Wall composed of box sections The invention relates to a wall composed of box sections with at least one central and two end parts.
Such walls can e.g. B. found as side walls or doors of trucks and as quick to assemble and dismantled room walls application.
It is known to menzusetzen double-walled profile plates together, the items being connected to one another via tongue and groove-like sections of the abutment surfaces. Walls made of box profiles are also known, the individual parts of which are formed by mutually sliding the individual profile parts in the longitudinal direction. Here at the position of these parts with each other depends on the correct fit of the individual parts. These can therefore only be manufactured with a high level of manufacturing effort.
In other known walls made of box sections, the groove cross-sections are designed to be curved on one side of the joint, so that the individual parts can be attached at an angle to one another.
Other known walls or the like. From Kastenpro files require U-shaped webs, rivets or screw connections or welds to make the wall torsion-resistant.
The invention aims to create a wall of the type mentioned, which ensures a positive connection between the items without the assistance of additional components and de Ren items result in a one-sided resilient wall, which does not require a particularly high accuracy of fit of the sections of the items located at the joints is.
To solve the problem, the invention provides a wall composed of box profiles with at least one central and two end parts, which is characterized in that the central part and one end part each have a rectangular profile with a boss-shaped projection and two against one another on one of their long sides inclined, in the extension within the central resp.
End part has intersecting contact surfaces and that the middle part on its other longitudinal side and the second end part each have a groove intended for receiving the square profile with a curved sliding and contact surface and a recess for the wart-shaped projection and the contact surfaces of the square profile of the central and of the one end part has corresponding contact surfaces.
The one side wall or both side walls of the groove of each central part can be bent or curved. The square profile can have a curved side wall.
In the drawing, a straight wall with two end parts and in Figs. 2 and 3 curved walls according to the invention are shown in FIG.
The wall of Fig. 1 consists of two identically designed middle parts 1, 2, an end part 3 and a second end part 4. Each of the two central parts 1, 2 has two parallel walls 5, 6 and two transverse walls 7, 8, of which the Transverse wall 8 forms one side of a square frame 9, the other sides of which have the reference numbers 10, 11, 12. The ends of the walls 5, 6 adjacent to the square frame terminate in inclined contact surfaces 13, 14 which are inclined towards one another and whose extensions intersect in the interior of the central part.
The side 12 of the square frame is provided with a curvature or bulge 15 towards the side 11, while a protrusion 16 is formed on the connecting corner of the sides 10 and 11, which creates a curved sliding and contact surface 17.
The second longitudinal side of each middle part 1, 2 forms a hollow profile 18, which consists of the transverse wall 7 and the two side walls 19, 20 and is open in the direction of the arrow K. The ends of the two side walls likewise again form inclined contact surfaces 21, 22, which correspond to the contact surfaces 13, 14 and run parallel. The side wall 19 carries a projection 23 which forms a curved counter surface 24 to which a recess 25 adjoins, which is adapted to the protrusion 16 in the form of a nipple. The curved contact surface 24 corresponds to the curved contact surface 17 of the square frame 9.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the quadrangular frame 9 of a central part 1 is in positive contact with the corresponding parts and sections of the hollow profile 18.
The end part 3 of the wall is formed in a corresponding manner in the hollow profile 18 of the central parts 1, 2, the transverse wall 7 being able to be omitted or being replaced by the outer transverse wall 27.
The shape and shape of the second end part 4 corresponds to the second longitudinal side of the middle parts 1, 2 with the square frame 9, with an outer transverse wall 28 being provided in addition to the transverse walls 8, 11.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the wall 19 of the central part is curved at 29 so that a curved wall formed from straight sections is produced. In this embodiment, the side walls 20 are designed to be shortened and beveled at 20b. In this exemplary embodiment, too, the load acts from the side that is opposite the shoulder 23. The side 12 of each box profile 9 is formed ver shortened compared to the side 13.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the four corner frame is curved out with its one side 12 forms, and the corresponding outer wall 30 of the hollow profile 18 is also curved or arched.
In all of the illustrated embodiments, the wall, door or the like can absorb a load from the wall side opposite the lug-shaped projections 16 and the shoulders 23. Thus, a load can act on the wall according to FIG. 1 from the right side. If the wall is to be loadable on both sides, it is sufficient to create a connection between the walls of the square frame or the hollow profile, which are opposite the protrusion-shaped projection or the projection 23.
As the load on the corresponding side of the wall increases, the connection of the parts becomes more and more frictional, ie. H. With an appropriate arrangement and design of the parts 16, 17 and 24, 25 on the one hand and the contact surfaces 13, 21 and 14, 22 on the other hand, these parts are brought into contact with each other when the wall is loaded with increasing force.
