Polarized rotor for small electric motors For small electrical motors with polarized rotor, various rotor designs are known. For example, it is known to manufacture the rotor from a cylindrical, disk-shaped or ring-shaped permanent magnet body and to magnetize magnetic north and south poles in alternating sequence on its circumferential surface. But it is also known
a number of individual permanent magnets corresponding to the desired number of poles on a carrier made of non-magnetic material, e.g. B. plastic to attach.
Micro-motors have, as their name suggests, small external dimensions, but the external diameter of their rotor is often quite large compared to the external diameter of the motor stator surrounding the rotor. In motors with an external rotor, the external diameter of the rotor is even larger than the external diameter of the stator. A large rotor diameter is often desirable in order to achieve the greatest possible performance, especially in order to achieve the greatest possible synchronous torque. But the larger the diameter of the runner, the greater its mass and the heavier its run-up.
The invention enables the creation of a polarized runner, which is characterized by particularly good starting, and relates to a polarized runner for small electric motors, which has a plurality of individual permanent magnets arranged on the circumference of a carrier and is characterized according to the invention in that the carrier consists of a Plastic, in particular foam plastic, the permanent magnets consist of an anisotropic magnetic material with a radial direction of pull in front of the rotor.
The invention is based on the consideration that the self-starting time constant of a polarized rotor with z = 1/0 / Mg.
is given, where O is the moment of inertia and Ms "is the synchronous torque. The time constant z is therefore the smaller, the smaller 0 and the larger M. The subject matter of the invention thus advantageously corresponds to one of these two conditions: plastic has A lower moment of inertia 0 than the most common metallic supports; preferably when a light plastic, in particular foam plastic, is used.
The use of magnetic lamellae with a preferred radial direction, however, results in a particularly strong rotor field and thus an increase in the synchronous torque MS ". The sum of the effects of these two agents in the subject matter of the invention results in a particularly strong reduction in the time constant z.
Ferrites, in particular barium ferrites, are particularly suitable as the material for the magnetic lamellae, in which a preferred radial direction can be achieved particularly easily and remains particularly stable. Ferrites also offer the advantage that, similar to the plastics to be used for the carrier, they have a comparatively low density o and thus also a correspondingly small moment of inertia, which also contributes to reducing the time constant.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.
In the case of the polarized rotor shown in sectioned elevation in FIG. 1 and in plan view in FIG. 2, a cylindrical carrier 2 made of a particularly thermosetting plastic is fastened to the rotor axis 1, with rod-shaped permanent magnets 3 in its outer surface with a preferred radial direction, for example made of barium ferrite , are admitted. The individual permanent magnets can be glued to the carrier, but they can also be embedded in the carrier or in any other way, eg.
B. be connected to him by mortise.
In Fig. 3 .sind lamellar permanent magnets 3 are also embedded in the outer surface of a carrier 2 made of plastic, but the ends of the magnets protrude from the carrier. In the axially parallel direction, the carrier is therefore shorter than the magnets, whereby the mass of the carrier is advantageously reduced.
For the same purpose, the thickness of the middle Tei les of the carrier is reduced to a thin hub disk in Fig. 3, as shown in Fig. 4 in a sectional view of Fig. 3; the left half of this sectional view shows a radial section in the space between two magnets, the right half a radial section through a lamella. The ends of the lamellar magnets protruding in FIG. 3 also serve to cool the rotor.
Instead of at the ends or in addition, the magnets can also protrude from the carrier on its lateral surface in order to achieve an even greater reduction in mass and moment of inertia. In FIG. 4, for example, the lamellar magnets also protrude radially inward from the annular bead of the carrier 2.
In the embodiment in FIG. 5, the Ma gnete 3 are let into the face of a disc-shaped carrier 2 with only one of their two ends. FIG. 5 is drawn in the middle under FIG. 2, so that FIG. 2 simultaneously forms an elevation image for FIG. 5.
The axis 1 is not shown in Fig. 5 for the sake of clarity. To further reduce its moment of inertia, the carrier of the rotor can, for example, also have the shape of a star which carries the magnets at the free ends of its star arms.
