Description
Dispositif pour la commande d'au moins un contact par des moyens magnétiques Le brevet principal a pour objet un dispositif pour la commande d'au moins un contact par des moyens magnétiques, ce contact étant formé par des éléments élastiques sensibles auxdits moyens magnétiques, carac térisé par le fait que ce dispositif comprend un circuit magnétique qui se compose d'au moins un aimant per manent dont chaque pôle est relié à une pièce polaire, l'une de ces pièces au moins étant susceptible d'occuper deux positions, correspondant à l'ouverture, respective ment la fermeture dudit circuit,
de manière que l'ouver ture de ce circuit crée un champ de dispersion provo quant la fermeture dudit contact.
Les éléments élastiques dudit contact sont sensibles aux surcharges de courant, ce qui limite la durée de vie du dispositif.
La présente invention a pour but d'augmenter la durée de vie du dispositif à une valeur pratiquement illimitée. Elle a pour objet un dispositif pour la com mande d'au moins un contact par des moyens magnéti ques selon la revendication du brevet principal, caracté risé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre un élément de protection monté en parallèle avec le contact.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.
Les éléments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 et 6 du dispositif représenté correspondent à ceux de la fig. 1 du brevet principal. Les bornes du contact 6 sont reliées, d'une part, à une résis tance 20 et, d'autre part, à l'une des électrodes d'un triac 21 disposé en série dans le circuit du courant à commuter, l'électrode de commande 22 du triac étant reliée à la résistance 20.
Le contact 6 n'a plus ainsi à commuter le courant principal du circuit d'utilisation mais seulement le courant de commande du triac, ce courant étant beaucoup plus faible que le courant prin cipal. La durée de vie du contact 6, et avec lui celle de l'ensemble du dispositif, devient pratiquement illimitée.
Dans le cas d'un fonctionnement en courant continu, on peut utiliser comme élément de protection une diode placée en parallèle sur le contact 6. Lorsque le contact 6 ne doit commuter qu'un courant alternatif de faible valeur, une protection efficace est aussi possible au moyen d'une résistance VDR (Varistor) montée en paral lèle sur le contact 6.
Ces deux éléments semi-conducteurs ne sont cités qu'à titre d'exemple et peuvent être remplacés selon les. cas par tout autre élément connu.

It relates to a device for controlling at least one contact by magnetic means according to the claim of the main patent, characterized in that it further comprises a protection element mounted in parallel with the contact.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, one embodiment of the invention.
The elements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the device shown correspond to those of FIG. 1 of the main patent. The terminals of contact 6 are connected, on the one hand, to a resistor 20 and, on the other hand, to one of the electrodes of a triac 21 arranged in series in the current circuit to be switched, the electrode control 22 of the triac being connected to resistor 20.
Contact 6 thus no longer has to switch the main current of the user circuit but only the triac control current, this current being much lower than the main current. The service life of contact 6, and with it that of the entire device, becomes practically unlimited.
In the case of direct current operation, a diode placed in parallel with contact 6 can be used as a protection element. When contact 6 should only switch an alternating current of low value, effective protection is also possible. by means of a VDR resistor (Varistor) mounted in parallel on contact 6.
These two semiconductor elements are cited only by way of example and can be replaced according to. case by any other known element.
