Fig. 2 bis 6 Längsschnitte nach den Linien II, III, IV, V bzw. VI in Fig. 1,
Fig. 8 bis 14 Querschnitte nach den Linien VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII bzw. XIV in Fig. 7.

PATENT CLAIM
Shoe component according to claim II of the main patent, characterized in that it is made of viscoplastic, shape-safe material, in which the embedding part (49) is located at the front, while a torsion stabilizer (50) made of resilient hard material is located at the rear, the latter being from the metatarsophalangeal joint part (33 , 34) extends into the heel bed (35), the stabilizer (50) decreasing towards the heel to the successive reduction of the elastic resistance against torsional and longitudinal forces towards the rear.
SUBCLAIMS
1. Shoe component according to claim, characterized in that the stabilizer (50) changes from front to back in thickness and cross-sectional shape and is turned into an inclined position relative to the underside surface of the component.
2. Shoe component according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the stabilizer (50) has the greatest thickness in the transverse central area and the upper surface of the same is parallel to the corresponding surface of the built-in part and opens out into a flat profile towards the heel bed (35).
3. Shoe component according to claim and dependent claims 1 and 2, characterized in that it has a flange-like peripheral edge which forms a support projection (51), the width of which increases from the front towards the center in order to decrease towards the rear towards the heel, whereby the Reinforced longitudinal center area of the built-in part, the peripheral edge parts, however, are designed to be more flexible.
The subject of the present invention is an improvement of the shoe component described in claim II of the main patent, used in the implementation of the method according to claim I, which is characterized in that it has an underside surface which is approximately on the one hand in the forefoot area between toe tips and ball of the toe and on the other hand in the heel area is flat, that it has an upper surface that is practically flat in the toe area, in the area of the ball of the big toe and in the area of the ball of the little toe each has a divestment, of which the former extends at least down to the toe area, while the other is less pronounced, and in the area of the heel is spherically rounded and concave, with a radius of curvature in the transverse direction of at most 1.5 times the greatest width of the shoe component, in such a way that
that the upper side surface in the heel area has a tangential plane which is parallel to the toe area plane or forms an angle of at most 10 with the same, and that filling materials are arranged between the lower side surface and the upper side surface, namely a first, softer, flexible filling material in the forefoot area and behind it, in the metatarsal area and in the heel area, a second, harder filling material.
The shoe component according to the invention has the characteristic that it is made of viscoplastic, dimensionally stable material, in which the embedding part is located at the front, while a torsion stabilizer made of resilient hard material is located at the rear, the latter extending from the metatarsophalangeal joint part to the heel bed, with the stabilizer successively Reduction of the elastic resistance to torsional and longitudinal forces towards the back against the heel decreases.
An example of an embodiment of the invention is explained with the aid of the drawing, namely:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of an embodiment of the shoe component with drawn longitudinal section lines,
Fig. 2 to 6 longitudinal sections along the lines II, III, IV, V and VI in Fig. 1,
7 shows a plan view of the shoe component with cross-sectional lines and
FIGS. 8 to 14 cross sections along lines VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII and XIV in FIG. 7.
As described and shown in the main patent, the built-in shoe has an underside surface which is approximately flat on the one hand in the forefoot area between the tips of the toes and ball of the toes and on the other hand in the heel area.
In the toe area, the top surface is practically flat and the top layer or insole 39 has a divider 33 or 34 in the area of the ball of the big toe and the ball of the little toe.As in the main patent, the divider 33 extends at least down to the toe region level and the other divider 34 is less pronounced. In the area of the heel, the divestment 35 provided is spherically rounded and concave, as can be seen from FIG. 14. The curvature of the divestment 35 is the same as in the embodiment according to the main patent. The upper side surface of the bedding 35 also has a tangential plane in the heel area, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 of the main patent, which is parallel to the plane of the toe area or forms an angle of approximately 10 with the same.
Again there are fillings 49, 50 between the lower and upper surface of the shoe component. The soft, deformable filling is located in the forefoot area and the harder filling 50 made of tough elastic material is located in the central area and in the heel area.
The filling 49 in the toe area runs on the upper side surface, as shown in FIG. 9, in a slightly inclined plane and is slightly cambered towards the top. The cambered surface of the filling becomes a straight line as a result of the pressure load, so that a formation is created which is equivalent to the fully straight design according to the main patent.
The shoe component 47 forms a unit with the insole or cover layer 39. The built-in part 47 has on its underside, as in the main patent, a graduation 41 running along the peripheral edge for attaching a shaft edge or sewing lip tape. The side wall-like flange 51 running along the inner arch of the foot serves as a support for the foot and is higher on the inside edge of the sole than on the outside edge. The support edge 51 has the greatest height in the joint area and decreases in height both towards the toe part and towards the heel part, as is the case with the main patent. The supporting edge 51 reinforces the built-in part in the longitudinal center area and is more flexible towards the peripheral edge part.
A torsion stabilizer 50 formed from resilient hard material is incorporated in the built-in part. The latter extends from the metatarsophalangeal joint part 33, 34 into the heel bed 35.
A toe-receiving recess 33 ′ is provided in front of the base joint part 33 of the toe. The structure of the stabilizer 50 is chosen such that a successive reduction in the elastic resistance to torsional and longitudinal forces towards the rear against the heel decreases. Furthermore, the stabilizer 50 has a shape that changes from the front to the rear in terms of thickness and cross-section, and in the rear sole part is turned obliquely to the underside surface of the built-in part. It also has the greatest thickness in the transverse central area, the upper surface of which is parallel to the corresponding surface of the built-in part and opens out into a flat profile in the direction of the heel bed.
The soft elastic Ausbettungteil 49 is preferably made of an elastic foam plastic, such as polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane or soft foam plastic such as
Viscose. The deformations produced in the elastic or soft divestment part 49 mainly relate to concave impressions of the metatarsal heads and the big toes. For the divesting part 49, a thermoplastic material can also be used, which has the property, after the form-fitting adaptation to the foot, z. B. after wearing the shoes once to harden automatically.
The described shoe component is intended to enable the so-called natural footstep walking in the shoe, which is intended to meet the anatomical requirements when walking on soft natural ground.
This requires a shoe component that has the anatomically correct transverse and longitudinal curvature that corresponds to a healthy, normal foot in order to create the prerequisite for a possible recovery of the lost, normal position and function of the foot.
In order to fulfill this task, the shoe component must promote and ensure easy, symptom-free rolling of the foot.
