Dose und Verfahren zu deren Herstellung Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine einteilig ausgebildete Dose aus schlagunempfindlichem Kunst stoff, insbesondere Puderdose, mit durch mindestens ein Scharnierorgan verbundenem Deckel und Dosen teil sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer solchen Dose.
Die bisher bekannten, für mehrmaligen Gebrauch bestimmten derartigen Dosen, insbesondere die Pu derdosen, sind zweiteilig ausgeführt und bestehen aus einem Deckelteil mit dem einen Scharnierteil und dem Dosenteil oder Bodenteil mit idem andern Scharnierteil. Diese beiden Teile werden über das Scharnier miteinander, normalerweise mittels eines Dornes verbunden.
Diese Herstellungsart besitzt u. a. den Nachteil, dass, um Aden Scharnieren bei Puderdosen die nötige Steifigkeit zu vermitteln, ein relativ harter Kunst stoff verwendet werden muss, der äusserst schlag empfindlich ist. Zudem sind die Fabrikationskosten solcher Dosen natürlich bedeutend kostspieliger, da deren Teile miteinander verbunden werden müssen, was zusätzliche Arbeit benötigt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung beweckt, diese Nach teile zu beheben. Die erfindungsgemässe Dose zeich net sich :dadurch aus, dass das Scharnier einen am Rand des Deckels und einen am Rand des Dosen teils angeordneten Schamieransatz aufweist sowie ein diese beiden Ansätze verbindendes, flexibles Schar- nierband.
Das Verfahren zum Herstellen einer derartigen Dose ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man nach dem Pressen den Kunststoff mindestens im Bereich des Scharniers reckt. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird anschliessend anhand von Figuren erläutert.
Es zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Puderdose in geöffnetem Zustand, Fig.2 eine grössere Ansicht des Scharnierberei- ches der Puderdose nach Fig.l in Richtung der Schwenkachse gesehen, in offenem Zustand, Fig. 3 das Scharnier analog Fig. 2, in geschlosse nem Zustand, Fig. 4 den B!efestigungsspannring für den in der Puderdose einsetzbaren Spiegel im Schnitt.
Eine Puderdose 1, welche aus einem schlagun empfindlichen Kunststoff, z. B. Polypropylen, herge stellt ist, besitzt einen Deckel 3 ;sowie einen Dosen- teil 5, welche über ein Scharnier 7 miteinander ver bunden ;sind. Der Deckel 3, der Dosenteil 5 und das Scharnier 7 sind in einem Arbeitsgang hergestellt und einteilig.
Im Deckelteil 3 ,ist ein Spiegel 9 eingelegt, welcher mittels eines Spannringes 11 gehalten wind.
Der Dosenteil 5 besitzt einen äusseren Schliess- ring 13 und der Deckel 3 einen inneren Schliess ring 15, welche bei geschlossener Puderdose 1 @der- art fest ineinanderliegen, @dass die Dose 1 sich nicht von selbst öffnet.
Die beiden Teile 3 und 5 sind ferner je mit einer öffnungsuase 17 und 19 ver sehen, welche erlauben, beispielsweise idurch Anset zen je eines Daumens, die Puderdose 1 zu öffnen. Der Deckel 3 und der Dosenteil 5 besitzen ferner einen Schamieransatz 21 und 23, die beide am. Rand des Deckels 3 bzw. des Dosenteils 5 angeordnet sind.
Diese beiden Scharnieransätze 21 und 23 sind durch ein flexibles Verbindungsband 25 miteinander verbunden. Dieses Verbindungsband 25 besitzt Scharniereigenschaften, welche bei Kunststoff durch Materialreckung nach dem Pressen mit gleichzeiti ger Molekülorientierung, d. h. durch eine kurze Nach- behandlung, erreicht werden.
Wi'e aus den Figuren ersichtlich, ist das Verbindungsband 25 in offenem Zustand .der Puderdose 1 nach der Innenseite der Puderdose (Fig.2) und in geschlossenem Zustand nach der Aussenseite (Fig. 3) hin gewölbt. Da das Verbindungsband 25 -am Rand des Dosen teils 3 und ,des Deckels 5 befestigt ist, ist seine Länge sehr gering.
Im geschlossenen Zustand ider Dose steht eideshalb nur sehr wenig über die Seiten wände vor (Fig.3). Beim Schliessen der Dose hält das kurze .und deshalb in seiner Querrichtung steife Verbindungsband 25 den Deckel 3 in bezug auf den Dosenteil 5 so fest, dass die Schliessringe 13 und 15 ohne weiteres ineinander zu liegen kommen.
Das Verbindungsband 25 ist in seiner Funktion dem nach einem zweiteiligen Schamierorgan mit Schar nierdorn gleichwertig.
Eine weitere Besonderheit ider beschriebenen Pu derdose 1 liegt in der Befestigung =des Spiegels -9 mittels ides Spannringes 11. Damit wird das. bisherige Einkleben des Spiegels und des Spiegelringes von Hand vermieden.
Auch dieser Spannring 11 .kann aus einem schlagunempfindlichen Kunststoff, vor- tellhafterweise dem gleichen wie die Dose, herge stellt werden.
Durch entsprechende Ausführung und. Profilie- rung des Aussenschliessringes 13 und des Innen schliessringes 15 wird eine einwandfreie Fixierung von Deckel 3 und Dosenteil 5 in geschlossenem Zustand der Pudierdose 1 erreicht. Zu-,diesem -Zwecke ist -der Innenschliessring 15 an ,seinem freien Ende, wie in Fig. 2 ersichtlich, etwas erweitert, z.
B. in Form eines Wulstes, so dass der -Dosenteil 5 in geschlossenem Zustand in diesen Wulst einschnappt und ,die -Dose geschlossen hält.
Es ist grundsätzlich möglich, sowohl den Innen- schliessring wie den Aussenschliessring 13 bzw. 15 mit einem derartigen Wulst zu versehen ,oder den einen oder ,anderen der Ringe nach ;seinem freien Ende hin konisch zu -erweitern. Die beschriebene Puder dose kann sowohl in runder wie auch mehrkantiger oder eckiger Ausführung hergestellt werden.

The method for producing such a can is characterized in that, after the pressing, the plastic is stretched at least in the area of the hinge. An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention will then be explained with reference to figures.

A powder compact 1, which is made of a shock-sensitive plastic, for. B. polypropylene, has a lid 3 and a can part 5, which are connected to one another via a hinge 7. The lid 3, the can part 5 and the hinge 7 are produced in one operation and are in one piece.
In the cover part 3, a mirror 9 is inserted, which is held by means of a clamping ring 11.
The can part 5 has an outer locking ring 13 and the lid 3 has an inner locking ring 15, which when the powder compact 1 @ is closed lie firmly inside one another so that the box 1 does not open by itself.
The two parts 3 and 5 are also each seen with an öffnungsuase 17 and 19 ver, which allow, for example, idurch zen each thumb to open the powder compact. The cover 3 and the can part 5 also have a hinge attachment 21 and 23, which are both arranged on the edge of the cover 3 and the can part 5, respectively.
These two hinge attachments 21 and 23 are connected to one another by a flexible connecting strap 25. As can be seen from the figures, the connecting band 25 is curved in the open state of the powder compact 1 towards the inside of the powder compact (FIG. 2) and in the closed state towards the outside (FIG. 3). Since the connecting band 25 is attached to the edge of the cans part 3 and, the lid 5, its length is very short.
When the can is closed, there is very little over the side walls (Fig. 3). When the can is closed, the short connecting band 25, which is therefore rigid in its transverse direction, holds the lid 3 so firmly in relation to the can part 5 that the locking rings 13 and 15 easily come to rest one inside the other.
The connecting band 25 is equivalent in its function to the nierdorn after a two-part hinge element with hinge.
Another peculiarity of the powder box 1 described is the fastening = of the mirror -9 by means of the clamping ring 11. This avoids the previous gluing of the mirror and the mirror ring by hand.
This clamping ring 11 can also be made of a plastic that is insensitive to impact, preferably the same as the can.
By appropriate execution and. Profiling of the outer locking ring 13 and the inner locking ring 15, a perfect fixation of the lid 3 and can part 5 is achieved in the closed state of the powder can 1. For this purpose the inner locking ring 15 is at its free end, as can be seen in FIG.

It is basically possible to provide both the inner locking ring and the outer locking ring 13 or 15 with such a bead, or to widen one or the other of the rings conically towards its free end. The powder jar described can be produced in round, polygonal or angular versions.
