Vorhangschienen-Zubehörteil aus Kunststoff' Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Vor hangschienen-Zubehörteil aus Kunststoff; dieses Zube hörteil kann z. B. als Gleiter oder als Feststeller aus gebildet sein, wobei es je nach Profilform der Schiene in diese eingesetzt oder auf diese aufgesetzt werden kann; in jedem Fall muss das Zubehörteil einen Teil der Schiene so umfassen, dass das Zubehörteil entweder an der Schiene festsitzt oder nur in deren Längsrichtung frei verschiebbar ist.
Bisher bekannte Zubehörteile die ser Art wurden meist so ausgebildet, dass sie sich ent weder nur an einer speziell ausgeschnittenen Einführ- stelle der Schiene oder nur von den Längsenden der Schiene her auf letztere aufbringen lassen. Dies macht nach der Montage der Zubehörteile besondere Mass nahmen an der genannten Einführstelle nötig bzw. es erschwert die Montage der Zubehörteile.
Diese Nachteile sind durch die Erfindung vermieden Zu diesem Zweck ist das erfindungsgemässe Zubehörteil dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei elastisch nach giebige, mit Vorsprüngen versehene Schenkel aufweist, die durch Pressdruck quer zur Schiene in mit ihren Vor sprüngen den Halteteil der Schiene hinter- bzw. über greifenden Eingriff mit der letzteren bringbar sind. Han delt es sich um eine Vorhangschiene mit C-Querschnitt, deren nach unten blickende Öffnung durch Halteflansche verengt ist, dann sind die Vorsprünge der Schenkel des Zubehörteils nach aussen gerichtet;
besitzt die Vor hangschiene jedoch I-Querschnitt, wobei der untere, horizontal liegende Flansch als Halteteil dient, dann sind die Schenkelvorsprünge des Zubehörteils einwärts ge geneinander gerichtet.
Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in der beiliegenden Zeichnung dargestellt. In der Zeichnung zeigt: Fig. 1 und 2 im Querschnitt bzw. im Längsschnitt ein erstes Beispiel einer Vorhangschiene mit Feststeller, Fig. 3 und 4 im Querschnitt bzw. in Seitenansicht ein zweites Beispiel einer Vorhangschiene mit Feststeller, Fig. 5 und 6 im Querschnitt bzw. in Seitenansicht die Vorhangschiene nach Fig. 3 und 4 mit Vorhang gleiter und Fig. 7 und 8 im Querschnitt bzw. im Längsschnitt die Vorhangschiene nach Fig. 1 und 2 mit Vorhang gleiter.
Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Vorhang schiene 1 besitzt C-förmigen Querschnitt; die Schienen öffnung ist nach unten gerichtet und durch Halteflansche la für Zubehörteile gegenüber dem Schienenhohlraum verengt. Das gezeichnete Zubehörteil 2 ist ein Feststeller. Der aus Kunststoff, z.
B. einem Polyamid, bestehende Feststeller 2 besteht aus einer rechteckförmigen Platte, von deren einer Seite zwei zueinander parallele und gegenüber den benachbarten Plattenrändern zurückge setzte Schenkel 2a wegragen. Im Abstand der Dicke der Halteflansche la der Schiene 1 von der Feststellerplatte besitzen die Schenkel 2a an den voneinander abgekehr ten Seiten je einen Vorsprung 3. Der gegenseitige Ab stand dieser Aussenseiten der Schenkel 2a ist gleich der Breite der Schienenöffnung.
Bei der Montage wird der Feststeller 2 mit seinen elastisch nachgiebigen Schenkeln 2a so in die Schienenöffnung gepresst, dass die Vor sprünge 3 die Halteflanschen 1 a der Schiene 1 hinter greifen, wobei die Schenkel 2a, ebenso wie die Fest stellerplatte (letztere mit ihren ausserhalb der Schenkel liegenden Randteilen) gegen die Unterseite der Halte flansche la der Schiene 1 anliegen. Es ist leicht ersicht lich, dass dieser Feststeller 2 an jeder beliebigen Stelle von Hand in die Schiene 1 eingepresst werden kann und dort für den vorgesehenen Zweck einwandfrei festsitzt.
Ist die Platte eines solchen Feststellers in Längsrichtung der Schiene mit einem geeigneten Lappen versehen, dann lässt sich der Feststeller auch als Verschlussglied für einen in der Schiene vorgesehenen Einführausschnitt für die üblichen Vorhanggleiter verwenden.
In den Fig. 3 und 4 ist eine Vorhangschiene 11 mit I-Querschnitt gezeichnet; der untere, am vertikalen Steg der Schiene vorgesehene, kleinere Flansch lla dient den Zubehörteilen als Halteflansch. Auch hier ist das gezeichnete Zubehörteil 12 ein Feststeller. Dieser aus Kunststoff, z. B. einem Polyamid, bestehende Fest steller 12 besitzt an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Rändern einer rechteckigen Platte zwei von der einen Plattenseite wegragende Schenkel 12a mit einander zu gekehrten Vorsprüngen 13.
Der gegenseitige Abstand der Innenseiten der Schenkel 12a ist gleich der Breite des Schienenflansches 11a, während der Abstand der Vorsprünge 13 von der Feststellerplatte gleich der Dicke dieses Flansches ist. Wie leicht ersichtlich, kann dieser Feststeller 12 bei der Montage an beliebiger Stelle der Schiene 11 mit seinen elastisch nachgiebigen Schen keln 12 über den Flansch lla gepresst werden, so dass die Schenkelvorsprünge 13 die Flanschränder hinter greifen; dadurch sitzt der Feststeller für den ihm zu gedachten Zweck einwandfrei fest auf der Schiene.
Das mit der Vorhangschiene 11 verwendbare Zube hörteil kann auch als Vorhanggleiter bzw. als Teil eines Vorhanggleiters ausgebildet sein, wie dies die Fig. 5 und 6 der Zeichnung zeigen. Der hier gezeichnete Zu behörteil 22 aus Kunststoff, z. B. einem Polyamid, bil det den Aufhängesteil eines Vorhanggleiters und besitzt einen sich nach unten verdickenden Keilkörper 22b, der an einem hier nicht gezeichneten Klammerteil zum Festhalten des Vorhangs fixierbar ist.
Von der Schmal seite dieses Keilkörpers 22b ragen zwei mit Abstand parallel zueinander angeordnete Schenkel 22a nach oben, deren freie Enden an den Schenkelinnenseiten einander gegenüberliegende Vorsprünge 23 aufweisen. Der gegenseitige Abstand der beiden Schenkel 22a ist etwas grösser und der gegenseitige Abstand der beiden Vorsprünge 23 ist etwas kleiner als die Breite des Halte flansches 11a, während der Abstand der Vorsprünge 23 vom Keilkörper 22b grösser ist als die Materialdicke dieses Halteflansches.
Demzufolge kann dieses Gleiter teil 22 bei der Montage (an beliebiger Stelle der Schiene 11) mit seinen elastisch nachgiebigen Schenkeln 22a über den Halteflansch lla der Schiene 11 gedrückt wer den, so dass die Vorsprünge 23 diesen Flansch hinter greifen; die gewählten Abmessungen relativ zur Schiene 11 gestatten ein freies Längsverschieben des Aufhänge teils 22 auf der Schiene. Es versteht sich, dass das Gleiterteil 22 an Stelle des Keilkörpers 22b auch eine das Annähen des Vorhangrandes gestattende öse auf weisen kann.
Die Fig. 7 und 8 zeigen ein mit der im Querschnitt C-förmigen Vorhangschiene 1 verwendbares Gleiter- teil 32 aus Kunststoff, z. B. einem Polyamid. Auch die ses Gleiterteil 32 ist mit einem Keilkörper 32b zwecks Fixierung an einem nicht gezeichneten Klammerteil ver sehen, an dessen Stelle aber auch eine öse vorgesehen sein könnte.
Von der Schmalseite dieses Keilkörpers 32b ragen zwei zueinander parallele Schenkel 32a nach oben, deren freie Enden an der Schenkelaussenseite Vorsprünge 33 aufweisen. Der gegenseitige Abstand der Schenkelaussenseiten ist kleiner und der gegenseitige Abstand der entsprechenden Seiten der Vorsprünge 33 ist grösser als die Breite der zwischen den Flanschen la gebildeten Schienenöffnung, während der Abstand der Vorsprünge 33 vom Keilkörper 32b grösser ist als die Materialdicke dieser Flanschen. Somit lässt sich dieser Gleiterteil 32 bei der Montage (an beliebiger Stelle der Schiene)
mit seinen elastisch nachgiebigen Schenkeln 32a so in die Schienenöffnung drücken, dass die Vor sprünge 33 die Halteflanschen la hintergreifen.
Die beschriebenen Zubehörteile sind einfach und re lativ billig herzustellen und leicht von Hand zu montie ren.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, a curtain rail 11 is drawn with an I-cross section; the lower, smaller flange lla provided on the vertical web of the rail serves as a retaining flange for the accessories. Here, too, the accessory part 12 shown is a lock. This plastic, z. B. a polyamide, existing hard steller 12 has on two opposite edges of a rectangular plate two legs projecting away from one side of the plate 12 a with projections 13 facing each other.
The mutual distance between the inner sides of the legs 12a is equal to the width of the rail flange 11a, while the distance between the projections 13 and the locking plate is equal to the thickness of this flange. As can be easily seen, this lock 12 can be pressed over the flange 11a with its resilient legs 12 on the assembly at any point on the rail 11 so that the leg projections 13 grip the flange edges behind; as a result, the locking device sits perfectly firmly on the rail for its intended purpose.
The accessory that can be used with the curtain rail 11 can also be designed as a curtain slider or as part of a curtain slider, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 of the drawings. It goes without saying that the slider part 22, instead of the wedge body 22b, can also have an eyelet which allows the curtain edge to be sewn on.
7 and 8 show a slider part 32 made of plastic, for example a plastic slider, which can be used with the curtain rail 1 which is C-shaped in cross section. B. a polyamide. This slider part 32 is also seen ver with a wedge body 32b for the purpose of fixing to a bracket part, not shown, but an eyelet could also be provided in its place.

The accessories described are simple and relatively cheap to manufacture and easy to assemble by hand.
