Klemmhalter für Zeitungen und dergleichen Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klemmhalter für Zeitungen und dergleichen mit einer Montagevor richtung zum Einführen des Zeitungsrückens in den Halter. Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hal ter aus einem elastisch verformbaren Rohr besteht, das über den die Zeitung festzuklemmen bestimm ten Teil einen Längsschlitz aufweist, der an seinem Ende in eine Öffnung in der Rohrwand mündet, an welche Öffnung ein als Handgriff dienender, nicht geschlitzter Rohrteil anschliesst, und dass die Mon tagevorrichtung zwei an einer Längsseite gelenkig miteinander verbundene Schienen umfasst, deren an dere Längskanten mittels einer Spannklammer ge geneinander klemmbar ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des Klemmhalters, Fig.2 eine Seitenansicht des unteren Teils der Montageschienen in zusammengeklemmter Lage, Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt nach Linie III III in Fig. 2, in grösserem Massstab, Fig.4 einen Querschnitt gemäss Fig.3, aber in aufgeklappter Stellung der Montageschienen,
Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf das Ende der Mon tageschienen bei geöffneter Spannklammer und Fig. 6 eine Ansicht des Klemmhalters während Einführens der Montageschienen mit der eingespann ten Zeitung.
Der Klemmhalter 1 besteht aus einem Rohr 1, das elastisch verformbar ist. Es kann beispielsweise ein handelsübliches Rohr aus einem thermoplasti schen Kunststoff verwendet werden. Bei einem sol chen Rohr können an den Stirnseiten Wulste 1b angebracht werden, indem das Rohr mit der Stirn seite gegen eine erwärmte Platte gedrückt wird, bis sich das Rohrmaterial plastisch verformt. Im Rohr 1 ist über einen Teil seiner Länge von einem Ende bis etwa 10 cm vor dem andern Ende ein Längsschlitz 2 angebracht, der in eine keilförmige Öffnung 3 ausmündet. Der ungeschlitzte Teil la des Rohres dient als Handgriff. Am geschlitzten Ende des Rohres ist ein Aufhängehaken 4 ange bracht, z. B. eingeschweisst.
Der Schlitz 2 hat die Aufgabe, den Zeitungs rücken festzuklemmen. Zum Einführen des Zeitungs rückens in diesen Schlitz dient die in den Fig. 2-6 dargestellte Montagevorrichtung. Diese umfasst zwei Metallschienen, die im Querschnitt stumpfwinklig gebogen sind und deren Breite kleiner als der Innen durchmesser des Rohres 1 ist. Ihr Querschnitt könnte aber auch bogenförmig sein. Die beiden Schienen sind an ihrer einen Längskante durch kleine Ringe 6 gelenkig miteinander verbunden. Das eine Ende der Schienen ist gemäss Fig.2 etwas abgerundet.
An diesem Ende ist eine Spannklammer 7 angeordnet, deren eines Ende an der Schiene 5b gelenkig be festigt ist. Die Spannklammer greift durch ein Loch 8 in der Schiene 5a hindurch. Ihr freies Ende 7a ist eingerollt und dadurch etwas federnd. Die Länge der Spannklammer ist derart bemessen, dass ihr Ende 7a an der Stirnseite der Schiene 5a einhakt, wenn sie in Richtung des Pfeiles in Fig. 5 in ihre Spannlage parallel zu den Schienen 5a, 5b geschwenkt wird.
Die beiden Schienen 5a, 5b sind ferner derart vorgespannt, dass an dem Ende, an welchem die Spannklammer sitzt, ihre freien Längskanten bei ge öffneter Spannklammer etwas voneinander abstehen, wenn die Kanten sich am gegenseitigen Ende bereits berühren (vgl. Fig. 5).
Die Wirkungsweise der Montagevorrichtung ist folgende: Die im Klemmhalter zu befestigende Zei tung wird mit ihrem Rücken zwischen die gemäss Fig.4 geöffneten Schienen 5a, 5b eingelegt, wobei der untere Zeitungsrand etwa in der Höhe des an den Schienen angebrachten Absatzes 9 liegen soll. Durch Schwenken der Spannklammer 7 werden die Schienen 5a, 5b zusammengeklappt, so dass ihre freien Längskanten die Zeitung festklemmen.
Nun wird das mit der Spannklammer 7 versehene Ende der Schienen<I>5a,</I> 5b schräg in die Öffnung 3 ein- geführt und in den Griffteil la des Rohres 1 hin eingeschoben, bis die Spannklammer wie aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich aus dem Rohrende am Griffteil la heraus ragt. Durch Druck in Pfeilrichtung in Fig. 5 wird nun die ganze Schiene 5a, 5b in den Schlitz 2 hin eingedrückt, bis sich die Schienen ganz im Innern des Rohres 1 befinden. Nun wird die Spannklam mer 7 gelöst. Die Schienen 5a, 5b können hierauf aus dem Rohr 1 herausgezogen und für das Ein spannen von anderen Zeitungen in andere Klemm halter verwendet werden.
Die im Klemmhalter einge spannte Zeitung wird durch die Klemmwirkung der Kanten des Schlitzes 2 festgehalten. Sie kann aber ohne Benützung der Schienen 5a, 5b wieder aus dem Schlitz 2 herausgezogen werden.
Das Rohr 1 bzw. sein Griffteil la kann mit einer Beschriftung versehen werden.

The clamp holder 1 consists of a tube 1 which is elastically deformable. For example, a commercially available pipe made of a thermoplastic plastic can be used. In such a tube, beads 1b can be attached to the end faces by pressing the end face of the tube against a heated plate until the pipe material is plastically deformed. A longitudinal slot 2 which opens into a wedge-shaped opening 3 is made in the tube 1 over part of its length from one end to about 10 cm in front of the other end. The unslotted part la of the tube serves as a handle. At the slotted end of the tube a hanging hook 4 is introduced, for. B. welded in.
The slot 2 has the task of clamping the newspaper back. The mounting device shown in FIGS. 2-6 is used to insert the newspaper back into this slot. This comprises two metal rails, which are bent at an obtuse angle in cross section and whose width is smaller than the inner diameter of the tube 1. But their cross-section could also be curved. The two rails are articulated to one another at one of their longitudinal edges by small rings 6. One end of the rails is slightly rounded as shown in FIG.
At this end, a clamp 7 is arranged, one end of which is articulated to the rail 5b be fastened. The clamp engages through a hole 8 in the rail 5a. Your free end 7a is rolled up and thus somewhat resilient. The length of the tensioning clamp is dimensioned such that its end 7a hooks onto the face of the rail 5a when it is pivoted in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5 into its tensioned position parallel to the rails 5a, 5b.
The two rails 5a, 5b are also pretensioned in such a way that at the end on which the clamp is seated, their free longitudinal edges protrude slightly from one another when the clamp is open when the edges are already touching at the opposite end (see Fig. 5).
The operation of the assembly device is as follows: The newspaper to be fastened in the clamp holder is placed with its back between the rails 5a, 5b opened according to FIG. 4, the lower edge of the newspaper being approximately at the height of the paragraph 9 attached to the rails. By pivoting the clamp 7, the rails 5a, 5b are folded together so that their free longitudinal edges clamp the newspaper.
The end of the rails <I> 5a, </I> 5b provided with the tensioning clamp 7 is now inserted obliquely into the opening 3 and pushed into the handle part 1 a of the tube 1 until the tensioning clamp can be seen from FIG the end of the pipe on the handle la protrudes. By pressing in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5, the entire rail 5a, 5b is now pressed into the slot 2 until the rails are completely inside the tube 1. Now the tension clamp 7 is released. The rails 5a, 5b can then be pulled out of the tube 1 and used for clamping other newspapers in other clamps.
The newspaper clamped in the clamp holder is held in place by the clamping action of the edges of the slot 2. However, it can be pulled out of the slot 2 again without using the rails 5a, 5b.
The tube 1 or its handle part la can be provided with a label.
