Description

       

  Kunststoffkörper    Es ist     .bekannt,    in     Muffen        Widerstandsdrähte    mit  einzuspritzen, die     @später    dazu     benutzt    werden,     die     Muffe     ielektrisch    so weit     zu        erhitzen,    dass eine     Ver-          schweissung,    z. B. der Muffe mit einem Rohr, erfolgt.  Auch bei     Fussbodenplatten    hat man zum Verschwei  ssen ähnliche Vorschläge gemacht.

   Es     ist        jauch        be-          kannt,        @dass        @es    bei vielen     Kunststoffen        möglich    ist,       Spannungen        einzufrieren,    !die .später durch     Wärme-          zufuhr    ausgelöst werden können und dann zu     einer     Schrumpfung oder Verlängerung     fuhren.        Prinzipiell     ist es gleich,

   wie man zur     Auslösung        der        Spannungen     die Wärme zuführt. Die Erwärmung von aussen  hat den Nachteil, dass man nicht immer die Möglich  keit hat, an alle Stellen heranzukommen, ausserdem  könnten Stellen erwärmt werden, die unerwünscht  sind.  



  Diese Nachteile     vermeidet    die     Erfindung,    indem       idie        Heizmittel    oder     Heizkanäle    am und/oder im       Kunststoffkörperangebracht        sind,    die     eine    Auslösung  seiner     eingefrorenen        Spannung    .ermöglichen. Es kann  sich dabei um Kanäle handeln, durch     die    z. B.

   Heiss  luft oder Wasser     geleitet    wird     und/oder    u     m        eingebet-          tete        elektrische        Heizleiter,    auch können die     Teile    so  weit gefüllt sein,     @dass        ,sie    selbst :als Heizleiter wirken.  



  In der     Abb.    1     ist    ein Zuganker 1     @dargestellt,    in  ,dem     drei        Heizleiter    2 quer zur     Zugrichtung    eingebet  tet sind.

   Es ist     nun        möglich,        mittels    der     Heizleiter    2  oder ,aber .auch     in    einem     Heilzofen,das        Profil    vorzu  wärmen, ,

  das     eigentliche    Zugelement des     Zugankers    1  vorzustrecken und     diesen    Zustand     durch    Abschrecken       einzufrieren.        Dann        wind        ider        Zuganker    1     in        die        Nuten     3 eingeschoben und durch Aufheizen der     Heizleiter    2  die Spannung im Zuganker 1 wieder     gelöst,

          wobei     gemäss     Abb.    1 a die     Teile    4a     fest        ,gegeneinander    gezo  gen werden. Da hierbei die Zugspannungen quer     zurr     Heizleiter liegen, ist es     möglich,    mit einfachen glatten         Drähten    zu     ,arbeiten.        Anders        verhält    es sich beidem  in     der        A.bb.    2 dargestellten Beispiel, wo     Zugspannung     und     Heizleiter    in gleicher Richtung verlaufen.

   Hierbei       wird        vorteilhaft    mit     einem        Drahtwendel    oder     einem          zickzackförmig        ,geknickten    Heizleiter     igearbeitet,    da  mit der     Heizleiter    der Spannung nachgehen kann.

      Gemäss     Abb.    2 werden     Rohre    5 und 6, die je       einen        Kragen    7 und 8     .beisitzen,        Jurch        ein        U-Profil    9       zusammengehalten.        In    (dem     U-Profil    9     sind        Heizleiber     10 eingebettet, mit denen das     ,Profil    9     erwärmt        wer-          ,den    kann.

   Die     Heizleiber    10     werden    kurz vor der       Ringschweissstelle    11     (als        Anschlussenden    12 nach  aussengeführt. Der     U-Profil-Ring    13     wird    erwärmt       und.        ,aufgeweitet,    so dass der     Innendurchmesser    grö  sser ist     ,als        oder        Aussendurchmesser    des     Kragens,

          und     dann     abgeschreckt.    Damit ist (der Ring     einbaufertig.     An     der        Baustelle    wird oder     ,Ring    über die     Rohre        .ge-          ischoben    und, sobald er über den Kragen 7 und 8  liegt,     idurch    Erhitzen über     die        Anschlussenden        12,auf-          geschrumpft.    Die     Rohre    können in     :

  einem    Kanal lie  gen oder     ran        sonst        schlecht        zugänglicher        Stelle,        ein          Aufschrumpften    ist     immer    möglich.     Gleichzeitig    ist es  auch     möglich,    die Verbindung später wieder zu lösen,       indem    der Ring wieder     aufgeheizt    wird.

   Inder     Abb.    3       jist        ein        Profil    14     dargestellt,        welches    durch eine     einge-          frorene        Biegespannung        zum        Verbinden    oder     Teile    15  und 16 durch Auslösen der Spannung benutzt wird.  



       Abb.    4 stellt ein     Beispiel    dar, bei dem eine Druck  spannung ausgelöst     wird,    die zum     Verbinden    von  zwei Platten 17     @an    einer     unzugänglichen    Stelle ver  wendet wird,     ähnlich    den bekannten     Sprengnieten.     Der z.
