Hand washing paste according to claim 1, characterized in that the weight ratio of sodium perborate to silicone oil is 2:1 to 4:1. 4. Hand washing paste according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains water-free, skin-friendly wetting agents. The present invention relates to a new hand washing paste which is preferably suitable for removing color soiling. In German Patent Specification 1 031 460, a hand washing paste is described for the first time in which the wetting agent is only formed at the moment of use. In this case, the acid on which the washing-active substance is based is incorporated into an oil phase in a simple manner because of its oil solubility. For example, the acid obtained as a result of a condensation of fatty acid with sarcosine can be incorporated into a natural vegetable oil such as castor oil, with metal soaps being added to improve the consistency. A mixture of soda, sodium dithionite and pumice powder can now be worked into this base. These inorganic base materials are surrounded by the oil phase in such a way that a reaction with the acid to form salts is not possible. Even small amounts of water are emulsified in such a way that they do not cause the reaction to proceed prematurely. When this paste is applied to the hands and water is added, the neutralization process begins with the formation of the effective wetting agent and the development of sulfur dioxide. Surprisingly, it has now been found that the bleaching and thus the cleaning effect of a washing paste with a composition similar to that described in German Patent Specification 1 031 460, which contains, for example, butyl glycol, lauridite, emulan, hexylene glycol, pine oil, lanolin, triethanolamine, talc, Aerosil, pumice powder and an anhydrous reducing agent such as sodium dithionite, is significantly enhanced by the fact that granulated sodium perborate coated with silicone oil is also added to it as an oxidizing agent. The sodium perborate granules preferably have a particle size that corresponds to that of the pumice powder used and is in the order of 30 to 60 microns (DIN standard size approx. GV2). It is necessary to first mix this sodium perborate granulate with silicone oil, whereby the weight ratios of sodium perborate to silicone oil can vary between 2:1 and 4:1. This mixture is then intimately mixed with the second mixture, consisting of an anhydrous wetting agent, a reducing agent, pumice powder and optionally the other ingredients specified above. Examples of suitable reducing agents are pyrocatechol, sodium sulfite or bisulfite, but especially sodium dithionite. In the paste produced in this way, the reducing agent cannot react with the oxidizing agent sodium perborate. This paste can be stored indefinitely, and it does not lose its reducing and oxidizing properties even after a long period of storage. If this paste is used for washing, the reducing and then the oxidizing effect comes to the fore first. It was to be expected that during the washing process, due to the dissolving effect of the water, reinforced by the effect of the wetting agent, the reducing agent would primarily react with the oxidizing agent, with the two substances then neutralizing each other and thus contributing to the cleaning or bleaching effect on the skin skin or tissue fall out. However, it has actually been shown that during the washing process the reducing agent acts on the skin first and only later, after about 2 to 5 minutes, does the oxidizing agent also become fully effective. This double cleaning effect of the washing paste according to the invention is of great importance, e.g. when removing dirt stains which at the same time contain dyes which can only be bleached by reduction or oxidation. Beispiel 1example 1 72,0 kg granuliertes Natrium-perborat werden in 25,0 kg Silikonöl 2000 eingerührt (Mischung I). 28,48 kg Butylglykol, 128,55 kg Lauridit VD, 31,0 kg Emulan, 8,02 kg Pine-Öl, 40,41 kg Hexylenglykol, 196,84 kg Talkum, 5,0 kg Ärosil,72.0 kg of granulated sodium perborate are stirred into 25.0 kg of silicone oil 2000 (mixture I). 28.48 kg butyl glycol, 128.55 kg Lauridit VD, 31.0 kg Emulan, 8.02 kg pine oil, 40.41 kg hexylene glycol, 196.84 kg talc, 5.0 kg Aerosil, 15.04 kg Lanolin, 27,5 kg Triäthanolamin, 94,0 kg Natriumdithionit und 158,07 kg Bimsmehl G V2 werden zusammen gegeben und intensiv miteinander vermischt (Mischung II).15.04 kg of lanolin, 27.5 kg of triethanolamine, 94.0 kg of sodium dithionite and 158.07 kg of pumice powder G V2 are added and mixed intensively with one another (mixture II).
