  Deckel für Behälter
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Dekkel für Behälter mit wulstförmig ausgebildetem oberen Rand mit Sicherung gegen unbefugtes, erstmaliges Abheben des auf einen Behälter aufgesetzten Deckels.



   Es ist bekannt im Zusammenhang mit Behältern zur Aufnahme von Nahrungsmitteln, die einen oberen Bördelrand aufweisen, Überstülpdeckel zu verwenden, deren nach unten ragender Deckelrand jeweils unter den Bördelrand des betreffenden Behälters einrasten.



   Es ist nun ein Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Deckel für derartige bekannte Behälter zu schaffen, wobei am Deckel Mittel vorgesehen werden sollen, um ein unbefugtes, erstmaliges Abheben des auf einen Behälter aufgesetzten Deckels zu verhindern, ohne dass am Behälter bauliche Änderungen vorzusehen sind.



   Erfindungsgemäss wird das gesetzte Ziel dadurch erreicht, dass der Deckel als   Einsteckdeckel    ausgebildet ist und im Abstand von seinem hochstehenden Rand ein abreissbares, den Deckelrand umgebendes Band aufweist, das unter dem oberen Rand eines Behälters einrastbar ist.



   Nachfolgend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Ansicht eines auf einen Behälter aufgesetzten Deckels teilweise im Schnitt und
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den Deckel gemäss der Fig. 1.



   Der dargestellte Deckel 1 ist auf das obere offene Ende eines Behälters 2 aufgesetzt. Der Deckel 1 ist als Einsteckdeckel ausgebildet und weist einen Deckelboden 3 auf, von dem aus sich ein ringförmiger Rand 4 nach oben erstreckt. der ringförmige Deckelrand 4 liegt mit seiner Aussenfläche dicht an der Innenfläche der Wandung des Behälters 2 an. Der Deckel 1 weist ferner einen bandförmigen Wandteil 5 auf, der parallel zum Deckelrand 4 verläuft und diesen mit gleichmässigem Abstand umgibt. Der Wandteil 5 ist an seinem oberen Ende über einen waagrechten, ringförmigen Steg 6 mit dem Deckelrand 4 verbunden. Der Steg 6 ist über seinem Umfang mit Durchbrüchen 7 versehen, um eine Sollbruchstelle zu bilden. An seiner Innenseite besitzt der Wandteil 5 einen vorragenden Ringwulst 8, mit welchem er unter den oberen Wulstrand des Behälters 2 einrastet.

   Ferner ist der Wand teil 5 mit vertikalen Schlitzen 9 versehen, die sich von einem Bereich der etwas unterhalb der unteren Fläche des Verbindungssteges 6 liegt nach unten erstrecken. Die dabei gebildeten herabhängenden Lappen sind an ihrem unteren Ende mittels einer aus einem Teil mit dem Wandteil 5 bestehenden Ringleiste 10 miteinander verbunden.



  Auf der linken Seite des Wandteiles 5 ist ferner noch ein vorstehender Griff 11 angebracht und auf der linken Seite des oberen Endes des Deckelrandes 4 ist ein Griff 12 in Sichelform angebracht. Der Griff 11 ist bei 13 fest und bei 14 trennbar mit dem Wandteil 5 verbunden. Bei 15 besitzt der Wandteil 5 eine vertikal verlaufende Reissstelle oder Fuge.



   Der Deckel 1 wird auf den Behälter 2 aufgesetzt. indem er auf den oberen Rand des Behälters 2 aufgelegt und dann über den Rand des Behälters hinuntergedrückt wird, bis der Ringwulst 8 unter den Rand des Behälters einrastet. Die Schlitze 9 ermöglichen eine Deformation des Wandteiles 5 beim Aufsetzen des Deckels und verhüten dabei, dass die Sollbruchstelle vorzeitig bricht. Im aufgesetzten Zustand liegt der Deckel mit seinem Steg auf dem oberen Rand des Behälters auf.



   Wie zu erkennen ist, kann der Deckel 1 vom Behälter nicht weggenommen werden, ohne dass der bandförmige Wandteil 5 abgerissen wird. Zum Wegnehmen des Wandteiles 5 wird der Griff 11 erfasst, die Verbindungsstelle 14 gerissen und der Wandteil 5 durch Ziehen am Griff 11 im   Gegenuhrzeigersirtn    längs der mittels den Durchbrechungen 7 im Steg 6 gebildeten Sollbruchlinie aufgerissen.



   Wie aus der Fig. 1 hervorgeht, steht der Rand 4 des Deckels gegenüber dem Steg 6 vor, wodurch ein abgesetzter Stapelrand gebildet ist, auf den ein Behälter mit seinem vorstehenden unteren Rand derart aufgesetzt werden kann, dass sein Rand den vorstehenden Teil des Randes 4 übergreift.
