Abstract

The volumetric pump comprises an elastic lifting and forcing member of tubular shape, a support device which supports this member and moving gear which moves cyclically in contact with the lifting and forcing member, thereby determining on it a moving crushing zone. The lifting and forcing member is formed by a flat section provided with fastening appendages along its two parallel edges. In order to improve the positional behaviour of the elastomer section between the jaws (12 and 13) of the support device, there are provided, on the marginal appendages of the section, ribs with a semicircular profile (7) which are engaged in corresponding grooves (16, 17) of the jaws (12 and 13). Moreover, an excess thickness (5) and a guide ridge (6) interact with double rollers (10) in order to ensure that the fold line (11) is completely closed during the passage of the roller. <IMAGE>
