Adjustable radial bearing of a gear within a housing The invention relates to an adjustable radial bearing of a gear within a housing. Such a storage has already become known on a bushing with an eccentric bore with which it sits on an eccentric part of a bearing pin, in particular for internal combustion engines, with the bearing pin inevitably through the housing wall or possibly through the wheel arch cover and one with the eccentric bushing through drivers connected bearing bush,
through which the externally accessible devices for adjusting and locking are located. A gear drive with an eccentric, rotatable bearing bushing for adjusting the distance between the gears has also become known, in which the hardness of bevel gears with spiral teeth or machining inaccuracies of the wheels are compensated for by adjusting their height relative to one another. In these known embodiments, the axis of the gear can only be moved parallel to itself.
In order to have a universal setting of the gear in high-precision gears, both in the axis distance and in the position of the axis in space, e.g. B. to eliminate tooth bevel errors, uses the inventive storage in two separate bearing points of the gear each two eccentric elements.
Fig. 1 shows schematically and for example an axial section through the storage of the gear according to the invention.
The gear 1 in engagement with gear 2 is mounted radially in the two needle bearings 3 and 4. The outer rings of these needle roller bearings sit in the bushes 5 and 6, with their outer ring surfaces 7 and 8 being conical and the axis is on the line 9 resp. 10 , while the axes for gear wheel 1 and needle roller bearings are on the line 11 . The bores of the housing 12 are also on the line 11. The eccentricity between the lines 9 and 10 and the line 11 </ B> is denoted by E . The sleeves 5 and 6 as well as the sleeves 13 and 14 represent each two eccentric elements.
The two sleeves 13 and 14 are arranged in the housing 12, the inner ring surfaces of which match the ring surfaces 7 and 8 . Bushing 5 and sleeve 13 are pushed into one another by the washer 19 and firmly clamped, while bushing 6 and sleeve 14 in are clamped by the disc 20 like cher way. The relatively long connecting rod 15 is fastened in the gear 1 . This connecting rod 15 is axially supported in the bearing 16 , this being on the housing 12 by means of the covers 17 and 18 is held. In the position shown of the gear 1 , its axis 11 is identical to that of the bore of the housing 12.
If the axis of the gear wheel 1 is now to be shifted parallel to the axis of the bore by a certain amount, this is done by turning the bushings 5 and 6 </ B > at a certain angle. The position of the newly set eccentricity of the gear axis relative to the bore axis of the housing can be determined by rotating the sleeves 13 and 14 together. In this way it is possible to fix the position of the gear wheel axis in an area in which its axis intersects the area of a circle with a radius of twice the amount of the value E .
If the position of the axis of the gear 1 is oblique to the position of the bore of the housing 12, then either only the bushing 5 and the sleeve 13 have to be turned , or just bushing 6 and sleeve 14, or a certain combination of these settings is possible. The type of combination includes the area at which the intersection of the axis of the gear 1 is within the area of a circle with a radius twice the amount of the value E in the center plane of the bearing 3 or the central plane of the bearing 4 lies.
The drawn eccentricity E is shown exaggerated. In reality, only minimal sizes E are necessary, within which the misalignment of the gear 1 is still permissible for the needle bearings and also this misalignment or displacement of the axis of the gear 1 can still be considered to be permissible from the axial bearing. The relatively long design of the connecting rod 15 contributes to this.
