Description

Steak hammer for treating meat The present invention is a steak hammer for treating meat before the cooking process.

According to the invention, the steak hammer is marked by a cuboid or cube-shaped hammer body, the working surface of which is provided with toothed knives that are offset from one another.

The tooth-like knives are conveniently made of ge ordinary or stainless steel sheet and are offset against each other, for. B. in incisions in the hammer body used.

The knives protruding tooth-like from the hammer body are struck against the piece of meat, where the blades penetrate the meat and cut sinews and other tough fibers in the same. A quarter turn of the hammer (cross stroke) is guaranteed to reach every tendon or fiber, but without shredding the piece of meat itself. The steak treated in this way is much softer and more tender after roasting or grilling, so that lower quality meat can also be prepared for an excellent meal. An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.

Fig. 1 is a diagram of the hammer body with knives 2 and 3 as they are alternately inserted into the 5 steps.

Fig. 2 and 3 is an illustration of the two different types of knife ver with the tooth-like cutting edge. Fig. 4 is a side view of the steak hammer, such as would be useful in households, restaurants and butcher shops.
