Fig. 3 stellt den Fassungsmantel allein in Drauf sicht dar.
Electrical screw sockets, especially for incandescent lamps Screw sockets, especially for electric light bulbs, usually have three main parts, a Fas sung housing, a socket stone with a threaded basket and a Fassuings; manroek. The casing screwed into the Fassungsge housing clamps the mount stone secured against rotation in a form-fitting manner in the Fassungsge between itself and a support, which is located in the lower part of the housing, and thus holds all three items together.
Shocks or when the bulb is unscrewed can cause the socket jacket to loosen automatically. As a result, the individual parts detach from one another and the falsification housing and the socket casing can no longer fulfill their task of protecting against contact.
There are already electrical screw sockets become known, in which the described after parts are eliminated in that two interlocking locking elements, namely a spring-loaded locking member and a toothing, are available, of which the locking elements are one with a fixed and the other is connected to a movable part of the socket.
A disadvantage of these versions, however, is that when the screw connection is loosened, the locking element must be held down during a relatively large angular rotation of the parts screwed together and that when the screw connection is tightened, the locking element sliding over the toothing causes a disturbing noise, which often causes the user of the Socket prevents the screw connection from being fully tightened.
The present invention relates to an electrical cal screw socket, in particular for incandescent lamps, in which socket a socket stone provided with a threaded basket is positively secured against rotation in a socket housing and is firmly held by a socket jacket screwed to this and to secure the screw connection on one part of the socket Locking member is movably arranged, which automatically engages in a locking recess of another part of the Fas solution under the influence of a spring and can only be brought out of engagement with the locking recess from the inside of the socket when the incandescent lamp is unscrewed.
That new is now, according to the invention, that the socket casing has at most three locking recesses on its otherwise smooth front edge holding the Fas sungsstein, in one of which the locking member engages when the socket casing is screwed in, and that the stroke of the locking member is smaller than the slope of the screw thread over the circumferential arc from the end of the locking recess be used to the beginning of the next or the same locking recess following in the circumferential direction.
For example, two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are explained with the aid of the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows the first embodiment in an axial longitudinal section.
FIG. 2 shows the same partly in a view from the left in FIG. 1 and partly in a longitudinal section.
Fig. 3 shows the socket casing only in plan view.
Fig. 4 is an analog representation of the socket housing alone.
Fig. 5 shows part of the socket in the order in the circumferential direction section.
Fig. 6 shows the same with 360 screwed out socket casing. 7 and 8 illustrate the second exemplary embodiment from in positions analogous to FIGS. 1 and 2.
In the following, the first embodiment of the electrical screw socket will be explained in detail with reference to Figs.
On two segment-shaped supports 15 in the Fas solution housing 1 rests with its base surface a Fas sungsstein 2 on which a threaded basket 5 and clamps, not shown, are attached for attaching the electrical lead wires rule. Two arranged on the support surface 15 and a further cams 14 engage in corresponding recesses 13 of the mounting stone 2 and thereby secure it against rotation. By an asymmetrical arrangement of the recesses 13 and the cams 14, the position of the mounting stone 2 relative to the outer beginning of the thread 22 located in the mounting housing 1 is clearly determined.
In the axial direction of the socket, the Fas sungsstein 2 will hold Festge through the internal edge 17 of the socket jacket 3 screwed in from above.
In the mounting stone 2, a bolt 7 provided with a cuboid head 6 is mounted axially displaceably, with the cylindrical bolt 7 being guided in a bore 12 and the head 6 on the flanks of a longitudinal groove 11, which, because of the cuboid shape of the head 6, simultaneously there is a safeguard against rotation. Between the Bo the 23 of the groove 11 and the head 6, a helical spring 8 is arranged, which by means of its Vomspa, nnung presses the bolt 7 with its head 6 upwards.
In order to prevent the bolt 7 from jumping out of the bore 12, the bolt 7 is flanged at its lower end 9 protruding beyond the bore. The head 6 serves as an elastically resiliently arranged locking element to secure the socket jacket 3 against unintentional loosening.
The lower edge 17 of the socket jacket 3 has a single recess 10 into which the head 6 is intended to engage when the socket jacket 3 is screwed in. Since the socket casing 3 can only be screwed in until its lower edge 17 rests on the socket stone 2, the height of the thread 22 protruding above the socket stone 2 in the socket housing 1 must be chosen so that after the socket casing 3 has been tightened, the recess 10 comes to lie exactly over the head 6. Here one can see the importance of the already mentioned anti-twist protection of the Fassungsstein 2 by the grooves 13 and cams 14.
The three screwed-together parts are secured in that the head 6 engages in the recess 10 under the pressure of the helical spring 8 and thus prevents the casing 3 from rotating backwards. Since the latch head 6 is cuboid and the recess 10 is rectangular, the screw connection cannot be loosened even with a violent attempt without one of the two elements being destroyed.
Since there must be a certain game between the head 6 and the recess 10 for functional mechanical reasons, the intermediate ring 4 located between the shoulder 16 of the Fas sungsmantels 3 and the upper edge of the hous ses 1 takes over the holding function, partly through Preload, partly through surface friction. In the event of vibrations, the intermediate ring 4 also prevents the formation of disruptive noises.
The stroke of the head 6, i.e. H. the distance by which the head 6 stands in its rest position according to FIGS. 1 and 2 over the top of the mounting stone 2 or by which the head 6 can be pushed back by means of the edge 17 of the mounting jacket 3 against the influence of the spring 8 is smaller than the pitch of the thread 22 over a circumference of almost 360, namely from the end of the recess 10 to the beginning of the same recess 10.
Reference is made to FIGS. 5 and 6 for a better understanding. Fig. 5 shows the completely screwed together state of the socket analogous to FIG. 1, whereas FIG. 6 shows the same when the socket jacket is screwed 360 less far. It can be clearly seen that in the latter case the lower edge 17 of the mount jacket 3 has lifted itself from the mount stone 2 by a greater distance than the head 6 protrudes over the mount stone 2.
The assembly of the electrical screw socket described is done in such a way that first the electrical lead wires are pulled through the socket housing 1 and connected to the clamps of the socket block 2 seen before. The socket stone 2 is then placed in the housing 1 in such a way that the cams 14 on the support 15 engage in the associated recesses 13 in the socket stone 2.
After the elastic intermediate ring 4 has been placed on the shoulder 16 of the mount jacket 3, the mount jacket 3 is screwed into the housing 1 until it rests snugly on the mount stone 2. An audible noise indicates that the head 6, after being pushed back through the advancing edge 17 of the Fassungsman means 3, engages in the recess 10 and thus the entire version is secured against automatic loosening.
If the version is to be dismantled again, you first have to use a suitable tool, e.g. B. screwdriver to unlock the screw connection by pressing down the head 6 between the threaded basket 5 and the socket casing 3 and at the same time rotating the socket casing 3 in the sense of opening until the head 6 comes to lie under the edge 17 and is thereby held down will. Afterwards you can easily unscrew the socket casing 3 and then dismantle the socket as you wish. Another embodiment of the screw mount is shown in FIGS. 7 and B. Instead of the axially displaceable head 6, a locking member formed from a leaf spring is provided here.
A groove 18 in the mounting stone 2 widens on the end face of the mounting stone 2 to form a wedge-shaped recess 20. A leaf spring 24 is inserted into the groove 18, the lower end portion of which is bent over to form a foot 24a so that the leaf spring 24 is not pulled out of the groove 18 can be. The upper end portion of the leaf spring 24 is shaped into a head piece 24b serving as a locking member. When screwing in the socket jacket 3, the head piece 24b is pushed back by the edge 17 in the Vertie fungus 20 before it snaps into place.
The main advantage of the versions described is that their parts cannot become detached from one another through unintentional tampering or vibrations. The security process is automatic and clear in contrast to screw connections of the usual type, whose security organs work with ring teeth, surface friction or in a similar way.
In the case of non-illustrated variants of the exemplary embodiments described, the socket casing 3 could have more than one recess 10 on its lower edge 17, for example two or three thereof. In this case, the pitch of the thread 22 for connecting the socket jacket 3 to the socket housing 1 must be greater than in the previous exemplary embodiments, provided the stroke of the head 6 or head piece 24b serving as a locking member is the same.
In order to ensure that this locking element can no longer lock into the next recess of the socket when unscrewing the socket, the stroke of the locking element must be smaller than the pitch of the thread 22 over the circumferential arc from the end of the first to the beginning of the next taking the socket jacket 3.
