Fig. 9 zeigt verschiedene weitere abgeänderte Aus führungsformen.
Device for driving shafts, tunnels or tunnels The invention relates to a device for driving shafts, tunnels or tunnels.
For driving shafts, stretches or tunnels in relatively soft mountains, it is known to propel a shield with a sharpened front edge pointing to the outer shape of the tunnel to be driven into the mountains by supporting this shield against the expansion created and with the aid of appropriate hydraulic or mechanical devices. The sharpened front edge of this shield cuts into the rock in the shape of a ring, with a corresponding core moving into the interior of the shield, which is removed.
It has also already been proposed to use a mechanical clearing device in the shield, which has a turning of the tool, so that with the help of this turning the tool, the tunnel face can be removed mechanically.
With this device, the drive unit sits directly behind the broaching tool, so that the ingress of rock is difficult to remove. The shield tunneling method is generally not suitable for comparatively hard rock.
There is also already a tunnel boring machine be known in which the or the tunnel wall processing border) knife mounted radially to the axis of rotation of a cutting head in this cutting head and means are arranged that a cyclical back and forth movement of this knife during the rotation of the Effect cutting head.
Here, too, the cutting head occupies the entire diameter of the shield, with only drilling tools that are milling in it being arranged to be radially displaceable and work a ring out of the tunnel wall as the cutting head rotates, into which the leading edge of the shield moves up after the drilling tools have been reset. The cutting head itself cannot be moved relative to the shield.
(Even with this drill it is not possible to penetrate hard rock because of the cutting work of the cutting tools.) Tunnels or stretches in comparatively hard rock are driven by blasting off the breast of the tunnel accordingly and after pumping away the blasted rock follows the expansion.
As long as the rock is homogeneous and of sufficient hardness, this process is comparatively simple and easy to carry out. Frequently, however, hard rock layers alternate with relatively soft rock layers, so that the relatively soft rock breaks into the created tunnels, which requires considerable work to clear this section.
The invention creates a device which works in the basic principle according to the shield tunneling method, but which can not only be used in relatively soft rock, but is also suitable for driving stretches and tunnels in hard rock and has special advantages brings when hard and soft rock alternate when driving the routes or the tunnel.
The same applies to disturbances, i.e. H. at the transition from a stable mountain range to a non-stable mountain range for driving up routes or tunnels, because similar conditions occur at such fault locations as at the transition from hard to soft rock.
The device according to the invention contains a shield which accommodates the drive unit of a rotating drilling tool and which can be moved in the direction of advance against the wall or
supports the expansion created, and a drilling tool that rotates in front of the front edge of the peel, and is characterized by the fact that the diameter of the drilling tool can be changed in such a way and the drive unit is moved from the bottom area of the front part of the shield in such a way that the drilling tool can be retracted into the interior of the shield after reducing its diameter.
In the device according to the invention, the propulsion is no longer carried out with the help of the sharpened leading edge of the shield that is constricted into the Ge or the cutting of a narrow circular slot in the route or tunnel wall while following the shield, but with the help of a drilling tool, so that the hardness of the rock is irrelevant for driving the route or the tunnel,
because no longer the front edge of the shield or an unsuitable cutting tool to wear hard rock, but the drilling tool having a diameter at least corresponding to the diameter of the shield clears the way through the mountains.
Due to the design of the drilling tool and the arrangement of its drive unit, it is easily possible to begin loading and transporting the cuttings immediately behind the drilling tool, which can be made easier in a further embodiment of the invention by using the drilling tool via a comparatively long shaft connects to its drive unit, so that a considerable amount of free space remains between the drilling tool and the drive unit to accommodate loading and transport devices.
This measure is also of particular advantage for the retraction of the tool, because it can now be repaired in front of its drive unit and without being disturbed by the same under the protection of the shield, in order to be built or serviced. Of course, with a correspondingly long drive shaft, care will be taken to ensure that the shaft is supported at least on the front side of the shield by a support bearing, which can, however, be attached in such a way that it is the sole side of the route or the tunnel and thus the loading and removal work not bother.
The drive shaft for the drilling tool is expediently designed as a hollow shaft, so that a drive shaft for a pre-drilling, targeting or investigation drilling tool can be guided in its interior.
The drive unit is also not expediently arranged on the bottom of the track or the tunnel, but rather stored so that it is above the center axis of the shield. As a result, the transport is made much easier by suitable conveyors to be attached to the sole of the track or the tunnel.
The device according to the invention also makes it possible to work with flushing, since it is possible without difficulty by installing a corresponding transverse bulkhead in the area of the shield head to form a sump from which the cuttings suspended in the flushing fluid can be continuously extracted.
For this purpose, a feed pump is expediently provided behind the transverse bulkhead to remove the mud mixed with the cuttings.
The device according to the invention is preferably designed so that the tools are removably mounted on the back of a preferably multi-part front shield and protrude through slots in this front shield in the direction of the bottom of the borehole. Independent protection is claimed for this training of the drill head.
In this embodiment, the axes of the drilling tools designed as roller drills are preferably located in bearing recesses on the back of the front shield and are fixed by removable bearing shells. With the device according to the invention, it is advantageous, regardless of the design of the drilling head, to design the head carrying the drilling tools conically.
The drawing shows exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention, namely in: Fig. 1 a section through a cleat with which the drive unit, the drilling tool and the shaft leading to the drilling tool receiving shield, the retracted position of the drilling tool is indicated by dash-dotted lines, Fig. 2 a section along the line II-II of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a section along the line III-III of Fig. 1, Fig. 4 is a representation of a modified Ausfüh approximate form of a drilling tool,
5 shows a representation of the device according to the invention with a device for sucking off the mud containing the drill cuttings when working with a flushing drilling tool or when working in mountains with water ingress, FIG. 6 shows a device for bracing the support of the shield head, FIG. 7 a modified embodiment of a device according to the invention and in Fig. 8 a detail of this modified Ausfüh approximately.
Fig. 9 shows various other modified embodiments from.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the mountain into which a tunnel or a route is to be driven. 2 indicates the completed expansion of this tunnel. Against this expansion are preferably supported hydraulically operating pressure devices 3, which are arranged at the same angular distance around the entire tunnel wall. In front of these pressing devices 3 there is the first part of the shield 4, in which the common drive unit designated 5 is housed.
At 6 you can see a flexible inter mediate part, which is particularly necessary when the cleat is not to be driven straight, but in a curve. 7 is the front part of the shield which, if the elastic intermediate part 6 is omitted, can also be formed in one piece with the rear part 4.
At 8 you can see the front edge of the shield, which is shown sharpened in the illustrated embodiment. However, this sharpening is no longer absolutely necessary when working with the device according to the invention.
9 generally designates the drilling tool, the outer parts 10 of which are removably attached to the central part 11, so that its diameter can be reduced to such an extent that it can be moved into the interior of the shield part 7.
With a drill bit 12 for producing a pilot hole is referred to, which significantly facilitates the removal of the tunnel chest.
13 denotes a sliding plate on which the cuttings processed by the drilling tool 10, 11 slides onto the conveyor 14, which conveys them under the drive shaft 15 to a loading station, which is conveniently located in the dismantled part 2 of the tunnel. Within the shaft 15, which is designed as a hollow shaft in the illustrated exemplary embodiment, the shaft 16 runs for the pre-drilling tool. The two coaxial shafts 14 and 15 are suspended by lengthenable and shortenable struts 17 in the shield part 7 with the aid of a bearing ring 18.
In the shield part 4 is preferably in the upper area, i. H. Above the shafts 15, 16, the drive unit 5 is mounted, which contains a drive motor 19 reproduced in the embodiment as an electric motor, a bearing 20, a reduction gear 21 and a drive 22 for the inner shaft 16. At 23 you can see a preferably hydraulically operating Vorrich device for retracting the drilling tool 10 to 10. Of course, this device can also be used to deliver the pressure of the drilling tools on the tunnel face.
At 24 you can see any designed Ver stiffener to transfer the reverse torque to the finished expansion z. At 25, a cylinder is indicated, which is used for the separate advance of the inner shaft 16 relative to the outer shaft.
From Fig. 3 you can see the suspension of the drive device 5 on the two attached in the upper part of the shield part 4 T-beams 26. At 27 and 28 hydraulic pressing devices are preferably provided, which are supported on shields 29 and 30 directly on the tunnel wall. With the help of these pressing devices 27 and 28, it is possible to set the shafts 15, 16 at an angle to the axis of the finished expansion 2 and thus drive up curves when driving the tunnel or the route. In addition, with these devices one achieves an abutment for the drilling unit that is independent of the support on the finished extension.
4 shows a greatly enlarged pre-drilling head 31 which is attached to the shaft 16 which rotates within the hollow shaft 15. This subdivision of the drilling tools 10, 11 achieves a subdivision of the drive torque, so that the counter-torque acting on the abutment can be reduced as far as possible by driving the two drilling head parts 31 and 32 in opposite directions.
The pilot drill 12 can form part of the drill 31, but can also work separately from it.
In Fig. 5. an arrangement is shown that makes it possible to work with flushing or in heavily water-bearing mountains. If you are working with flushing, a sump of flushing and cuttings that have broken in will collect in the area 33 of the front part of the shield, which is fed to the discharge pipe 36 via the suction pipe 34 from a mammoth pump 35.
If you work in heavily water-containing mountains, then you will pull up the boundary wall 37 for the sump, as can be seen at 38, and thus shut off the entire drill head area against the rear part of the shield part 7 that receives the drilling unit.
An embodiment of a support for the shield head can be seen from Fig. 6, where z. B. two half-shells 59, 60 are shown, which together form the part 55, but against each other against the Ge mountains with the help of the pressing devices 61, 62 can be verspan NEN.
7 shows a modified embodiment in which a front plate 101 is used which has slots 102 through which the edges of roller drilling tools 103 protrude. The axes of these drill rolls are preferably mounted in corresponding bearing recesses in the front shield body and covered by the bearing 104 shells. In the process, the front shield body is bent out slightly behind the rollers 103, so that the shovel-shaped projection 105 shown in FIG. 8 is produced.
The head carrying the drilling tools can be conical both in the direction of advance and against the direction of advance, in the latter case it einschnei det at the edge of the borehole and a conical core grows inside the shield towards the center, which is continuously removed. This arrangement increases the drilling progress because the rock at the edge of the borehole is relaxed by the drilling tools advancing there and the bottom can thus be removed much more easily towards the inside.
According to the embodiment shown in Fig. 9, the front shield 119 is concave, d. H. its front side, which is provided with the driving tools, encloses an acute angle with the joint 114 in such a way that a rock cone pointing into the cavity of the shield 113 arises. Another possibility of the formation of the shield is indicated by the dotted lines indicated by the resulting cleat chest. Here only a central cone remains, while the tunnel breast then runs conically in the direction of advance.
At its periphery, the front shield 119 carries in its education from, especially in the upper part of the drawing, slotted tools which are generally designated 120.
The slotting tools 120 produce a cross-sectional wedge-shaped and with the wedge slopes facing forward circumferential slot of any radial thickness, which, however, is each dimensioned such that a relaxed rock core is created.
If the driving tools shown in the lower part of FIG. 9, namely roller boring tools 118, are used, the roller boring tools preferably, as shown in the drawing, have different diameters 118a, 118b, 118c, which are based on the inclination y of the concave front shield B> 119 are coordinated so that the drilling tools run freely. The result is a purely rolling movement of the diameters 118a, 118b, 118c, so that no grinding effect can arise.
The slot tools, which can be designed in any way, are also roller drilling tools, which are designated by 121 and 122, according to the embodiment shown below in FIG. Each of these roller drilling tools has stepped and splitting ring teeth 122a, 122b, 122c or 121a, 121b, 121c in a completely new and therefore inventive way.
On the various embodiments of the invention shown in Fig. 9, Schlitzwerk tools are used, which are also independently applicable bar, for example, in the mountains of tension, trenches or slots of different education to produce.
As shown in FIG. 9, the slot tools are made up of two groups, which are indicated by the reference numerals 121 and 122. One of these groups is inclined with the axes of their drilling tools in the direction of advance, while the other of the groups also has inclined axes that. however, as is readily apparent from FIG. 9, they are inclined backwards.
It is not necessary that the drilling tools, i.e. H. on the one hand the tools 117 and 118 and on the other hand the slotted tools 121, 122, revolve in a uniform direction of rotation and around a full circular arc. Rather, these drilling tools can also run revolutions in one direction or the other, making it possible to reverse any rotations of the shield 113.
The slotting tools can also be used in particular on other tunneling machines, namely wherever the wedge-shaped slot or notch shown particularly clearly in the upper part of FIG. 9 is to be made, which is recommended wherever the rock is under appropriate tension .
