Entnahmeverpackung für Tüchlein
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Entnahmeverpackung mit in derselben gestapelten Tüchlein, wie z.B. Papierhandtüeher, Papierservietten, Gesichtstüchlein oder Taschentücher aus Zellstoff, deren Verwendung weitverbreitet ist.
Insbesondere werden Papierhandtücher an der Öffentlichkeit zugänglichen Orten, z.B. in Toiletten, benötigt, wo sich Einrichtungen zum Waschen der Hände befinden. Die Verwendung von Textilhandtüchern an solchen Orten ist entweder bei grossen Handtüchern unhygienisch oder beim Bereithalten von kleinen Handtüchern sehr kostspielig. Gesichtstüchlein werden vorwiegend zuhause von Frauen für die Gesichtspflege verwendet.
Verständlicherweise ist es wichtig, dass solche Tüchlein in hygienischer Verpackung an den Verwendungsort gelangen, die einfach herzustellen, leicht im Gewicht und leicht zu öffnen ist und nach dem öffnen nur eine stückweise Entnahme gestattet und auch dann noch den Zutritt von Staub weitgehend verwehrt.
Die meisten der im Handel erhältlichen Entnahmeverpackungen für solche Tüchlein erfüllen die angeführten Erfordernisse nicht genügend. Oft sind solche Verpackungen zu schwer, da sie vollständig aus Karton hergestellt sind, oder sie sind in der Herstellung ziemlich kompliziert und teuer. Einige der bekannten Entnahmeverpackungen verhindern nicht, dass anstatt nur eines einzigen Tüchleins bei jeder Entnahme gleichzeitig mehrere herausnehmbar sind, und dass nach dem öffnen der Packung der Staub leichten Zutritt zum Inhalt hat.
Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird bezweckt, den erwähnten Anforderungen an eine Entnahmeverpackung für Tüchlein besser zu genügen. Die erfindungsgemässe Entnahmeverpackung zeichnet sich aus durch eine allseitig geschlossene Packungshülle aus heiss siegelbarer Plastikfolie, und durch ein Einsatzblatt aus steifem Material mit wenigstens einer Entnahmeöffnung, wobei die Packungshülle auf der Oberseite längs einer Mittellinie der öffnung perforiert ist.
Mit Vorteil sind die Tüchlein quer zur Richtung der Perforation der Packungshülle C-förmig oder wechselseitig ineinander gefaltet in die Packungshülle eingelegt.
Die Grösse der Entnahmeverpackung richtet sich 'nach der Grösse des Verpackungsgutes. Mit Vorteil entspricht die Länge und Breite der Verpackung praktisch dem Einpackformat der Tüchlein und die Höhe praktisch der Höhe des unterzubringenden Stapels. Als geeignetes heiss siegelbares Plastikmaterial sei z.B. Poly äthylen, Polypropylen, Polystyren usw. erwähnt.
Es ist ohne Belang, in welcher Weise die Packungshülle geschlossen worden ist, soweit dadurch ein sicherer Abschluss gewährleistet ist, der sich nicht selbsttätig, z.B.
beim Transport, öffnen kann. Die Packungshülle kann beispielsweise durch Klemmen, Verschweissen od.dgl. entweder an den Endseiten oder auf der Unter- oder Oberseite verschlossen sein.
Das Einsatzblatt kann aus irgendeinem geeigneten steifen Material, wie z.B. Blech, Kunststoff usw. oder bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform aus einem Kartonblatt bestehen.
Die Entnahmeöffnung im Einsatzblatt kann z.B. eine ovale, rechteckige oder mehreckige Form und eine solche Grösse haben, dass sich die Tüchlein ohne Schwierigkeit entnehmen lassen.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die öffnung näher beim einen Ende des Einsatzblattes angeordnet, weil dann das jeweils oberste Tüchlein an seinem einen Ende herausgehoben wird und bis zum andern Ende leicht durch die Öffnung herausgezogen werden kann. Erwünschtenfalls kann das Einsatzblatt mit zwei Entnahmeöffnungen und die Pakkungshülle mit zwei entsprechenden Perforationen versehen sein. Auch versteht sich, dass ein zweites Einsatzblatt auf der Unterseite der Packung angeordnet sein kann, welches jedoch eventuell keine Öffnung zu haben braucht.
Eine derart ausgestaltete Entnahmeverpackung enthält die Tüchlein hygienisch verpackt und ist leicht im Gewicht und einfach in der Herstellung, kann leicht geöffnet werden und erlaubt, die Tüchlein einzeln zu entnehmen. Überdies ergibt sich bei aufgetrennter Perforation der Packungshülle ein nur sehr beschränkter Zutritt für Staub. Diese Entnahmeverpackung kann eine gewisse Biegsamkeit aufweisen und die Eigenschaft haben, nicht zu gleiten.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist anschliessend anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher erläutert, welche eine Entnahmeverpackung in perspektivischer Ansicht zeigt.
Die veranschaulichte Entnahmeverpackung weist eine längliche Packungshülle 1 aus Polyäthylen-Folie auf, die an ihren schmalseitigen Enden 2 geschlossen ist. Unter die Folie ist an der Packungsoberseite ein Kartoneinsatzblatt 3 eingelegt, welches näher bei der einen Schmalseite seiner Rechteckform mit einer ovalen Entnahmeöffnung 4 versehen ist. Die Packungshülle 1 weist eine Perforationslinie 5 auf, welche ungefähr auf der Längsmittellinie der Ovalöffnung 4 verläuft und sich bis in die Längsseitenwände der Packungshülle erstreckt. Die in der Pakkung befindlichen Tüchlein 6, z.B. Gesichtstüchlein aus Zellstoff oder Handtücher aus Krepppapier, sind Cförmig gefaltet, wobei die Faltkanten an den Packungslängsseiten liegen und die einander zugekehrten Ränder entlang einer Längsmittellinie 7 der Packung verlaufen, welche als Quermittellinie der Ovalöffnung 4 erscheint.
Der als Inhalt einer Verpackung bestimmte Stapel von Tüchlein 6 wird mit dem Kartoneinsatzblatt 3 auf der Oberseite und eventuell einem Kartoneinsatzblatt ohne öffnung auf der Unterseite in die Packungshülle 1 eingeschoben, worauf dieselbe geschlossen wird. Die Entnahmeverpackung kann in dieser Form transportiert und gelagert werden. Gelangt die Entnahmeverpackung in Gebrauch, so wird die Perforation 5 aufgetrennt und es können Stück um Stück der Tüchlein 6 durch die öffnung 4 und die Perforation 5 in der Packungshülle entnommen werden.
Removal packaging for tissues
The invention relates to a withdrawal package with stacked tissues, e.g. Paper towels, paper napkins, facial tissues or handkerchiefs made of cellulose, the use of which is widespread.
In particular, paper towels are used in public places, e.g. in toilets, where there are facilities for washing hands. The use of textile towels in such places is either unhygienic with large towels or very costly when small towels are available. Face tissues are mainly used at home by women for facial care.
Understandably, it is important that such handkerchiefs arrive at the place of use in hygienic packaging, which are easy to manufacture, light in weight and easy to open and, after opening, only allow pieces to be removed and even then largely deny the entry of dust.
Most of the commercially available withdrawal packaging for such tissues do not sufficiently meet the requirements mentioned. Often such packages are too heavy because they are made entirely from cardboard, or they are rather complicated and expensive to manufacture. Some of the known removal packagings do not prevent that, instead of just a single towel, several can be removed at the same time with each removal, and that after opening the pack, the dust has easy access to the contents.
The aim of the present invention is to better meet the aforementioned requirements for a removal packaging for tissues. The withdrawal packaging according to the invention is characterized by a packaging cover closed on all sides made of heat-sealable plastic film and an insert sheet made of rigid material with at least one removal opening, the packaging cover being perforated on the top along a center line of the opening.
Advantageously, the tissues are inserted into the package cover in a C-shape or alternately folded into one another at right angles to the direction of the perforation of the package cover.
The size of the removal packaging depends on the size of the packaged goods. Advantageously, the length and width of the packaging practically corresponds to the wrapping format of the tissues and the height practically corresponds to the height of the stack to be accommodated. A suitable heat-sealable plastic material is e.g. Poly ethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, etc. mentioned.
It is irrelevant in which way the package cover has been closed, as long as this ensures a secure closure that does not automatically, e.g.
during transport, can open. The packaging cover can for example by clamping, welding or the like. be closed either on the end sides or on the bottom or top.
The insert sheet can be made of any suitable rigid material, e.g. Sheet metal, plastic, etc. or, in a preferred embodiment, consist of a sheet of cardboard.
The removal opening in the insert sheet can e.g. have an oval, rectangular or polygonal shape and such a size that the handkerchiefs can be removed without difficulty.
Advantageously, the opening is arranged closer to one end of the insert sheet because then the topmost piece of tissue is lifted out at one end and can easily be pulled out through the opening to the other end. If desired, the insert sheet can be provided with two removal openings and the package cover with two corresponding perforations. It is also understood that a second insert sheet can be arranged on the underside of the pack, which, however, may not need to have an opening.
A removal packaging designed in this way contains the handkerchiefs in hygienic packaging and is light in weight and easy to manufacture, can be opened easily and allows the handkerchiefs to be removed individually. In addition, if the packaging casing is perforated, there is only very limited access for dust. This removal packaging can have a certain flexibility and the property of not sliding.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is subsequently explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing, which shows a removal packaging in a perspective view.
The illustrated removal packaging has an elongated packaging casing 1 made of polyethylene film, which is closed at its narrow-sided ends 2. A cardboard insert sheet 3, which is provided with an oval removal opening 4 closer to one narrow side of its rectangular shape, is inserted under the film on the top side of the pack. The package shell 1 has a perforation line 5 which runs approximately on the longitudinal center line of the oval opening 4 and extends into the longitudinal side walls of the package shell. The tissues 6 in the package, e.g. Face towels made of cellulose or towels made of crepe paper are folded in a C-shape, with the folding edges lying on the long sides of the pack and the edges facing one another running along a longitudinal center line 7 of the pack, which appears as the transverse center line of the oval opening 4.
The stack of tissues 6 determined as the contents of a package is pushed into the package cover 1 with the cardboard insert sheet 3 on the top and possibly a cardboard insert sheet without an opening on the underside, whereupon the package cover is closed. The removal packaging can be transported and stored in this form. When the removal packaging comes into use, the perforation 5 is separated and the tissue 6 can be removed piece by piece through the opening 4 and the perforation 5 in the packaging cover.
