Es zeigen Fig. 1 eine Regelungs-Einrichtung der Wickel maschine mit einer nachgiebigen Verbindung, beste hend aus Schraube und Mutter<B>;</B> Fig. 2 eine Regelungs-Einrichtung mit elektri scher Verstellvorrichtung ; Fig. 3 eine Regelungs-Einrichtung mit einem zu sätzlichen Verstellgetriebe ; Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht der Einrichtung mit Spannungs-Kompensator ;
Winding machine with a device for automatic regulation of the speed of the winding beam, e.g. for winding up sheets of thread In order to achieve a constant thread tension when winding web-shaped goods, for example textile sheets, onto winding beams, devices are used , which adjust the speed of the winding beam to the change in the winding diameter. Such a change in speed often occurs by means of a continuously variable torque converter, e.g.
B. a V-belt transmission, both mechanical or electrical and hydraulic means are used to operate the control elements for the transmission.
There is a significant difference in these devices with regard to the removal of the control pulses for changing the speed of the winding beam. This difference is shown not only in the construction of the device, but above all in the degree of the current correspondence of the translation in the winding gear with the winding diameter. Since the purpose of such devices is to protect the stretch-sensitive thread sheets, this correspondence, together with a certain elasticity of the force transmission, determines the value of such devices.
Very many of the regulatory systems that have become known do not or only partially fulfill the tasks set. This is especially true for those cases where devices for pulse extraction are not in the force path, but in the bypass to this, as is z. B. is the case with the control devices controlled by filling rollers. Such devices always have a certain inertia, which can lead to operational disruptions.
These disadvantages, however, do not exist in a devices in which the removal devices for the control pulses are elastic and are directly in the force path and respond to load changes, from which then the control pulse for the adjusting spindle on the winding gear can be removed.
For the drive of winding devices, especially paper webs, a Vorrich device is already known with stepless control and transmission of the driving force by means of a slip-permitting device, the Ge speed is changed through the intermediary of a differential gear.
A differential gear acting on the adjusting device of a continuously variable transmission can be adjusted by the two drive parts rotating against each other with slip. However, this slippage has the disadvantage that the thread tension cannot be kept constant over longer periods of operation because the friction of the friction disks changes as the temperature increases.
As a result of this heat-induced change in the coefficient of friction, however, the torque that can be tolerated at constant spring force also changes.
The invention now relates to a winding machine with a device for automatically regulating the speed of the winding beam, for. B. for winding up sheets of thread, depending on the tension of the goods to be wound up, at which the tree is driven via a flexible connection of two kinematic links and via a continuously variable transmission,
an occurring difference between the load torque originating from the winding material tension on the winding beam and the drive torque that can be transmitted via the flexible connection causes a relative movement of these nachgie big connected links, which affects the continuously variable transmission. The invention is characterized in that said flexible connection consists of two coaxially arranged members which each return to their initial position relative to one another,
as soon as the winding material tension has assumed the original size due to the adjustment of the control gear.
The winding machine according to the invention will then be explained with reference to schematic examples shown in the figures.
1 shows a control device of the winding machine with a flexible connection, consisting of a screw and nut; FIG. 2 shows a control device with an electrical adjustment device; 3 shows a control device with an additional adjustment gear; Fig. 4 is a side view of the device with a voltage compensator;
Fig. 5 shows a control device with a different type of flexible connection.
Parts with the same function have the same reference symbols in the figures.
In Fig. 1, a motor 1 drives a conveyor roller 4 via a main gear 2 and chains 3. Another drive connection is to a winding tree 5 from the main gear 2 via a gear 6 and a gear 7 connected to this gear, which are rotatably mounted on an axle stub 9a of a continuously variable winding gear 9, and via a comparison device B.
This has a screw spindle 8a, which ends as a bolt 8b with a spring 8c, an adjusting screw 8d with a pointer and a stationary scale 8e, and a drive wheel 8f, and a nut 8g, which is rigidly connected to the control cone 8h. The nut 8g engages with the gear 7 and the gear 8f with a gear 9b. In addition, the continuously switchable winding gear 9 with the drive wheel 9b attached to the driven stub axle 9a is located in the drive path to the winding beam.
11 with a transmission lever for the control pulses of the comparison device is referred to. 12 is one part of a friction clutch which is mounted on the shaft of an adjusting spindle 9c in a rotationally fixed but axially displaceable manner. 13, the other part of this coupling, which is mounted on its shaft, is rotatable but not displaceable. This is in constant drive connection with the winding gear 9 via an intermediate gear 14, <I> 14a, 14b </I>.
The mode of operation of the arrangement described is as follows: From the force paths 1/2/3/4 and 1-2-6-7-8-9-5, the latter receives a correspondingly greater load due to the increase in the winding diameter, since at the same speed the removal speed of the goods would like to increase with increasing coil diameter. However, since the speed of the goods through the conveyor roller 4 is true, the tension of the goods between the conveyor roller 4 and the lap beam 5, so the load torque increases.
However, this increase in voltage requires a higher drive torque, which is to be transmitted via the comparison device 8. The torque that can be tolerated is determined by the force of the spring 8e, which presses the nut 8g against the turns of the spindle 8a. If this force of the spring 8c is not sufficient to transmit the torque, the coupling resistance between members 8g and 8a which form a flexible connection is overcome. The nut 8g cannot completely take the spindle 8a with it, but there is a relative movement between the spindle 8a on the one hand and the nut 8g on the other hand.
As a result of the helical turns on the spindle 8a, this relative movement causes an axial movement directed to the right. The control cone 8h connected to the nut 8g presses on the lever 11, which brings the primary part 12 of the Reibkupp treatment with the secondary part 13 in connection. A rotational movement corresponding to the frictional connection is thus transmitted to the adjusting spindle. Due to the change in gear ratio in the winding gear 9, the drive speed for the winding tree is reduced accordingly.
The equilibrium state is thus restored in the comparison device 8, so that the spring 8c can return the nut 8g to the starting position. In this way, however, the transmission lever 11 is also reset by the spring 11b.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment with elec trical device as a pulse carrier for the Steue tion. The clutch spring 9e of the two relatively movable parts 8a and 8g of the comparison device is located here between the wheels 7 and 9b. If the driving force for the winding tree exceeds the force which can be transmitted by the spring 9e, the spring 9e will expand, causing a relative movement between the wheels 7 and 9b.
This relative movement is equivalent to a relative movement between the nut 8g and the spindle 8a. As a result of this relative movement, the nut 8g will again move to the right on the spindle 8a. This wandering movement is transmitted to a lever 8h, whose deflection in one direction or the other closes the power supply via contacts 8i and 8k to an electric reversing motor 15 which rotates and adjusts the adjustment spindle of the winding gear 9 accordingly.
In Fig. 3, an additional continuously variable adjusting gear 16 with an adjusting spindle 16a is seen ver; it is constantly driven by the drive of the winding gear and its adjusting spindle is connected via a shaft 11 to the comparison device.
On the output shaft of the gear 16, a sun gear 17a of a planetary gear is fastened, the planetary gear carrier 17c of which is connected to the gear via a gear pair 16c / 17b. This has a gear ratio such that with a certain output gear ratio in the adjusting gear, the sun gear 17d and thus the adjusting spindle 9c of the helical gear mechanism stand still.
Any change in the gear ratio in the adjusting gear through a control pulse transmitted to its adjusting spindle causes a rotary movement of the sun gear 17d, which is transmitted to the adjusting spindle 9c of the winding gear 9, specifically in both directions of rotation.
The, as in the embodiment according to FIG. 1, after the transmissible torque has been exceeded, the axial displacement of the nut 8g to the right is hereby transmitted into a rotary movement of the shaft 11 via an adjusting spindle.
4 shows a side view of the winding machine with a thread tensioner between the conveyor roller and the winding beam. A thread sheet 20 to be wound is passed over a deflection roller 21 of the conveyor roller 4 rotating at constant speed via roller 22 of a horizontally arranged compensator roller 23 and passed on via a deflection roller 24 to the winding tree 5. By means of a spring 25, the compensator roller 23 is pulled into the looping with the tension set and the tension is indicated by a pointer on a stationary scale 26.
In FIG. 5 another comparison device is shown in which the power flow from the main transmission runs via chain wheels to the sleeve 8'g, where the chain wheel driving the sleeve 8'g is rotatably mounted on the stub 9a. The stub 9a is therefore not taken along by the chain wheel, but by the sleeve 8'g. The power transmission takes place from the gear rotatably mounted on the stub via the cams or rollers rigidly connected with it to the sleeve 8'g, from this sleeve 8'g to the stub 9a and from there via the winding gear to the winding beam.
If the driving force is greater than the force of the spring 8c, a slip occurs between the toothed wheel mounted on the stub 9a with the associated cams or rollers on the one hand and the sleeve 8'g on the other hand, which results in the sleeve 8'g is displaced axially against the force of the spring 8c. This axial displacement of the sleeve 8'g in turn affects the adjustment of the winding gear, as in the embodiment of FIG.
