O,O-Diäthyl-O-(p-nitrophenyl) -thionophosphat,
O,O-Dimethyl-S-(3 ,4-dihydro-4-oxo- 1 ,2,3-benzo triazin-3 -yl-methyl)-dithiophosphat, O, O-Dimethyl-S- (N-methyl-carbamoylmethyl)- thiol-thionophosphat,
O, O-Dimethyl-O-( 1 -chlor- 1 -N-diäthyl- carbaminyl- 1 -propen-2-yl)-phosphat,

O,O-dimethyl-phosphat,
O,O-Dimethyl-O-( 1 -carbomethoxy

O, O-Dimethyl-thionophosphors äure O-[chinoxalyl-(2)]-ester,
O,O-Diäthyl-thionophosphors äure-
O-[chinoxalyl-(2)]-ester, O,O-Dimethyl-S-(2-äthylmercapto-äthyl)- dithiophosphat, O,O-Dimethyl-S-( 1 ,2-dicarbäthoxy-äthyl) dithiophosphat, S-(2,3-Dihydro-5-methoxy-2-oxo- 1,3,4-thiadiazol-
3 -ylmethyl)-O, O-dimethyl-phosphoro thiolthionat, O,O-Dimethyl-O-( 1 -N-methylcarbamoyl
1 -propen-2-yl)-phosphat.

B. in Chem. Abstracts 48 11954], 3244) erhalten werden.
Pesticides
The invention relates to an agent which is suitable for controlling harmful organisms, in particular harmful insects and mites.
It has been found that the action of insecticidally and acaricidally active phosphoric acid esters by the addition of an insecticidally and acaricidally inactive compound of the general formula I.
EMI1.1
wherein R1 is a lower alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms and R2 is a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, is synergistically enhanced.
Insecticidal and acaricidal phosphoric acid esters are to be understood as meaning those whose effectiveness against insects and mites is known. Examples that are not intended to restrict the invention in any way include:
O, O-diethyl-O- (p-nitrophenyl) thionophosphate,
O, O-dimethyl-S- (3, 4-dihydro-4-oxo- 1, 2,3-benzo triazine-3 -yl-methyl) -dithiophosphate, O, O-dimethyl-S- (N-methyl- carbamoylmethyl) thiol thionophosphate,
O, O-dimethyl-O- (1-chloro- 1 -N-diethyl- carbaminyl- 1-propen-2-yl) phosphate,

O, O-diethyl thionophosphoric acid
O- [quinoxalyl- (2)] - ester, O, O-dimethyl-S- (2-ethylmercapto-ethyl) - dithiophosphate, O, O-dimethyl-S- (1,2-dicarbethoxyethyl) dithiophosphate, p - (2,3-Dihydro-5-methoxy-2-oxo-1,3,4-thiadiazole-
3 -ylmethyl) -O, O-dimethyl-phosphorothiolthionate, O, O-dimethyl-O- (1 -N-methylcarbamoyl
1-propen-2-yl) phosphate.
The effect of the mixtures according to the invention, which contain an insecticidally and acaricidally active IPhosphoric acid ester and a synergist of the general formula I, exceeds the degree of effectiveness that is achieved with the sole use of the active phosphoric acid esters for combating insects and mites.
Another advantage of the mixtures according to the invention compared to the insecticidally and acaricidally active phosphoric acid esters used alone is the broadening of the spectrum of action against the
Pests.
By using the mixtures according to the invention instead of the insecticidally and acaricidally active phosphoric acid esters, it is possible to reduce the limits of action, ie. H. the amount of active ingredient that is necessary for a complete killing of the pests to reduce considerably, at the same time as a further significant advantage, the risk of poisoning for the user and for the domestic animals is reduced.
It was surprising that, according to the present invention, mixtures of insecticidally and acaricidally active phosphoric acid esters with a compound of the general formula I as a synergist show an essential and significant synergism.
The synergistic mixtures according to the invention can be used alone or together with other pesticides, such as insecticides, acaricides or fungicides. The pests are controlled by conventional methods, e.g. B. by treating the body to be protected with the synergistic mixtures.
For use as crop protection agents or pesticides, the synergistic mixtures according to the invention can be converted into the customary formulations, such as solutions, emulsions, suspensions, powders, pastes and granules, depending on the intended use. The funds can u. a.
be used as dust, grit or granulate, as mistable, sprayable or sprayable liquids, as aerosols or fumigants. These are made in a known manner, e.g. B. by extending the active ingredients with solvents and / or carriers, optionally using emulsifiers and / or dispersants, where z. B. in the case of the use of water as a diluent, organic solvents can optionally be used as auxiliary solvents. The main auxiliaries are: Solvents such as aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g. xylene, benzene), chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbons (e.g. chlorobenzenes), paraffins (e.g. petroleum fractions), alcohols (e.g. methanol , Butanol), dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide and water; inert carriers, such as. B.
Talc, diatomite, bentonite, pumice stone, coal; Emulsifiers such as nonionic and anionic emulsifiers (e.g. polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ethers, alkyl sulfonates and aryl sulfonates) and dispersants such as lignin, sulphite waste liquors and methyl cellulose.
The proportions in which the insecticidally and acaricidally active phosphoric acid esters and a synergist of the general formula I are present in the mixtures according to the invention can vary within relatively wide limits. For example, mixtures which contain insecticidally and acaricidally active phosphoric acid esters and a synergist of the general formula I in a mixing ratio of 2: 1 to 1: 100 develop an excellent synergistic effect for combating harmful organisms. Mixtures of insecticidally and acaricidally active phosphoric acid esters with a compound of the general formula I in a ratio of 1: 3 to 1: 6 have proven to be particularly expedient.
The amount of the synergistic mixture to be used in crop protection agents can vary within wide limits. She hangs u. a. on the ratio of the components, on the type of preparation, the application method, the desired control success and the type of pests to be controlled.
Depending on the form of preparation, the content of the synergistic mixture can be between about 0.1 and 90% by weight of the agent, which can be used in concentrations down to 0.001% by weight. In general, however, use concentrations between about 0.025 and 10% in liquid or solid carriers give excellent results. For some purposes, higher use concentrations may be desirable.
The following application examples serve to illustrate the synergistic effect of the mixtures according to the invention, but are not intended to restrict the invention in any way.
1.Insecticidal contact effect against Ceratitis capitata (Mediterranean fruit fly)
Adults of Ceratitis capitata were used for testing. A filter paper of the appropriate size is placed in Petri dishes with a diameter of 9.5 cm and soaked with 3 ml of insecticidal broth. The broth concentrations are given in Tables 1-6.
The filter paper is then left to dry overnight at room temperature. 10 Ceratitis adults, 2 to 3 days old, are placed on the dry paper in each dish. The animals are previously anesthetized with carbon dioxide. 6 dishes are made for each concentration of broth. The animals receive about 0.5 ml of a honey solution as feed in a small polyethylene container. The dishes are covered with a lid and kept at room temperature. For each experiment, a control is carried out without adding the insecticide or without a synergistic mixture. The controls are carried out one day after treatment by counting the dead animals. The indication of the effect is based on L. C. Miller and M. L. Tainter, Proc. Soc. Exp. Biol. Med. N.
Y. 57 (1944) pp. 261 to 264, in LC 50 values, where LC 0 denotes the active ingredient concentration at which 50% of the insects are killed. The relative potency (last column in the tables), the ratio of the LC50 value when the insecticide is used alone to the LC 0 value when using the mixture according to the invention, expresses the degree of synergistic effect of the mixture used.
The synergist S1 in Tables 1-4 denotes the compound of the formula I in which R1 and R9 each denote methyl groups.
The synergist 53 in Tables 5 and 6 denotes the compound of the formula I in which R1 and R2 each denote n-propyl groups.
The synergist alone shows no insecticidal effect.
It can be seen from the test results that the effectiveness of the mixture according to the invention is considerably greater than that of the insecticides used alone.
