Description
Verfahren für Brückenfreivorbau mit Vorschub
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren für den Freivorbau von Stahl- und Spannbetonbrücken mit Vorschub, bei welchem die Brückenkonstruktion in der Verlängerung der Brückenachse in Abschnitten hergestellt und mit einer Einrichtung in ihre endgültige Lage vorgeschoben wird.
Es sind bisher Brückenkonstruktionen im Freivorbau durchgeführt worden; bei diesen wurde aber entweder an der endgültigen Stelle betoniert oder es wurden die Abschnitte vorgefertigt und miteinander durch Anschlussbewehrungen verbunden. Diese Verfahren haben den Nachteil, dass die Brücke in der Querrichtung aufgeteilt wurde, weshalb in kurzen Abständen Fugen entstehen; ausserdem sind die Durchbiegungen bei dem Zusammenschluss nicht kontrollierbar, weil das Schwinden und Kriechen nie genau berechnet werden kann.
Vorschubverfahren sind u.a. auch vom Stahlbau her bekannt. Im Stahlbetonbau sind Brücken aus einzelnen vorfabrizierten Abschnitten an einem Ende der Brücke hergestellt, zusammengespannt und mit Hilfspfeilern über die Pfeiler geschoben worden. Dieses Verfahren hat den Nachteil, dass Fugen entstehen und die Hilfspfeiler das Einschieben hoher Brücken verunmöglichen. Die Erfindung sieht demgegenüber die Herstellung der Brükkenkonstruktion in der Verlängerung der Brückenachse in Abschnitten vor, welche aneinander anbetoniert werden. In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Verfahrens dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Brückenquerschnitt, der in der Längsrichtung aufgeteilt ist. Der untere Teil 1 besitzt Trogform, der obere Teil 2 ist eine Fahrbahndecke.
Fig. 2 zeigt das Bauverfahren: In der Verlängerung der Brückenachse wird jeweils der untere Teil 1 in Abschnitten hergestellt, welche aber doch fugenlos zusammengefügt sind. Jeweils nach der Herstellung eines Abschnitts wird der fertige Teil mittels den Vorschubeinrichtungen 6 vorgeschoben und der nächste Abschnitt 5 hergestellt.
Den Vorschub erleichtern provisorische Vorspannkabel, ein Vorbauschnabel 3 und ein Abspannturm 4, womit die Durchbiegung des auskragenden Teils verringert wird.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Verfahren für den Freivorbau von Stahl- und Spannbetonbrücken mit Vorschub, bei welchem die Brückenkonstruktion in der Verlängerung der Brückenachse in Abschnitten hergestellt und mit einer Einrichtung in ihre endgültige Lage vorgeschoben wird.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brückenquerschnitt in der Längsrichtung geteilt wird, der vorgeschobene Teil in U -Form gestaltet wird und als ergänzende Elemente vorfabrizierte Betonplatten verwendet werden.
2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgeschobene Teil mit einem Vorbauschnabel verlängert wird.
3. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abspannturm eingebaut und dieser mit der Brücke vorgeschoben wird.
4. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konstruktion für die Aufnahme der Vorschubsbeanspruchungen mit provisorischen Spannglie- dern vorgespannt wird.

The invention relates to a method for the cantilever construction of steel and prestressed concrete bridges with a feed, in which the bridge structure is produced in the extension of the bridge axis in sections and is pushed into its final position with a device.
So far, bridge constructions have been carried out using cantilever arches; In these, however, either the final point was concreted or the sections were prefabricated and connected to one another by connecting reinforcements. These methods have the disadvantage that the bridge has been divided in the transverse direction, which is why joints are created at short intervals; In addition, the deflections at the merger cannot be controlled because the shrinkage and creep can never be precisely calculated.
Feed processes include also known from steel construction. In reinforced concrete, bridges are made from individual prefabricated sections at one end of the bridge, clamped together and pushed over the pillars with auxiliary piers. This method has the disadvantage that joints are created and the auxiliary piers make it impossible to insert high bridges. In contrast, the invention provides for the bridge construction to be produced in the extension of the bridge axis in sections which are concreted to one another. An exemplary embodiment of the method is shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a bridge cross section which is divided in the longitudinal direction. The lower part 1 has a trough shape, the upper part 2 is a road surface.
Fig. 2 shows the construction process: In the extension of the bridge axis, the lower part 1 is produced in sections, which are, however, joined together without joints. After each section has been produced, the finished part is advanced by means of the feed devices 6 and the next section 5 is produced.
The advance is facilitated by provisional pretensioning cables, a stem navel 3 and a guy tower 4, which reduce the deflection of the protruding part.

SUBCLAIMS
1. The method according to claim, characterized in that the bridge cross-section is divided in the longitudinal direction, the advanced part is designed in a U-shape and prefabricated concrete slabs are used as supplementary elements.
2. The method according to claim, characterized in that the advanced part is extended with a front nose.
3. The method according to claim, characterized in that a guy tower is installed and this is advanced with the bridge.
4. The method according to claim, characterized in that the structure is pre-tensioned with provisional tendons in order to absorb the feed loads.
