Multi-cylinder press riding hydraulic synchronization device The invention relates to a multi-cylinder press with hydraulic synchronization device for the drive piston in the form of parallel guide cylinders connected crosswise by compensating lines. It is already known to connect the cross-routed equalization lines with a pressure oil source in order to eliminate the compression error caused by one-sided loading by adding the equalization spaces in which compression occurs
is performed by means of an adjusting gear pressure oil.
The present invention solves the same task, namely to avoid the overpressure occurring in the compensation system and its adverse effect in such a way that the pressure oil supply to the working piston. is controlled by the two compensating lines in such a way that a control slide for each of the two supply lines to the working piston is adjusted at the ends and opposite by a pair of control pistons connected to each compensating line, the control slide each switching off that working cylinder in its end position from the pressure oil supply ,
which one experiences no or less resistance than the other when the ram is lowered.
The invention has the advantage that the one-sided loading of the ram does not lead to damage to the hydraulics and the press or to harmful feed movements.
The invention is shown schematically in the drawing using an exemplary embodiment and is described below.
1 shows the hydraulic diagram, FIG. 2 shows the control slide in longitudinal section and FIG. 3 shows the cross section to FIG. 2 according to III-III of FIG. 2. In FIG. 1, for the sake of simplicity, only the two working pistons are of the press 1 and 2, on which, as indicated by dash-dotted lines, a very long press ram 3, commonly used in press brakes, hangs.
The working pistons 1 and 2 receive 4 pressurized oil via feed lines 5 and 6, which are connected to a control slide housing 7 on their upper sides. The housing 7 in turn is connected to the pressure oil pump 9 via the line 8. The return of the working pistons 1 and 2 from their lower position upwards takes place via a lifting cylinder with piston 10, which moves the press ram 1 upwards when it receives pressure oil from the line 11. Pressure oil in line 11 can be given on the one hand by the hand pump 12, on the other hand from the pressure accumulator 13 ge.
To control the working pistons 1 and 2 in parallel, a smaller cylinder 16 or 17 is built on the cylinder housing 14 and 15 and guided in the latter additional pistons 18, 19, which sit on the upwardly extended piston rod of each working piston. The top of the cylinder 17, in which the piston 19 is guided, is connected to the bottom of the piston 18 via the equalization line 20 and also the bottom of the cylinder 17 with the top of the piston 18 through the equalization line 21. From the equalization line 20 a line 22 is branched off, which branches off at 23 in the line 24 and via the check valve 25 with the line 11 in Ver connection.
Likewise, the line 26 leads from the line 21 via 27, 28 and the check valve 29 into the line 11. The purpose of the equalization lines 20, 21 is known. When the working piston 1 is low, pressure oil is pressed from the bottom of the piston 18 out of the cylinder 19 via the line 20 to the top of the piston 19. On the other hand, the piston 19 promotes the oil from its underside via the line 21 to the top of the piston 19. This ensures that the two working pistons 1 and 2 are controlled in parallel. To maintain a complete cylinder filling Zy, the lines 20 and 21 are connected to the line 11, which leads to the standing under high pressure pressure accumulator 13.
If the pressure in the accumulator line 11 falls due to consumption in the pressure cylinder 10, the check valves 25 and 29 come into effect and prevent a pressure drop.
In the event that the working piston 1 is under a high load, e.g. B. a resistance of 300 t occurs, while no resistance acts on the working piston 2, so the working piston 1 encounters a workpiece, an oil pressure corresponding to the resistance is set according to the pump power on its top. The working oil supply line 6 to the piston 1 is connected to the working oil supply line 5 to the top of the working piston 2 via the control slide 7.
This working piston 2 is therefore, without encountering any resistance, pressed down accordingly to the high oil pressure and consequently the oil pressure on the underside of the compensating piston 19 in the cylinder 17 would correspond to the transmission ratio between the two pistons 2 and 19 rise to an impermissibly high value. The same applies to the top of the piston 18. To prevent this one-sided overloading, the control slide 7 connected to the compensating lines 20, 21 is provided with two through bores 30, 31 (FIGS. 2 and 3).
The control piston 32 is connected to the upper bore 30 on one side and the piston 33 is connected to the other side. The two pistons act on the control slide 34. The control slide 34 controls the working oil supply line 5, which leads to the working piston 2.
The control slide 35 is accommodated in the second lower bore 31. It controls the working oil supply line 6 to the working piston 1. With the control slide 35, the control piston 36 acts together on the one hand and the control piston 37 on the other hand. The control pistons 32 and 36 are acted upon on their outer side by the pressure oil in the line 26 and the Control piston 33, 37 on the right side of the control slide 7 from the pressure oil in line 22.
In the case of one-sided loading of the press ram 3, so when the working piston 1 meets increased opponents, the oil pressure on the underside of the parallel control piston 19 and in the line 21, 26 increases.
It also acts on the control piston 32 with the effect that, despite its smaller diameter compared to the opposing piston 33, it is able to move the control slide 34 to the right so that the working oil supply line 5 to the working piston 2 is closed. The same increased pressure acts on the control piston 36 and, since the latter also has a larger diameter than the opposing piston 37, the supply line 6 to the working piston 1 is definitely kept open.
The reason that the control pistons 33, 36 have a larger diameter than their opposing pistons 32, 37 is that the supply lines 5, 6 to the working pistons 1, 2 must definitely remain open in the idle gear and with even loading of the plunger 3 : In idle mode, a one-sided low resistance could occur, for example in the link guide of the plunger 3, which leads to pressure differences in the compensating lines 20, 21. As a result, the control slide 34 could stop halfway or swing back and forth.
The difference in cross-section of the control piston, on the other hand, has the effect that the two control slides 34, 35 move into the open position rather suddenly. 38 are the safety valves prescribed by the commercial police. A sealing sleeve is arranged in the usual manner in front of each of the axially loaded control pistons.
In Fig. 3, the main control slide is marked with 40. It is connected with its eyelet 41 at the outer end to a linkage that is moved either by hand or by a foot pedal. The main control slide only controls the starting and stopping of the press. It therefore has an idle position and a working position. In Fig. 3, the idle position is shown in which the press is stopped.
The oil coming from the oil pump 9 coming from the pressure oil line occurs at 8 in the upper part 42 of the main control slide 40 surrounding oil chamber, flows downward into the lower part 44 of this chamber and flows through the bottom to the left of her depart Channel 43 back to the storage tank, not shown. If the press is now to work, then the main control slide 40 is moved so far downward via the hand or foot linkage not presented, until it closes the lower part 44 of the oil chamber. This interrupts the idling of the oil pump, and it now only delivers pressurized oil into the upper part of the oil chamber.
From here it flows to the control slide bores 30 and 31. For this purpose, two blind channels 8 'and 8 ″, which cut the bores 30 and 31, in which the control slides 34 and 35 are guided, extend from the oil chamber 42 and 31, the feed lines 5 and 6 go to the working cylinders.
In this position of the main control slide 40, the press continues to operate as described above.
