Seat, especially chair seat Various chair seats are already known in which the seat shape has a wedge-shaped, straight or curved surface that rises at the rear and is used to support the pelvis of the sitter.
Medical examinations and practical findings have shown the limits of these familiar chair seat shapes. In the known chair seat with a wedge-shaped backward rising seat underlining the "sacroeffect" is a much too pronounced centering of the buttocks of the chair user in the before existing seat shape the disadvantage. This disadvantage is compounded by an additional, front adjustment to the intended containment, so that one can speak of a "forced seat" without exaggeration. In terms of seating, even the most comfortable resting posture is unbearable in the long run if it is not possible to change the sitting position.
The invention is based on the clear recognition and elimination of all of these deficiencies in conventional seats. It now relates to a seat, in particular a chair seat, with a recess in the rear part of the seat surface for the seat hump of the chair user and is characterized in that the part of the seat surface that adjoins the recess towards the rear is slightly up to the rear edge of the seat rises arched and that the parts adjoining the depression in the lateral direction rise slightly arched up to the two side edges of the seat.
In one embodiment of the seat, the foremost, from the absolutely horizonta len area outgoing and in the direction of the front edge and the two Seitenrän the leading part of the seat is curved downwards.
According to a further embodiment, the projection of the outline of the chair seat can have the shape of a double trapezoid with a common base line.
The invention has the advantage that the chair seat allows a rear sitting posture and evasion of the wedge effect and, moreover, does not bring the pelvis of the Stuhlbe user into a forced form. According to the invention, this effect is achieved with simple means.
An exemplary embodiment of the chair seat according to the invention is explained in somewhat more detail below with reference to the drawing. 1 shows a perspective view of the seat according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section along the line II in FIG. 1, FIGS. 3 to 7 cross-sections along the lines II-II, III-III, IV-IV, VV,
VI-VI according to FIG. 2 FIG. 8 is a perspective illustration of the chair seat according to the invention, the outline of which deviates slightly from that of the arrangement according to FIG.
The chair seat mentioned here is a seat in particular made of dimensionally stable material, predominantly made of plywood or plastic. The aim of this seat is to achieve a good sitting posture as a result of the design of the seat surface according to the invention.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 8, the seat surface has a recess 7 in the rear part for receiving the seat humps of the chair user. At this Vertie fung 7 joins over the entire width of the seat to the rear of a part 1 of the seat, which rises slightly arched to the rear edge 2 of the seat wedge-effective. This slightly curved backward part 1 of the seat with a wedge effect gives the pelvis of the chair user the possibility of adapted, particularly effective, all-round support, so that the specific pressure on the muscles reaches an optimally favorable value.
According to a further feature of the inven tion, the recess 7 in since Licher direction adjoining parts 4 of the seat up to the side edges 3 of the seat are formed from slightly arched rising. The slope of these side parts 4 in the direction of the front part of the seat gradually decreases to zero in the absolutely horizontal region 5 of the front part of the seat continuously Lich. This measure gives the seated person's thighs freedom in the lateral direction. The area 5 of the front part 6 of the seat surface has no bulge or depression in the direction of the seat plane.
In a further embodiment, starting from area 5, the foremost part 6 of the seat surface can be bent at the bottom in the direction of the front of its edge and the two side edges 3 of the seat, i.e. arched, in order to avoid edge pressure on the thighs.
The seat design according to the invention offers the best seating properties according to medical knowledge.
When sitting for a long time, the sitter can fundamentally change his sitting posture. He can avoid the wedge effect and achieve a rear sitting posture, so use the backrest to shift the surface pressure when the desired posture change occurs. He can use the backrest to take up and support his body weight without having to forego a seat trough with the advantages of reducing pressure on the muscles around the seat humps. This wedge effect prevents excessive lordosis of the spine, which is associated with excessive stress on the small vertebral joints.
In the embodiment of FIG. 8, the seat has a double trapezoidal section. The dash-dotted line indicates the outline of the chair seat embodiment according to FIG. 1 of the drawing.
