Kanalprofil für Kabel, Drähte, Schienen, Apparate und Instrumente
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kanalprofil für Kabel, Drähte, Schienen, Apparate und Instrumente, welches dafür vorgesehen ist, in einer Brüstung oder an einer Wand befestigt zu werden.
Es hat sich, insbesondere im Zuge des Bauens mittels vor fabrizierter Elemente, ein Interesse für Kompaktprofile der Elektroinstallationstechnik im Innenausbau gezeigt. Der Einsatz von solchen Leitungskanälen erübrigt mühsame und kostspielige Bohr- und Spitzarbeiten am Bau selbst.
Unter Berücksichtigung dieser Umstände zeichnet sich das erfindungsgemässe Kanalprofil dadurch aus, dass mindestens zwei Böden zur Aufnahme dieser Gegenstände vorgesehen sind, und dass die Böden nach oben schmaler werden, derart, dass die äussere Umrissform des Profils im Querschnitt dreieckförmig ist.
Vorzugsweise sind dabei drei übereinanderliegende, parallel verlaufende Böden angeordnet, von welchen mindestens einer abgedeckt ist.
Damit ist es möglich, durch entsprechende Wahl der Abdeckung das Kanalprofil unauffällig und zweckdienlich, beispielsweise in Wohnräumen, anzuordnen.
Es ist auch möglich, das Kanalprofil mit einem Halter, beispielsweise mit einer Längsleiste, zu versehen, welche die Möglichkeit bietet, Instrumente und Apparate mühelos zu befestigen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird anschliessend anhand einer rein schematischen Fig. erläutert, welche die Form eines Kanalprofils mit darin verlegten Leitungen zeigt.
Das in der Fig. dargestellte Kanalprofil 1 hat im Querschnitt eine ungefähr dreieckförmige Aussenkontur. Es besitzt eine Rückwand 3, die in einen Boden 5 und einen Vorderrand 6 übergeht. Ein Teil der Rückwand 3 ist als Kanal 8 ausgebildet, welcher der Aufnahme von Befestigungsschrauben 9 zum Befestigen des Kanalprofils dient. Am Kanal 8 ist an einem Steg 11 eine Instrumentenleiste 12 ausgebildet.
Über dieser befindet sich ein oberer Boden 14 mit einer Abdeckleiste 15 sowie darüber ein oberster Boden 17 mit einer Abdeckleiste 18. Auf dem untersten Boden 5 sind im vorliegenden Beispiel Telephonkabel 20 eingelegt, während auf der Instrumentenleiste 12 ein Kabel- oder Anschlusskasten 22 befestigt ist. Auf den beiden oberen Böden 14 und 17 befinden sich die Telephondrähte 23 bzw. Starkstromkabel 25.
Dieses kompakte Fertigbauelement wird vorteilhafterweise als Aluminiumpressprofil ausgebildet, wobei die Abdeckleisten 15 und 18 beispielsweise aus PVC, Holz oder einer andern, zur Umgebung passenden Ausführung hergestellt sind.
Ein derartiges Kanalprofil ist äusserst schnell montiert, weist eine gefällige Form auf, verdeckt die unansehnlichen Kabel, Kabelkasten und dgl., und ist trotzdem leicht zugäng- lich für Reparaturen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Kanalprofil für Kabel, Drähte, Schienen, Apparate und Instrumente, welches dafür vorgesehen ist, in einer Brüstung oder an einer Wand befestigt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Böden zur Aufnahme dieser Gegenstände vorgesehen sind, und dass die Böden nach oben schmaler werden, derart, dass die äussere Umrissform des Profils im Querschnitt dreieckförmig ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Profil nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei übereinanderliegende, parallel verlaufende Böden (5,14, 17) angeordnet sind, von welchen mindestens einer abgedeckt ist.
2. Profil nach Patentanspruch, gekennzeichnet durch einen Halter, z. B. eine Längsleiste (12), zur Aufnahme von Instrumenten und Apparaten (22).

The present invention relates to a channel profile for cables, wires, rails, apparatus and instruments, which is intended to be fixed in a parapet or on a wall.
There has been an interest in compact profiles of electrical installation technology in interior construction, especially in the course of building using pre-fabricated elements. The use of such ducts eliminates the need for laborious and costly drilling and pointed work on the building itself.
Taking these circumstances into account, the channel profile according to the invention is characterized in that at least two floors are provided for receiving these objects, and that the floors become narrower towards the top, such that the outer contour shape of the profile is triangular in cross section.
Preferably, there are three superimposed, parallel floors, of which at least one is covered.
This makes it possible to arrange the channel profile inconspicuously and expediently, for example in living rooms, by selecting the appropriate cover.
It is also possible to provide the channel profile with a holder, for example with a longitudinal strip, which offers the possibility of easily attaching instruments and devices.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is then explained with the aid of a purely schematic figure which shows the shape of a channel profile with lines laid therein.
The channel profile 1 shown in the figure has an approximately triangular outer contour in cross section. It has a rear wall 3 which merges into a base 5 and a front edge 6. Part of the rear wall 3 is designed as a channel 8 which is used to receive fastening screws 9 for fastening the channel profile. An instrument strip 12 is formed on a web 11 of the channel 8.
Above this there is an upper floor 14 with a cover strip 15 and above it an uppermost floor 17 with a cover strip 18. Telephone cables 20 are inserted on the lowest floor 5 in the present example, while a cable or junction box 22 is attached to the instrument strip 12. The telephone wires 23 and power cables 25 are located on the two upper floors 14 and 17.
This compact prefabricated component is advantageously designed as a pressed aluminum profile, the cover strips 15 and 18 being made, for example, of PVC, wood or some other design suitable for the environment.
Such a duct profile is installed extremely quickly, has a pleasing shape, conceals the unsightly cables, cable boxes and the like, and is nevertheless easily accessible for repairs.
