Gestelleinheit
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Teilansicht eines Gestells, bestehend aus einem Paar von Gestelleinheiten mit je vier horizontalen Querbalken ;
Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Gestelleinheit, bestehend aus einem Pfosten und zwei Querbalken in einem grösseren Massstab als in Fig. 1 ;
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt entlang der Linie 3-3 in der Fig. 5 ;
Rack unit
The invention relates to an adjustable frame unit which is provided with at least one vertical post and at least one horizontal crossbeam that can be detachably connected to the same, and which is characterized in that the post has an approximately U-shaped profile, in which the base is pushed into the profile interior protruding channel of approximately U-shaped cross-section is divided into two parts, wherein the channel and the two parts of the base have a plurality of equally spaced slots one above the other, and that the transverse beam has a connecting piece which firmly surrounds the post and which consists of a web and two perpendicular side parts, one side part with hooks that can be hooked in,
into the slots of the channel of the post and the web with hooks directed into the interior of the profile which can be hooked into the slots of the base parts of the post.
The hooks that can be hooked into the slots of the channel are expediently beveled downwards in such a way that they produce a clamping effect when hooked, and are arranged and / or designed in such a way that the web of the connection piece is pressed against the base of the post.
The drawing shows an example of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, where:
1 shows a perspective partial view of a frame, consisting of a pair of frame units, each with four horizontal crossbeams;
FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a frame unit consisting of a post and two transverse beams on a larger scale than in FIG. 1;
Fig. 3 is a section along line 3-3 in Fig. 5;
Fig. 4 is a rear view of the post with the connectors and
FIG. 5 shows a section along the line 5-5 in FIG. 4.
The frame shown in Fig. 1 has a pair of vertical posts A and B, which are connected to each other by the strut parts 10, 11 and 12, so that a stable construction results.
The stable frame shown then has 8 horizontal crossbeams 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 which are releasably connected to the corresponding posts by connecting means which are described in more detail below.
Both posts A and B are identical in construction, so that one can restrict oneself to the vertical post A in the further explanation.
This consists of an approximately U-shaped profile with the opposite cheeks 21, 22, which are connected by the base, which in turn is divided by an inwardly pressed central channel 25 into a right part 23 and a left part 24. The right and the left-hand parts 23, 24 have a multiplicity of slots 26, 27 that are equally spaced apart and arranged one above the other. These are arranged in parallel rows each in a horizontal plane. The center line 25 has a multiplicity of slots 28, which are also equally spaced from one another and arranged one above the other.
The bottom edges of all of these slots are roughly horizontal, but the slots 28 are slightly longer than the slots 26, 27 to allow the hooks 37, 38, 39 of the fittings 29, 30 to be the first to engage the slots 28 when the Connection pieces 13, 14 can be hooked into the post A as described below.
The connecting pieces 29, 30 will now be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5. Two connection pieces are shown in FIG. 2: a right connection piece 29, which is welded to the end of the crossbar 13, and a left connection piece 30 which is welded to the end of the crossbar 14. The right connection piece 29 has an approximately T-shaped cross section.
It has a flat side part 31, which rests against the cheek 22 of the post, and an outer web 32, which is provided with three hooks 33, 34, 35 equidistant from one another. These hooks are arranged vertically and stand inward by the material thickness of the base part 23 of the post. They are arranged so that they match the slots 26, and designed so that they can be hooked into these slots. The connection piece 29 also has a side part 36 which is designed such that it fits into the central channel 25.
The side part 36 is provided with the hooks 37, 38, 39, which are arranged at equal intervals from one another and are dimensioned such that they fit into the slots 28. The hooks are beveled downwards as indicated at 40, so that when they engage in the slots 28, a pressing or clamping effect occurs.
The left connection piece 30 is designed in a mirror-inverted manner as the right connection piece 29, so that it is approximately L-shaped in cross section.
The individual parts are marked with the same numbers in the drawing, but with the addition a.
The drawing shows how the connectors are arranged on the post and support the horizontal crossbeams. It can also be seen that the connecting pieces 29, 30 closely encompass the right and left parts of the post. In this way, a crossbeam-post connection is formed, which is characterized by particular rigidity and strength.
Of course, the crossbars 13 and 14 can also be hung independently of one another at the heights they deserve.
