Fig. 1 bzw.
Fig. 8 zeigt den Wandtrenner mit gebogener Durchführung 1.

Bushing isolators In high-voltage switchgear there is the problem of routing lines branching off from busbars via isolators, circuit breakers, instrument transformers and another isolator through a wall, roof or floor or through a steel frame, etc. - mostly to the outside.
The present invention relates to such a bushing separator; it enables the task to be carried out with a minimum of space and costs and is characterized in that the bushing serves as a connector for the disconnector poles and the separation takes place by means of a pivoting movement of this bushing.
This can be done in the simplest way by means of a straight-axis implementation, which is superimposed in such a way that during the separating movement, its two ends each move on a circle, the planes of which are parallel to the wall. The implementation or its flange pierces the wall before preferably askew, z. B. under 45. At the point of passage, a round delimited plate in the form of a wheel is expediently set in the wall, which can be rotated about its axis perpendicular to the wall. The drive mechanism can attack it.
For reasons of spatial expediency, it is often desirable that only one pole of the isolator is detached during the separating movement. The bushing is then fixed in the rotating wheel in such a way that only one end of it moves in a circle, the plane of which is parallel to the wall, while the other end rotates in one point - namely in the fixed pole.
The axis of rotation of the implementation can be parallel to the wall in a further embodiment. The wall must then have an opening in order to allow the passage to be pivoted. In this version, the separating movement takes place in a plane perpendicular to the wall.
In a further exemplary embodiment, the bushing is pivoted in a ball joint located in the wall. The separating movement can in this case take place in any way, the ends always moving on a ball.
By using a curved implementation, the opening in the wall can be kept smaller than with a straight implementation, especially if the axis of the part passing through the wall coincides with the axis of rotation.
On the one hand, mostly open-air wall side, where the smallest space requirement is not a compulsory requirement, the bushing end can be provided with a blank cutting knife that is perpendicular to the axis of implementation.
The grounded part of the isolator can have a current transformer, be it by placing a toroidal core on part 1, be it by the implementation is divided into two and a connector of these parts is set in a winding current transformer.
Some embodiments of the subject invention are shown in FIGS.
1 and 2 respectively show a swiveling separator with a straight passage, the two connector ends of which each move on a plane parallel to the wall. In Fig. 3 one pole is fixed. 1-7, 1 is the straight or curved bushing, 2 the wall as a grounded part, 3 the axis of rotation for pivoting the bushing, 4 a wheel that rotates around the axis 3.
The ends 5 and 6 of the bushing make contact with the fixed poles 7 and 8 in the closed state, when the isolator is opened they move in a circular path away from them, or in: Fig. 3, 5-7 the end 5 remains while the end 6 moves in a circular path.
In Fig. 4, the end 5 moves in contrast to the separator according to FIG. 3 on a small circle, so that the position of the separator on the lower wall side can be clearly seen. The recognizability of the separation position is also given in the embodiment according to FIG. 5, in which the knee of the curved passage moves on a circle.
The separator according to FIG. 6 frees the space in the area of the upper part of the axis of rotation for the execution of apparatus, e.g. B. the load switch age.
Separators according to Fig. 7 have the same parts before as those according to FIGS. 3 to 5 with a ver relatively slightly curved implementation.
Fig. 8 shows the wall divider with a curved passage 1. The axis of rotation 3 is perpendicular to the wall, it coincides with the axis 3 of the central part of the passage at that point.
In FIG. 9, the pivoting takes place on one side of the wall with the aid of the curved guide 1, and on the other side with the aid of the blank cutting knife 9.
Fig. 10 shows a variant of Fig. B.
11 shows a swiveling separator with a straight passage in the switched-on state, the axis of rotation of which is parallel to the wall.
