Description

  

      Metallprofilrahmen        für        Türen    und Fenster    Die Erfindung betrifft einen in eine Mauer  öffnung einzumauernden     Metallprofilrahmen    für  Türen und Fenster, der erfindungsgemäss dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass die rechtwinklig aneinander  anstossenden Profilschienen des Rahmens unter teil  weiser gegenseitiger Durchdringung stumpf     aufein-          andergesetzt    und miteinander verschweisst sind.  



  Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der  Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 schaubildlich eine Rahmenecke eines ersten  Ausführungsbeispiels eines     Metallprofilrahmens    nach  der Erfindung,       Fig.2    einen Schnitt nach der Linie     Ir-II    von       Fig.    1,

         Fig.    3 schaubildlich eine Rahmenecke eines zwei  ten Ausführungsbeispiels des     Metallprofilrahmens.     Gemäss den     Fig.    1 und 2 sind eine horizontale       Metallprofilschiene    1 und eine zweite gleichprofilierte  vertikale     Metallprofilschiene    2 unter teilweiser gegen  seitiger Durchdringung stumpf, also nicht etwa in  Gehrung, aufeinander aufgesetzt und an     einzelnen     Punkten P oder Längsnähten miteinander ver  schweisst.  



  Die     Metallprofilschienen    1 bzw. 2 sind je durch  Abbiegen eines flachen Bleches hergestellt und um  fassen je eine Vorderwand 11 bzw. 21, eine an diese    rechtwinklig anschliessende Wand 12 bzw. 22, eine  weitere an die letztgenannte Wand rechtwinklig an  schliessende Wand 13 bzw. 23 sowie eine parallel zur  Vorderwand 11 bzw. 21 und zur Wand 13 bzw. 23 vor  gesehene Rückwand 14 bzw. 24.

   Um die Profilschie  nen     ineinander    einsetzen zu können, sind sie mit  Anschnitten in den Wänden 12 und 13 bzw. 22 und  23 versehen, wobei die übrigbleibenden Endlappen  der     Vorder-    und der Rückwand     1la    und 14a der  einen Schiene 1 gerade belassen werden, während  die entsprechenden Endlappen 21a und 24a der  andern Schiene 2 um die Wanddicke     abgekröpft    sind  (siehe     Fig.    2).  



  Auch bei der Ausführungsform nach     Fig.    3  durchdringen sich die stumpf     aufeinandergesetzten,          rechtwinklig    aneinander anstossenden Profilschienen 3  und 4 teilweise gegenseitig, wobei sie miteinander  verschweisst sind.

         Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a frame corner of a two th embodiment of the metal profile frame. 1 and 2 are a horizontal metal profile rail 1 and a second equally profiled vertical metal profile rail 2 with partial mutual penetration butt, so not about miter, placed on top of each other and welded together at individual points P or longitudinal seams ver.



  The metal profile rails 1 and 2 are each made by bending a flat sheet and each include a front wall 11 or 21, a wall 12 or 22 adjoining this at right angles, and another at the last-mentioned wall at right angles to the closing wall 13 or 23 and a rear wall 14 and 24 which is parallel to the front wall 11 or 21 and the wall 13 or 23 respectively.

   In order to be able to insert the profile rails into one another, they are provided with cuts in the walls 12 and 13 or 22 and 23, the remaining end flaps of the front and rear walls 1la and 14a of one rail 1 being left straight, while the corresponding ones End tabs 21a and 24a of the other rail 2 are bent by the wall thickness (see Fig. 2).



  In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, too, the profile rails 3 and 4, which are butted one on top of the other and abut one another at right angles, partially penetrate one another, whereby they are welded to one another.

PATENTANSPRUCH In eine Maueröffnung einzumauernder Metall profilrahmen für Türen und Fenster, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass die rechtwinklig aneinander anstossen den Profilschienen des Rahmens unter teilweiser gegenseitiger Durchdringung stumpf aufeinander gesetzt und miteinander verschweisst sind.
