Description

  

  Dispositif d'accouplement     unidirectionnel       La     présente        invention        concerne    un dispositif d'ac  couplement     unidirectionnel,    c'est-à-dire un dispositif  par lequel on     détermine        automatiquement    l'entraîne  ment rigide de deux     éléments    en rotation dans un seul  sens de     l'élément        moteur,        (élément    :

  mené     restant        m-          mobile    lorsque l'élément moteur est     entraîné    dans le  sens     inverse.     



  <B>I</B>l s'agit donc d'un mécanisme de blocage uni  directionnel susceptible de     nombreuses    applications,  et pouvant remplacer en général très avantageuse  ment la presque     totalHé    des     différents    types     de    méca  nismes actuellement connus     destinés    au même     usage,     par exemple les     mécanismes    d'encliquetage.  



  L'inconvénient le     plus    grave des mécanismes d'ac  couplement     unidirectionnel    automatique     connus    jus  qu'à ce     jour        réside    dans -le fait que     1a        surface    de  transmission     des        efforts    est     relativement        réduite,    et  en plus     est        toujours    la     même,    ce qui ait que la durée  d'utilisation de     l'accouplement    est .assez     courte.     



  L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de  la description     détaillée    qui     suit    et à     l'examen    (des des  sins annexés qui     représentent,    à titre     d'exemples    non  limitatifs, un mode de     réalisation    de l'invention.  



       Sur    ces     .dessins     La     fig.    1 est une vue .en     :coupe    d'un schéma du       dispositif,    et  les     fig.    2 .et 3 représentent une des unités de blo  cage du     .dispositif,    respectivement en position libre et  en position     bloquée.     



  Le     dispositif    comprend une couronne périphéri  que 1 qui reçoit un     :mouvement    de rotation de sens       quelconque    .d'un élément moteur     quelconque    ainsi  qu'un disque     intérieur    2, concentrique à la     couronne,     et     supportant    un axe 3 auquel le     mouvement    de la    couronne 1 n'est     transmis    que dans un seul sens  giratoire.

      Une     :série    de cavités ou logements     .périphériques    4  sont     prévus        dans    le disque     intérieur    2, pour     recevoir     chacun une paire de rouleaux 5-6 dont des     axes    res  tent     toujours        parallèles    :à l'axe de rotation du système       couronne-disque    1-2.

   La ;somme des     diamètres    des       roulements    5-6     est    supérieure à la     profondeur    des  logements 4 où     ils    se     -trouvent        placés,    de     manière    que  lesdits     roulements        demeurent        emprisonnés    dans leur  logement     respectif    par la couronne     périphérique    1,

    sans pouvoir     dépasser    une position limite définie par       l'angle    que forme le     plan    qui :passe     parleurs        axes    avec  le     plan        diamétral    qui passe par     l'axe    du disque 2 et  celui du rouleau 5.

   Chaque     couple    de     rouleaux    est  constamment     .sollicité    vers cette position     .limite    sous       l'action    d'un     ressort    7     travaillant    en compression qui       prend        appui        .sur    le rouleau 6 et sur la paroi 8 du  logement 4     correspondant.       Le fonctionnement du     dispositif    est     ;le    suivant  lorsque la couronne 1     tourne    :en     :

  suivant    le sens de la       flèche    a, elle     entraîne        légèrement    le rouleau 6 en  l'écartant de sa position     limite    et en l'obligeant à tour  ner dans le sens de     la        flèche    b ; ce rouleau     détermine     à ,son     tour    la rotation du rouleau 5 dans le sens     indiqué     par la flèche c.

   Ce     mouvement    se produit librement,  sans     affecter    en     rien        1e    disque 2, lequel     peut    rester       immobile    ou tourner dans le     sens        :contraire    pour       obéir    à     d'autres        forces    pouvant     agir    sur lui.

   Au con  traire, lorsque la     couronne    1 tourne     .dans    le sens       opposé,        :c'est-à-dire        dans    le     :sens    de da flèche d,     il    en  traîne le     rouleau    6 en l'appuyant     fortement        contre    le  rouleau 5 ;

   les     :deux        rouleaux    forment alors une sorte       de    coin qui bloque la couronne 1 en position solidaire      avec le     disque    2,     ce    .qui     détermine    la .rotation de ce  dernier dans le sens indiqué par la     flèche    e.  



  On     comprend    que ce     dispositif    est susceptible de  transmettre des efforts de     n'importe        quelle        grandeur,     à condition que soient calculées     convenablement    les       caractéristiques    des éléments ide blocage, à savoir le       nombre    de couples de     rouleaux    5-6     rentrant    dans le       dispositif,    les     dimensions    de ces rouleaux et le genre  de matériaux dont :sont constitués lesdits :rouleaux et  les     autres    organes de transmission.  



       En        variante,    on     .pourrait    faire en sorte que l'élé  ment moteur soit le disque intérieur et l'élément mené  la couronne     périphérique    ; on pourrait aussi disposer  les logements     destinés    à     recevoir    les rouleaux de blo  cage     -d-ans    la     couronne    périphérique, et non pas dans  le     disque    intérieur;
