Feeding device for agricultural crops that can be connected upstream of a blower or chopper
The invention relates to a loading device for agricultural crops, which can be connected upstream of a blower or chopper, with a windable collecting net or conveyor cloth, which can be driven over by a loading wagon feeding the crop, and a distribution device connected to the collecting net or conveyor cloth.
A charging device of this type has already become known in which the collecting network is followed by a distribution device which consists of an inclined conveyor operating in the conveying direction of the collecting network and which feeds the harvested crop to a fan. This loading device is primarily suitable for distributing and forwarding loose loads. A dissolution of the interconnected masses in the case of pressed conveyed material does not take place to the extent that it would be desirable for further processing in a blower.
Furthermore, a conveyor fan for agricultural crops has become known, on the trough of which two vertically superposed distributor rollers are arranged, which are brought into connection with the rear opening of a loading wagon and which remove the loading material moved through the scraper floor of the loading wagon in the direction of the distributor rollers. The disadvantage of this conveyor blower is that the distribution device is directly connected to the loading wagon and thus the unloading of the loading wagon via the distributor rollers is relatively slow.
In a further loading device of the type mentioned at the outset, a stationary scraper floor onto which the load of a loading wagon is unloaded is followed by two vertically superposed, horizontal distributor rollers. The use of a special scraper floor, which must move in the order of magnitude of an unloaded loading wagon load, is very expensive. In contrast, the use of a rollable collection network has considerable cost advantages.
The object of the invention is to create a simple and cost-saving feeding device with which a particularly good veil-like dissolving and distributing effect for the crop is achieved.
The object is achieved in that the loading device has two horizontally arranged distributor rollers with approximately the same diameters at the end of the windable Samrnelnetzes or conveyor cloth over its winding roller, whose center distance in the vertical and / or horizontal direction is at most approximately the same or the diameter of the The ends of the prongs of these rollers described circles of rotation.
It has proven to be very advantageous if the upper distributor roller is pivotable and lockable about the axis of rotation of the lower distributor roller and the drive of the upper distributor roller can be switched off independently of the lower distributor roller. The axis of rotation of the lower distributor roller can be arranged behind the axis of rotation of the take-up roll, as seen in the conveying direction.
The distributor rollers are expediently detachably connected to the frame carrying the take-up roll of the collecting net, and a transverse conveyor can be coupled to the frame next to the distributor rollers.
Further details emerge from the following description.
In the drawing, the device according to the invention is shown for example, namely show
1 shows a side view of the charging device which can be connected upstream of a fan or a chopper,
FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the device according to FIG. 1, and
FIG. 3 shows an enlarged partial view of the device according to FIG. 1, but with a smaller vertical center distance of the distributor rollers.
As can be seen from the schematic drawing, a take-up roll 2 is rotatably mounted in a frame 1. A collecting net 3 consisting of a wire mesh or the like is connected to the take-up roll 2, on both sides of which boundary walls 4 are set up. At the free end of the collecting network 3, a sliding wall 5 is arranged, which is held by folding supports 6 in an approximately vertical position. Distributor rollers 7 and 8 with prongs 9 are rotatably and detachably arranged in the frame 1 above the winding roller 2. The center distance of the distributor rollers 7 and 8 is larger in the vertical direction and smaller or at most approximately equal to the diameter of the circle of rotation 10 described by the ends of the prongs 9 in the horizontal direction.
The center distance can also be smaller in both directions, as shown in FIG. 3.
The loading device is driven either from the tractor PTO shaft via a cardan shaft 11 or an electric motor 12 (Fig. 2) directly on the shaft of the lower distributor roller 7 and from this via a belt or chain drive 13 to the upper distributor roller 8. The drive of the distributor roller 8 can be switched off independently of the lower distributor roller 7 by a clutch 13a. In a further embodiment of the invention, the speed of rotation of the distributor roller 7 and also the transmission ratio between the distributor rollers 7 and 8 can be regulated in a known manner.
The winding roll 2 of the collecting net 3 is driven by a step-by-step mechanism 14, known per se, with feed control from the distributor roll 7.
A transverse conveyor 15 with a conveyor belt 16 and trough walls 17 and 18 can be coupled to the frame 1 if there is no fan or chopper with an insertion trough available.
The conveyor belt 16 of the cross conveyor 15 can be driven from the upper distributor roller 8 via a belt or chain drive 19.
The frame 1 is provided with running wheels 20 for transport.
The mode of operation of the loading device according to the invention is as follows:
The filled loading wagon is driven onto the collecting net 3 and the crop is emptied onto the collecting net with the aid of the loading wagon scraper floor. After a short time the wagon is unloaded and can catch up with the next load.
At the free end of the collecting network 3, the sliding wall 5 is set up between the boundary walls 4. The fully automatic loading device is put into operation. The distributor roller 7 is set in rotation by the motor 12 or the tractor PTO shaft 11 and in turn drives the upper distributor roller 8 via the belt or chain drive 13 and the winding roller 2 via the indexing mechanism 14. The collecting net 3 is wound up intermittently and the harvested crop is pressed against the distributor rollers 7 and 8 rotating in the same direction in the conveying direction.
The upper distributor roller 8, which is offset from the lower distributor roller 7, removes the upper half of the crop stack, so that the lower half of the stack is freed from the weight of the upper one and both distributor rollers have to perform an even opening work. The offset arrangement of the distributor rollers prevents blockages and one-sided loading of the rollers. The loosened crop falls like a veil onto the adjoining transverse conveyor 15, which is driven by the upper distributor roller 8 via the belt or chain drive 19 and feeds the crop to a fan or the like.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, depending on the type and condition of the harvested crop, the upper distributor roller 8 can be pivoted and locked in a certain range around the axis of rotation of the lower distributor roller 7. This changes the passage between the two distributor rollers.
When the collecting net 3 is completely wound up, the charging device is automatically put out of operation by a limit switch (not shown).
