3. Riding breeches, in particular riding breeches The invention relates to riding breeches, in particular riding breeches, and can be used both in men's trousers and in women's and children's trousers.
The invention is based on the object of creating a pair of pants whose calf end adapts to the strength of the wearer or the wearer effortlessly, but a perfect fit of the pant legs is guaranteed and on the other hand no obstruction during active sporting activity is noticeable. In addition, the pant legs must not gradually slide up out of the boot shafts that usually encompass them.
The invention consists in that a cuff made of elastic material is incorporated as the calf closure of the trousers, which cuff completely or almost completely encloses the calf. However, it is also possible that the cuff made of elastic material only partially encloses the calf, while the remaining area of the calf part of the pant legs consists of other material. The cuff can be made of a transversely and longitudinally elastic material, so that an exact adaptation to the shape of the leg is possible.
The transversely and longitudinally elastic material can consist of a warp knitted fabric that is elastic in the transverse and longitudinal direction and has a round of tulle fabric. These elastic warp knitted fabrics are otherwise used for corsetry, because here, too, there is the problem of precisely supporting body parts without hindering movement. Which binding or laying is used for such a knitted fabric is not as important as the fact that the fabric has a tulle-like character which, thanks to its elastic threads, has great elasticity in every direction.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings. 1 shows a front view of riding breeches, FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of riding trousers in a front view, FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment, FIG. 4 shows the material used in a larger representation.
The breeches 1 according to the invention can have any cut and can also be cut as riding jodhpur pants. It does not matter whether it is men's or women's trousers, the representations given being greatly simplified. The leather possession 2 can also be put on in any shape and size.
According to the invention, cuffs 3 are cut into the trousers as a calf closure, which preferably have a shape that increases slightly upwards in diameter. These cuffs consist of a transversely and longitudinally elastic material and are preferably produced from a warp knitted fabric that is elastic in transverse and longitudinal directions, as shown in FIG. 4 is shown. It doesn't matter what color the warp knitted fabric is.
Preferably, all reading rails of the warp knitting chair producing this goods are drawn in with fully synthetic elastic threads; Of course, inelastic threads can also be worked in between. A tulle fabric base is preferably placed here. Such bonds are known in greater numbers and different variations for the production of Mie derwaren. Such a product should be used for the manufacture of the cuff according to the invention.
It goes without saying that there is also the possibility of using another product if this warp knitted product, which is elastic both in the transverse and in the longitudinal direction, has extraordinary advantages.
After cutting the cuff 3, which of course can also be knitted in tubular form. for example, on a double-needle chain knitting machine, the cuff is connected to the trouser leg by a seam 4. It can be designed as a short cuff, as shown in Fig. 1, but it can also be pulled up to the knee seam 5, which is usually present in the breeches anyway, so that here the seam 4 coincides with the seam 5, as it is is shown in FIG.
If the cuff 3 is not knitted or knitted in a round, but cut to size, it is advantageous if the existing seam running in the axial direction of the cuff is bordered by a band 6. This band 6 consists primarily of non-elastic material and can therefore not easily tear and is attached to the transversely and longitudinally elastic material by two seams 7 and 8 running along the side edges of the band 6. This band 6 is not only guided along the outside of the cuff 4. but preferably also runs inside the cuff, back to seam 4, so that the edges are also clean here.
This band 6 is preferably matched to the color of the riding trousers, just as the cuff is also matched to the color of the riding trousers.
In the illustrated embodiment of FIG. 2, an intermediate part 9 is inserted in the front area of the riding breeches and underpassed so long that this intermediate part 9 is still in the area of the cuff 3, which consequently only partially encloses the leg. This intermediate part 9 can consist of elastic or inelastic material and is preferably the same material from which the breeches 1 itself is cut. Of course, there is also the possibility of this intermediate part 9 and the material deviating from the trouser material hergestel len.
However, it is more advantageous to lead this intermediate part 9 out of the cut of the trousers itself, so that, as in FIG. 2 clearly visible, a smooth part is created in front of it. 3.
