Method and device for the construction of the superstructures of a multi-span bridge in sections from reinforced or prestressed concrete
The invention relates to a method and a device for the section-wise production of the superstructures of a multi-panel bridge made of reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete.
It is already known to produce the superstructures of a multi-span bridge in sections from a cantilevered porch girder which is arranged above or below the superstructures and is supported on the final bridge piers during the production of the individual superstructure sections. After the completion of a superstructure field, the front girder is then driven into the next free field.
The use of such porch girders has the advantage that fixed falsework supported on the valley floor is not necessary, which is known to cause high costs and is also not applicable where the bridge spans a very deep valley or leads through impassable terrain.
In order to keep the equipment costs when building the superstructures of a multi-span bridge in sections with the help of a front girder as low as possible and to achieve particularly rapid construction progress, it has already been proposed to support the front girder with its rear end on an already completed superstructure part and to place it in its in the middle area on the next pillar in the direction of the front so that it protrudes into the next free superstructure field.
The superstructures are then built from the pillar starting from there to both sides and progressing from the porch girder in sections until one of the superstructures is closed and the superstructure of the next field is completed approximately to the middle of the field. The front girder is then moved into the next field so that the next superstructure sections can be produced in the same way.
Although with this known method the front construction of the individual superstructure sections is carried out symmetrically on both sides from the pillar, the front end girder suffers as a result of its static system as a free-floating girder with cantilever arm, due to the front end sections hanging on its cantilever arm on the one hand and in its field between the two supports on the other an asymmetrical deformation. This asymmetry of the deflection of the front girder is irrelevant as long as the superstructure parts protruding from the pillar to both sides are tiltable on this pillar during the construction phase and are only attached to the front girder for stabilization in the field.
The interconnected building parts can then only turn their tilting bearings on the pillar during the construction phase and adjust according to the asymmetrical deflection of the front girder and are only brought into their correct, horizontal position when they merge with the previous, completed superstructure part.
However, if the superstructures are to be clamped into the bridge piers, i.e. H. be rigidly connected to this, so that they cannot tilt during the construction phase, the asymmetrical deformation of the front girder must be taken into account when building the individual superstructure sections. This requires an increased structural effort, for example the arrangement of adjustable supports at the rear end of the front support.
The object of the invention is to circumvent these difficulties and to provide a method and a device according to which superstructure parts clamped in the pillars can be manufactured in such a way that the front girder used here only deforms symmetrically, but with all the advantages of the known method described above remain.
The method according to the invention consists in first bringing a porch girder over a bridge pillar on two spaced supports cantilevered on both sides and creating the superstructure section above the pillar and then cutting off the adjoining superstructure itte to be produced simultaneously progressively in the longitudinal direction of the bridge on both sides.
To carry out the method, a front-end girder according to the invention is used, which is mounted on at least two in the longitudinal direction of the bridge at a distance from one another on one of the pillars or on a rigidly connected superstructure section and from these supports in the longitudinal direction of the bridge cantilevered freely on both sides.
This method and the device for its execution has the advantage that the front girder cannot tilt and its deflection is always the same size on both sides of the respective arrow with a symmetrical front structure of the individual superstructure sections and by simply shortening the stages of the concrete or as Prefabricated parts to be assembled superstructure sections carrying hanging rods attached to the front support can be compensated.
In order not to let the supporting moment of the front girder become too great, the cantilevered ends of the front girder can be supported by bearing brackets after the completion of a superstructure section, which can be westergerücldt to the end of the finished building part following the construction progress.
The arrangement of such intermediate supports ensures that the deflection of the front girder changes only slightly from one front section to the other, so that the lever arm of the load always remains the same.
After the construction of the superstructure parts protruding from the pillar, the porch girder can be pushed forward to the middle of the adjacent superstructure area over the supports and laberbacks in the longitudinal direction of the bridge and positioned on the next pillar. So that the front girder can be moved further in the longitudinal direction of the bridge without difficulty, the supports and bearing blocks can be designed as sliding chairs or roller blocks. To compensate for the elastic deformation of the front end support, it is possible to make the supports and / or bearing blocks adjustable in height.
The invention is explained in more detail by means of the drawing using an exemplary embodiment, namely:
1 shows part of a multi-span bridge in a first construction stage in a side view,
FIG. 2 shows the object of FIG. 1 in an intermediate stage in which the front end support is advanced into the next field,
3 shows the object of FIG. 1 in a second construction state.
In the drawings, 10 denotes a biking bridge extending over several fields 11, 12, 13, etc., the superstructure fields 14, 15, 16 of which are made of prestressed concrete and are rigidly connected to the abutments 17 and the pillars 18 and 19.
Each of the superstructure fields 14, 15 and 16 consists of two superstructure parts 14a, 14b or 15a, 15b or 16a, 16b, which are in individual sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 from the respective pillar 18 and 19 to both sides at the same time progressively following the superstructure part 0 lying above the pillar with the aid of a front end girder 20. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the bridge piers 18 and 19 are designed as double supports which are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the bridge and are connected to one another at their head by the superstructure section 0 above the pillar.
The front end girder 20 is constructed as a three-dimensional lattice girder. It can also be a solid wall beam. In both cases, the cross-sectional training should be appropriately adapted to the circumstances. During the manufacture of the superstructure sections 1, 2, 3, 4, it is supported and supported on two supports 21 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bridge 10 at a distance from one another, above the respective pillar 18 or 19 on the superstructure section 0 rigidly connected to the pillar protrudes freely from these supports in the longitudinal direction of the bridge on both sides, its total length being somewhat greater than the support width of one of the superstructures 14, 15 and 16.
The front end girder 20 can also, depending on the construction progress, with its freely protruding ends 20a and 20b via bearing blocks 22 on already completed piers
18 or 19 cantilevered superstructure parts 14b, 15a or
Support 15b, 16a. The supports 21 and the bearing blocks 22 are designed as sliding chairs or roller blocks.
The front end support 20 carries a front end carriage 23 in each field on both sides of the bridge pillar 18 that supports it. The front end carriage 23 engages over the front end support 20 and can be moved with chassis 24 on the lower chord of the front end support 20. Stages 26, which are adjustable in height and which carry the formwork and the fresh concrete or prefabricated concrete parts for the respective superstructure sections 1, 2, 3, 4 to be produced, are in turn attached to the front building wagons 23.
The construction of the superstructure fields 11, 12, 13 of the bridge 10 takes place in the following way:
First, the abutment 17 and the first bridge pier 18 are erected and the superstructure part 14a is produced in sections starting from the abutment. For this purpose, the front end girder 20 can be used, which here expediently rests with its one end 20b on the abutment 17 and with its other end 20a on the pillar 18 or on the superstructure section 0 above this pillar.
The superstructure sections above the pillar can be made with the help of a special formwork scaffold attached to the bridge pillar. However, it is more expedient to pull the double supports of the pillars 18 and 19 up to the upper edge of the bridge superstructure, to stiffen them at their head with a yoke beam 18 'or 19' and to concret the superstructure sections 01 from the front girder 20, which extends directly over the supports 21 supported on the pier heads 1 8a and 19a.
As soon as the superstructure part 14a is completed, the front end girder 20 is advanced in the longitudinal direction of the bridge until its center of gravity lies above the pillar 18 and assumes the position shown in FIG. In this case, it is initially supported only via the supports 21 on the superstructure section 0 or directly on the supports of the pillar 18 if the superstructure section 0 is only produced from the front support after it has been brought into position.
Subsequently, the superstructure sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the superstructure parts 14b and 15a are produced in in-situ concrete from the pillar 18 to both sides at the same time, with the platforms 26 bearing the fresh concrete weight of the respective front section until it has hardened sufficiently. The front building sections are then tensioned and anchored against the already completed superstructure parts with tendons, so that the platforms 26 can be lowered and the front building wagons 23 can be used to manufacture the next superstructure section.
As the construction of the superstructure sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 progresses, the front end girder 20 is supported at its free ends via bearing blocks 22 on the already completed superstructure parts 14 and 15a, which are each advanced to the end of the completed superstructure parts 14b and 15a. In order to be able to correct the height of the platforms and to be able to adapt the deflection of the front girder 20, the height of the supports 21 and the bearing blocks 22 can be adjusted.
After the superstructure parts 14b and 15a have been completed, a back anchoring 30 acting on the superstructure part 14b is attached to the superstructure part 14b, which can be dispensed with if the apex construction allows this. The front end girder 20 is then pushed forward in the longitudinal direction of the bridge on the supports 21 and the bearing block 22 arranged on the superstructure part 15a until it reaches the pillar 19 and can settle with its front end on a support 21 arranged above the pillar 19.
This intermediate stage is shown in FIG.
The front end support 20 is then pushed forward even further until it reaches the position shown in FIG. After the superstructure section 0 lying above this pillar has been concreted, the superstructure sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the superstructure parts 15b and 16a can then be produced, as previously described. During the construction of the following superstructures of the bridge, which are not shown here, the same procedure is followed until the entire bridge is completed.
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment. The front-end girder 20 can also be arranged below the superstructures and these can also be produced from precast concrete sections instead of in-situ concrete.
Under special circumstances it can also prove to be expedient to at least temporarily support one of the freely cantilevered ends of the front girder by means of a bearing block on an already completed superstructure part projecting from the adjacent bridge support.
