Abstract

The wall cast in the ground comprises prefabricated panels (5, 6) whose edges which are closed together comprise grooves (10, 12) having a cross-section of circular shape. A sealed element formed by a sleeve (13) filled with any product (14) which causes the sleeve (13) to swell slightly ensures that the sleeve (13) is applied on the grooves (10, 12). The method for producing the wall consists in lowering into the liquid slurry a prefabricated panel (5) with the sleeve (13) applied in its groove (10). Another panel (6) is then lowered by guiding it by means of its groove (12) bearing on the sleeve and by finally introducing a product (14) into the sleeve (13). This results in the sleeve being perfectly applied on the grooves (10, 12) thereby providing a seal between the panels (5, 6). <IMAGE>
