Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen Mehrfachschlüssel und
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht in Pfeilrichtung II.

The invention relates to a multiple key for operating locks and / or screws of different types, in which key elements are arranged at different points on a key body.
Multiple keys are mainly known in the form of double keys, e.g. B. Double open-end wrench or double ring spanner. In these keys, the key body is rod-shaped, with the key elements sitting on both ends. This makes it possible to use a sufficiently large torque for both key elements to loosen or
Apply tightening.
But there are also known keys with more than two key elements in which the key body is made of flat material, on the edge parts of which the key elements are grouped in a certain arrangement.
The disadvantage of such keys is that a sufficient torque can only be applied for a relatively small number of key elements, so that additional resources, e.g. B. Extension tubes, for tightening and loosening, must be used.
The invention is based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages of the known multiple key and one
Multiple key of the type described in the introduction so that a larger number of key elements on
Key body can be arranged with which a sufficiently large torque can be exercised for tightening and loosening. Otherwise, the key should be good in the
Hand and not be excessively bulky.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the key body is arranged in a cross shape
Has arms, at the free ends of which sit the key elements.
The invention is illustrated using an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawings and will be described below. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a multiple key and
2 shows a side view in the direction of arrow II.
The multiple key shown in Fig. 1 and 2 has a key body 1, which consists of several arms
2, 3, 4, 5 composed. The arms 2-5 are arranged in a cross shape, namely the arms 2, 4 on the one hand and the arms 3, 5 on the other hand form the legs of this cross. in the
An opening 7 is provided at the intersection 6 of these two legs.
The arm 2 of the key body 1 is longer than the arms 3 to 5 and runs out at its free end into key elements 8, 9, 10 lying next to one another.
The key element 8 is used, for example, to open
Cylinder locks in which the cylinder, e.g. B. with round or cock profile, is not yet used. The key element 8 is composed of a cylindrical body and a cam 11 placed thereon.
The key element 9 is ausgebil det as a truncated pyramid which tapers towards the free end. The key element 9 can be used as a square pin key for different
Square holes are used. Such square holes are found on doors, cabinets and windows where the bolt has not yet been inserted.
The key element 10 is a cylindrical pin wrench, for. B. as a hexagon socket wrench, and it can be z. B. Tighten and loosen the screws with the corresponding hexagonal hole.
On the arms 3, 4, 5 key elements 12, 13, 14 are arranged, which, as can be seen from the figures, are designed as socket wrench elements. The key element 13 is designed as a square key element. In the bottom of the square bore 15, a marking 16, for. B. the width of the square bore can be arranged.
The key elements 12, 14 can also be designed as a square bore or have a polygon or other bore, as required. The opening 7 at the intersection 6 can also be designed as a key element.
The opening 7 shown in FIG. 1 can also be designed as a key element. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the opening has an opening edge 17, with which closures, for. B. bottle caps, can be opened. The opening 7 could also be designed as a socket wrench. Between the key element 11 and the crossing point 6, the arm 2, which is lengthened with respect to the other arms, has a recess 18. This can be used to arrange hints, e.g. B. company names or for advertising.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the multiple key is mainly used for people who work in new buildings who are able to open all doors, cupboards or windows, even if the handles or the lock cylinder, as is usual, still are not used. However, the key elements can also be put together in a different way and thus serve a different purpose.
The cross-shaped arrangement of the arms carrying the key elements ensures that a sufficient torque can be applied for each key element.
