Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt durch ein erstes Beispiel,

The subject matter of the invention is a sun protection louvre with a cross-section that is convexly arched at least on one side and with pegs provided on the end faces for pivotable mounting of the louvre.
Such slats, usually designed as metal hollow profiles, are usually arranged in groups and in the closed position overlapping with a vertically extending pivot axis in building openings and have proven to be effective protection against direct sunlight in the room to be protected. The incident solar radiation is partly reflected, but on the other hand causes a not inconsiderable warming of the lamella, which often leads to undesired heat radiation into the room to be protected.
The present invention has therefore set itself the task of creating a sun protection louvre of the type mentioned, which not only prevents uncontrolled heat radiation into the space to be protected, but at the same time allows the heat absorbed by the louvre to be used economically.
For this purpose, the sun protection lamella according to the invention is characterized in that the convexly curved front wall of the hollow lamella body exposed to the solar radiation consists of light-permeable material, and that in the
Inside the lamellar body a flow path provided with line connections leading to the outside is created for a liquid heat carrier.
The translucent front wall causes a large part of the incident solar radiation to get into the hollow lamellar body and there at least partly directly, possibly partly also indirectly by reflection from the inside of the rear wall, hits the heat carrier flow path, so that on the one hand only a relatively small Amount of heat is radiated from the rear wall into the room to be protected, while on the other hand a large part of the amount of radiated heat is dissipated by the heat carrier and can be used profitably.
In the drawing, the invention is shown for example; it shows:
1 shows an axial section through a first example,
FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the lamella according to FIG. 1,
3 shows an axial section through a second example, and
FIG. 4 shows a cross section through the lamella according to FIG. 3.
The hollow lamellar body of the sunshade louvre shown in Figures 1 and 2 has a convex, i.e. outwardly curved single-beam or front wall 1 made of translucent material, and a symmetrically convex, i.e. outwardly curved rear wall 2, which walls are connected to one another by two longitudinal edge profiles 3 and are closed at the end by cover plates 4 to form a hollow body. The elements 2, 3 and 4 consist of metal, suitably aluminum, the inside of the rear wall 2 e.g. is made reflective by anodizing. 5 with a bracket is designated in the drawing; It is practical if several such retaining brackets are provided over the length of the slats. A tube 6 closed at both ends extends in the lamella axis a through the lamella body.
The pipe end flush with the lower cover plate 4 carries a bearing pin 7 which engages in a bearing bush 8 carried by the substructure, not shown in detail. The part of the tube 6 which extends through the upper cover plate 4 protrudes through a jacket tube 9, which in turn is mounted in a bearing bush 10 arranged in the upper support structure, not shown in detail. The pipe end protruding from the jacket pipe 9 is provided with an outlet connector 11, while the adjacent end of the jacket pipe 9 is provided with an inlet connector 12. In the axial longitudinal center plane of the lamellar body, two (there could also be more) further tubes 13 which are closed on both sides and end flush with the cover plates 4 carrying them are arranged symmetrically to the tube 6.
The tubes 13 are additionally fixed in place by the retaining brackets 5, analogously to the tube 6. As shown in FIG. 1, the upper end caps of the tubes 13 are provided with vent screws 14. The part of the jacket tube 9 protruding into the lamellar space is connected to the tubes 13 by means of distribution lines 15, suitably made of flexible material, which in turn are connected to the tube 6 in the lower lamellar area by analog collecting lines 16.
Thanks to the described mounting of the lamella, it can, here e.g. by means of pivoting levers 17 and push rod 18, by drive means not shown in detail, e.g. rotated by an angle of up to 140 about its axis a and thus tracked the sun so that on the one hand, e.g. as a member of a group of the same slats, as a sun protection slat prevents direct light incidence into the room to be protected, and on the other hand is always at the most favorable angle to the incident solar radiation in order to be able to absorb the greatest possible amount of radiation and give it off as heat to the heat transfer medium flowing through. Heat transfer medium is appropriate
sig water, whose circuit connected to the nozzles 11, 12 contains, in addition to the possibly necessary funding, a storage device that feeds the consumers.
The incident solar radiation reaches, thanks to the radiation permeability of the front wall 1, partly directly on the side of the tubes 6, 13 facing it, and partly via the inside of the rear wall 2 acting as a reflector on the back of the metallic tubes 6, 13, so that these are exposed to radiation practically over their entire circumference. It goes without saying that the curvature of the two walls 1, 2 leads to a certain concentration of this radiation in the interior area through which the pipes pass. The wall of the tubes 6, 13 can additionally be blackened or provided with a selective layer for better heat absorption.
While in the example described above, the heat transfer medium flows through pipes individually inserted into the lamellar body and interconnected by flexible lines, the heat transfer flow path of the example according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is formed by a coherent channel plate 26, which has a plurality of parallel, flat, open ends Has channels 26a. Here, too, the hollow lamellar body is formed by a convexly arched front wall 21 consisting of radiation-permeable material, a likewise convexly arched, metallic rear wall 22 and end-face cover plates 24. The longitudinal edges of the front wall 21 are inserted into grooved profile edge parts 23 of the rear wall 22. The channel plate 26 is left with a distribution or distribution channel connected to the channels 26a.
Collection space 27a, 27b in the area of the front cover plates 24 attached to the latter. The channel plate 26 lies in the longitudinal center plane of the lamella and divides the interior of the lamella body into a front-side irradiation chamber and a rear-side insulating chamber. In the lamellar axis a from both cover plates 24 a bearing pin 30 or 31, guided in an associated bearing bush 28 or 29, stimulates the distribution chamber 27a via an axial bore 32 in the relevant cover plate 24 or in the pin 30 via the bushing cavity and a transverse bore a supply line 33 for the liquid heat transfer medium in connection. Similarly, the collecting space 27b is connected through an axial bore 34 in the relevant cover plate 24 or in the pin 31 via the bushing cavity and a transverse bore with a discharge line 35 for the heat transfer medium.
This lamella can also, e.g. as drawn, be pivotable by means of pivot lever 37 and push rod 38. The heat radiated through the front wall 21 hits the channel plate 26, which in turn gives off heat to the heat transfer medium. In contrast to the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, here no solar radiation reaches the rear wall 22 directly; the latter is heated at most by its own radiation from the channel plate 26, but the air in the rear chamber has an insulating effect. Here, too, the front side of the channel plate 26 can be blackened or provided with a selective layer.
The lamellas described, which of course can be arranged not only vertically but also horizontally, not only offer the usual sun protection (whether used alone or in association), but also, thanks to their design as a solar collector connected to a heat transfer circuit, allow the use of the irradiated Warmth. It goes without saying that the heat transfer path in the hollow lamellar body also differs from that described, e.g. could be designed as a pipe coil. The lamella can be used in any building surface accessible to sunlight; to increase the efficiency, in particular to avoid undesired heat radiation, it can have a rear wall made of insulating material or coated with insulating material towards the rear.
If, as in the second example described, no reflection of incident radiation has to take place through the inside of the rear wall, this can also be different instead of curved, e.g. be flat or ribbed.
In any case, however, an insulating space between the heat carrier flow path and the rear wall is desirable.
