Ballpoint pen The invention relates to a ballpoint pen design which enables a particularly favorable hold during the writing process.
The known ballpoint pens are generally designed in the outer shaft in such a way that a slim tapering of the holder shaft can be seen approximately from the middle or at least from the front third. Since the ballpoint pen is a writing device that requires a relatively large writing pressure, the shaft of such a ballpoint pen must therefore be held particularly tightly to prevent the hand from slipping in the direction of the writing tip.
The invention has now set itself the task of creating a ballpoint pen which does not have this disadvantage. This is achieved in that the shaft is designed so conical that it has the thickest point at the tip-side end, and thereby the holding pressure and the friction between the shaft and the fingers are automatically strengthened. Particularly favorable conditions can also be achieved in that the thickened end of the shaft has a corrugation or roughening.
In this novel embodiment, the center of gravity of the ballpoint pen is also moved as far forward as possible to the writing tip, whereby a particularly favorable hand position is achieved.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments from and then explained in more detail.
1 shows a view of a long barrel ballpoint pen according to the innovation, FIG. 2 shows the front part of the object of FIG. 1 in longitudinal section, FIG. 3 shows a retractable ballpoint pen according to the innovation and FIG. 4 shows the front part of the object of FIG. 3 in longitudinal section.
The barrel ballpoint pen according to FIG. 1 consists of the conical barrel 1, which has a corrugation 1 at the front end on the writing side, the relatively short, conical tip part 2 and the ballpoint pen cartridge 3 inserted in this tip part.
The conical tip part 2 carries according to Figure 2 a cylindrical extension 2 ', which is used in the long, conical holding shaft 1's friction fit.
The tip 3 'of the ballpoint pen refill is provided in übli cher manner with a groove for better pulling out of the shaft.
The retractable ballpoint pen according to FIG. 3 consists of the conical shaft 4 with the corrugation 4 ', the conical tip 5 with a tip sleeve 5 ", the retractable ballpoint pen refill 6 and a pressure mechanism, not shown in the drawing, inside the shaft with the from the shaft 4 protruding push button B.
The shaft 4 advantageously carries a retaining clip 9. The tip 5 is here screwed into the shaft 4 by means of a threaded attachment 5 ', with the storage for the return spring 7 being provided within the tip at the same time. The ballpoint pen tip 6 'is designed in the usual way.
The conical shape of the holding shaft (1 or 4) with the corrugation or roughening (1 'or 4') can be clearly seen from the two FIGS. 1 and 3.
At the same time, the favorable center of gravity effect is fully evident from these two figures. The drawing shows only exemplary embodiments; This means that similar shapes of the shaft which achieve the same effect, such as e.g. B. concave curved ballpoint pens thickened at the tip end are included in the protection request.
