Spirit level The invention relates to a spirit level for the vertical alignment of masts, e.g. Antenna masts, poles, pipes, e.g. B. of tubular steel scaffolding, and other structural elements.
During such straightening work, the previously customary spirit level must be placed one after the other on two surface lines of the mast, which are offset by about 90 on the circumference of the mast, and the mast must be straightened each time, whereby it is essential to apply the spirit level again to the first surface line after the second leveling and, if a message is required, also to check again at the second surface line. In practice, it is necessary to repeatedly apply the spirit level to the surface lines that are offset from one another and to straighten it repeatedly.
The spirit level according to the invention has an angled profile rod, which is equipped with a can vial or with two tube vials arranged at right angles to each other, the base plane of the can vial or the longitudinal directions of the tube vials running at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the profile rod.
This spirit level is placed with the inside at the leg of the profile bar on the vertically aligned mast or the like, touching the mast on two surface lines and indicates any deviation of the same from the vertical position, without the need for the spirit level to move into a second position or to switch repeatedly between two positions of the spirit level on the mast. Correspondingly, when using this spirit level, straightening can be done in a single operation.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. 1 shows a perspective view of the first embodiment in the position of use on a mast, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the second embodiment.
The spirit level according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has an angle profile bar 1, the legs 11 and 12 are perpendicular to each other. A tube vial 21 is attached to the limb 11 and a tube vial 22 is attached to the limb 12. The longitudinal directions of the tube vials 21 and 22 run at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the profile bar 1 and parallel to each of the legs 11 and 12. Both tube vials 21 and 22 can be read on the outside of the profile bar.
Each vial 21 and 22 is fixed in a Fas solution ring 23 and 24 respectively, which tion in a Ausspa 13 and 14 of the leg 11 and 12 is used. This makes it easier to align the tube vials when making the spirit level. For example: the mounting rings 23 and 24 coated with a suitable adhesive, in: the recesses 13 and 14 inserted, the vials 21 and 22 directed by turning the mounting rings 23 and 24 and after the adhesive has solidified, the mounting rings with the legs 11 or 12 are pinned.
In the middle of the free end of the leg 11, one end of a coil spring 3 is fastened by means of a screw 31, the other end of which is connected to a chain 4. On the outside of the leg 12, a pin 5 is attached opposite the fastening point of the screw fe 3, 2n which the chain can be hung.
For use, the water level described is applied to the vertical mast or the same as shown in FIGS. Each of the legs 11 and 12 touches the mast 6 along one of two surface lines a or b, which are offset from one another by 90 on the mast. To hold the spirit level on the mast and to have both hands free to straighten and fix the mast, the chain 4 is placed around the mast 6, tensioned against the force of the spring 3 and hung on the pin 5, as shown in particular in FIG.
The spirit level according to FIG. 3 has, in place of the two tube vials of the spirit level according to FIGS. 1 and 2, a can vial 7 which is attached to a bracket 8 on the profile rod 1. The base plane of the can vial runs at right angles to the longitudinal direction, the profile bar 1.
The end faces at both ends of the profile bar _1 are expediently at right angles to its length. This makes it possible to use the described water level, whose actual purpose also includes areas where the lower front side of the water level is to be placed on the surface,
but .also with its upper face from below on a surface to be straightened who can.
