Unnötige Lagerhaltungen an Ankerelementen verschiedenster Abmessungen entfallen.

The invention relates to a kit for the transport and laying of precast concrete parts, consisting of an anchor profile carrier, which has a plate-shaped anchor web and an anchor head firmly connected to this along the top edge of the anchor web, the surfaces of which facing the anchor web have a convex curvature and a coupling body with a Profile head of C-shaped cross-section, which can be pushed onto the anchor head and whose lips have on the inside the convex curved surfaces of the anchor head corresponding concavely curved counter surfaces and at their lower ends flattened end surfaces.
A wide variety of devices for hanging precast concrete parts on transport devices (so-called transport anchors) and also a wide variety of devices for setting up or fastening precast concrete parts at the place of use (so-called fastening anchors) are known. In general, anchor bolts are embedded in the precast concrete part, to which lifting equipment is attached by means of a threaded connection, ropes or specially designed transport devices for the purpose of transport. Such a device is described in the German Auslegeschrift 1,684,278.
The anchor bolt shank according to the aforementioned interpretation is designed as a connecting head that is widespread on all sides, while the connecting piece is designed to be approximately spherical and is provided with a longitudinal groove that is open in the longitudinal direction in an arcuate manner at one end and is undercut in cross section to match the shape of the connecting head. This device for suspending precast concrete parts on a hoist and all other known devices of the type described at the outset has the advantage that tensile forces in the anchor axis direction are well diverted into the concrete surrounding the anchor. It has been found to be extremely disadvantageous that tensile forces. which do not occur in the direction of the anchor axis cause destruction of the concrete surrounding the anchor.
In addition, the dimensions of the anchor element are determined by the dead weight of the precast concrete part to be transported and possibly to be fastened, which requires the manufacture and storage of a large number of anchor elements and fastening elements of different dimensions.
The object of the invention is to create a kit for transporting and laying precast concrete parts or the like that does not have the disadvantages of the known devices. It is also an object of the invention to create a kit in which a secure detachable connection between the armature profile support and the coupling body is ensured.
In addition, it is the object of this invention to design the kit in such a way that edge pressures when used. which can lead to the breaking out of concrete, can be avoided if, in the coupled state, the tensile force of the means of transport attached here does not act in the direction but at an angle to the Y-axis of the anchor profile support.
According to the invention, it is therefore proposed that the profile head of the coupling body, like the anchor profile carrier, be designed as an elongated profile, and that the end surfaces of the lips, when the coupling body is inclined on the surface of the precast concrete element lying next to the anchor web, are each supporting surfaces on one side.
This ensures that only one anchor profile carrier is required for a precast concrete part, regardless of its own weight. The length of the anchor profile beam depends on the weight of the artificial stone. At the place of use, d. i.e. before the not yet solidified concrete is poured into the formwork to be produced, the anchor profile girder is cut to the required length and installed before casting.
There is no need to store anchor elements of various dimensions. After the concrete has solidified, the coupling body can be pushed over the anchor head of the anchor profile beam, which in turn is attached to a crane hook tackle. When lifting the precast concrete part with the aid of the kit according to the invention, the direction of pull of the lifting tool is meaningless. The tensile forces are always diverted vertically into the precast concrete part thanks to the convex curvature of the anchor head, the concave curvature of the inner lips of the anchor profile beam corresponding to this curvature and in particular through the one-sided contact of the end faces of the lips, which serve as support surfaces, on the precast concrete part.
A further development of the kit according to the invention provides that two flange-like artificial stone coupling carrier support lips are arranged opposite one another on the anchor web at right angles or approximately at right angles to this at a distance from the anchor head. These artificial stone coupling support support lips serve as an intermediate layer between the end face of the coupling body's lips, which serves as a support surface, and the bottom of a recess in which the anchor profile support is located and thus ensure a very good and even introduction of the compressive forces into the precast concrete part. What is also achieved in this way is that it is not necessary to form the part of the anchor profile carrier that is later exposed before the precast concrete part is cast.
After the concrete has solidified, the anchor head is exposed so that the coupling body can be pushed on for purposes of transport without any special formwork work.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the kit is designed in such a way that the anchor web of the anchor profile carrier is wrapped by at least one lateral force anchorage.
Another embodiment of the invention provides that the anchor web of the anchor profile support is angled.
Finally, it can also be provided that the anchor web of the anchor profile carrier is angled twice.
In the accompanying figures, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. It shows
1 shows a profile used for the anchor profile support,
2 shows a profile used for the coupling body,
3 shows a simply angled anchor profile support,
4 shows a double-angled anchor profile support,
5 shows a section from a precast concrete part with the complete kit,
FIG. 6 shows a plan view of the following FIG. 7,
7 shows a section of a precast concrete part which is subjected to an oblique pull,
Fig. 8 to 13 application examples of the kit,
14 shows a kit in which the armature profile carrier has coupling carrier support lips.
In Fig. 1, an anchor profile support 1 is shown, consisting of the anchor web 2, the anchor head 3, the anchor web 2 facing surfaces 4, 4 have a convex curvature.
Fig. 2 shows essentially the profile head 6 of the coupling body, which is made from a C-shaped support profile. The surfaces 7, 7 ′ of the lips 8, 8 of the C-shaped carrier profile facing the web 9 of the profile head 6 are concave and form an angle smaller than 90 with the respective flanges 11, 11.
3 shows an angled anchor profile support with two anchor heads 3.
FIG. 4 shows a double profile armature support 1, likewise with two anchor heads 3.
A preferred form of application of the kit according to the invention is shown in FIG. In a precast concrete part only hinted at, the lower part of the anchor web 2 of an anchor profile support 1 is cast. while the upper part of the anchor web 2 and the profile head 3 are exposed on all sides from concrete. The anchor web 2 has a bore 15 through which a curved probation rod 14 is guided to better hold the anchor profile support. The C-shaped coupling body 6 engages around the anchor head 3 of the anchor profile support 1, it is pushed onto this. A transport means stop device 5, to which a transport chain 10 is connected, is fastened to the web 9 of the coupling body 6.
In Fig. 7, which will first be described, the case is shown in which the tensile force of the means of transport does not act in the direction of the Y-axis of the anchor profile carrier, but at an angle to this. This condition always occurs when a lying precast concrete slab is erected in its vertical position. In Fig. 7, the coupling body 6 is tilted due to the diagonal pull and sits with the lower support surface of the lip 11 on the precast concrete part, on the bottom of the recess. As a result, the force resulting from the diagonal pull is converted, among other things, into a force, indicated by an arrow, directed into the precast concrete part.
As a result, the compressive forces transmitted by the coupling body 6 are safely diverted into the precast concrete part without the concrete being destroyed.
In Fig. 6, a plan view of Fig. 7, the precast concrete part shown in Fig. 7 is designated by 12, immediately next to it is a further precast concrete part 16, not visible in Fig. 7, to which the precast concrete part 12 is connected. Above all, FIG. 6 is intended to illustrate that the diagonal pull can also take place diagonally.
In Fig. 8 an application form of the kit according to the invention is shown. In a precast concrete part, an anchor profile girder 1 with a double angled anchor web 2 and two anchor heads 3 is embedded. The traction means 10 is attached to an anchor head 3 by means of a coupling body 6. The other anchor head 3 of the anchor profile support 1 serves as a fixed point of an assembly support 20 with a rising spindle 21. Another coupling body 6, which engages around the second anchor head 3, is articulated on the rising spindle 21 of the assembly support 20. At the other end of the assembly support 20, a coupling body 6 is also articulated, which engages around a further anchor head 3 of an anchor profile support 1 with a double angled anchor web 2.
FIGS. 9 and 10 illustrate possible uses of the lateral force anchoring 13, which loop around the anchor web 2 of an anchor profile support 1. In FIGS. 11, 12 and 13 further possible applications of the kit according to the invention are shown for the final anchoring of precast concrete parts. Coupling bodies 6 are hinged to the free ends of the suspension devices 17, with the aid of which a precast concrete slab is fastened. The horizontal distance between the precast concrete slab can be adjusted with the aid of a spacer 18 which is also connected to one or two coupling bodies 6. Otherwise, the exemplary embodiments are designed in such a way that a detailed and further description can be dispensed with.
14 shows an anchor profile carrier which has two profile heads 3, 3 ′ and two flange-like artificial stone coupling carrier support lips 31, 31 on its anchor web 2. The surfaces of the artificial stone coupling carrier support lips 31, 31 ′ facing the anchor head 3 are not covered by the concrete. A C-shaped coupling body 6 engages around the anchor head 3 of the anchor profile support 1 with its lips 8, 8 ′.
When the tensile force is applied, deviating from the Y-axis of the anchor profile support 1, d. H. in the case of diagonal pull, the lower end surface of the corresponding lips 8 or 8 ', which serves as a support surface, rests on the surface of the artificial stone coupling carrier support lip 31 or 31'.
