evaporator 16 'of the heat pump.
With this embodiment it is achieved that the direct heating covers as large a part of the basic heat load as possible and the heat pump therefore only supplies the additionally required heat. To a certain extent, this results in parallel operation of the direct heating and the heat pump. In this way, the heat pump consumes less electrical drive energy than in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1.
The separate pipe systems of the solar collector and air heat exchanger allow simultaneous operation of the direct heating and heat pump. The heat source for direct heating can be: the solar collector and for direct heating can be: the solar collector and the heat accumulator, while the heat source for the heat pump is the heat accumulator or the air heat exchanger. The following combinations are possible: direct heating with solar collector; Heat pump operation with heat storage as a heat source; Direct solar collector heating and heat pump operation with air as the heat source; Heat storage direct heating and heat pump operation with heat source air.
In contrast to the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 3, the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4 in turn has an additional heat exchanger 52. This achieves the same as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, namely to fill the heating circuit with normal water, the collector circuit with antifreeze solution.
The exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 5 to 7 show the heat store 15 designed as a latent heat store. It consists of an open or closed vessel 60 which is filled with a heat transfer medium 61, preferably water or antifreeze solution. The medium flows through an inlet pipe 62 to a double-walled plate 63, which has a larger number of holes 64, then into the interior of the vessel and through it to a second double-walled plate 65 with holes 66 and leaves this plate via a drain pipe 67. In this way the medium flows evenly through the vessel. It is important to ensure that the natural heat stratification in the liquid (lower part colder, upper part warmer) is not disturbed.
The storage medium 68 - preferably salt hydrates or water - is filled into a lot of small welded film tubes 69 or other expandable containers and into the
Eis befinden. Heat transfer medium 61 hung in, or it floats itself due to the difference in density or can be held in position by a thread 70 attached to the bottom. Water or an antifreeze solution can be used as the heat transfer medium, and the bags can also contain water or ice.
Normal or slightly polluted water as a storage medium does not tend to hypothermia when it solidifies. Not so with the salt hydrates (sodium acetate, sodium thiosulfate or others). For this purpose, seed crystals must be present in the closed vessel so that the crystallization process is initiated at the transition temperature. The salt hydrate 68 '(see FIG. 7) is therefore filled into a plastic bag 69' or the like, on which there is a thin, tubular extension 71 on one side, which is filled with crystallized storage mass 68 '. The bags with the tubular extension can be easily produced, for example, by welding the foil. The bags are attached so that the ends 73 of the tube extensions are always in an environment that is colder than the transition temperature of the storage mass. The storage medium in the bag can then be loaded by melting without the crystallized substance changing in the tube extension. When the bag is unloaded or cooled, the crystallized rest of the substance in the tube continues to act as a seed crystal.
The bags or receptacles are hung into the storage container according to FIG. 6. The tube extensions 71 all lead through a heat insulation layer 72 of the vessel 60 'additionally arranged in the vessel and are located 1, 1 at room temperature, for example. The bags 68 should be hung into the vessel in such a way that the tube extension is on the colder side when the vessel is unloaded.
The heat accumulator is charged by supplying heated heat transfer medium through the pipe 62 and removing the cooled one through the pipe 67. The vessel is discharged when cold heat transfer medium is fed through the pipe 67 and the heated one is discharged through the pipe 62.
Since the storage substances of latent heat storage in the 4.1 crystallized state have only a low thermal conductivity, relatively large heat exchanger surfaces are required, in particular for the discharge cycle. In conventional metal heat exchangers, the weight and volume ratio of heat exchanger to storage mass is relatively unfavorable. In the case of the proposed heat accumulator, the entire surface of the plastic bags or hoses that has been washed around acts as an effective heat exchanger surface. The heat exchanger costs are reduced. Corrosion problems do not occur, especially with the aggressive salt hydrates. The volume change 50 during solidification can be easily compensated for by the mobility of the bags among one another without the tanks bursting.
