Waren-Packung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Waren Packung, bei welcher das die Form eines Rechtkants aufweisende Verpackungsgut, wie z. B. ein Schreibpapierstapel, in einen Papierbogen eingepackt ist, der an den Stirnseiten der Packung durch Einlegen der über das Verpackungsgut hinaus ragenden Seitenteile des Papierbogens zu Decklappen gefaltet ist.
Bei dieser allgemein bekannten Packung muss der Papierbogen, will man ihn nach dem Öffnen der Packung weiterhin zum Schutze des Verpackungsgutes verwenden, sorgfältig aufgeschlagen und der Schreibpapierstapel, sofern es sich beim Verpakkungsgut um einen solchen handelt, wiederum eingepackt werden, wenn nur ein Teil des Stapels zur unmittelbaren Verwendung gelangt, den man ordnungsgemäss wieder versorgen möchte.
Diese umständliche Arbeit erübrigt sich bei der erfindungsgemässen Packung und zwar dadurch, dass der Papierbogen auf einer dieser Stirnseiten eine über seine ganze Länge sich erstreckende Perforation aufweist, die im gefalteten Zustand des Papierbogens längs der Umrisslinie der betreffenden Stirnfläche des Verpackungsgutes verläuft, um die Packung zwecks Entnahme eines Teiles des Verpackungsgutes unter Aufrechterhaltung einer zum grösseren Teil unversehrten Schutzhülle für das Verpackungsgut stirnseitig zu öffnen.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine fertige Papierstapel-Packung, wie sie vom Lieferant bezogen wird;
Fig. 2 zeigt die gleiche, stirnseitig aber geöffnete Packung;
Fig. 3 zeigt die gleiche, stimseitig geöffnete Pakkung, aber von der andern Flachseite her gesehen, und
Fig. 4 zeigt schematisch einen zur Anfertigung dieser Packung dienenden Papierbogen.
Der Inhalt der Packung gemäss Fig. 1-3 ist ein Schreibpapierstapel a, von dem jeweils nur ein Teil zur unmittelbaren Verwendung gelangen soll. Dieser Papierstapel a ist in einem rechteckigen Papierbogen b eingepackt, der in Fig. 4 in einem kleineren Massstabe einzeln dargestellt ist. Der eine der beiden Längsränder dieses Papierbogens b ist mit zwei senkrechten Einschnitten bl versehen, deren gegenseitiger Abstand voneinander der Breite des Papierstapels a entspricht. Der andere Längsrand des Papierbogens b ist mit einer Perforationslinie b3 versehen und in der Mitte derselben auch noch mit einer Perforationsecke b4, deren Spitze auf der in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Einschnitten bl gehenden Mittellinie liegt und gegen den mit diesen Einschnitten versehenen Rand gerichtet ist.
Die Tiefe der Einschnitte b1 sowie der Abstand der Perforationslinie b3 vom betreffenden Rand des Papierbogens hängt ab von der Höhe des einzupackenden Papierstapels a.
Zum Einpacken des Papierstapels a im Papierbogen b wird der Stapel mit der unteren Kante der einen seiner beiden Stirnseiten in der Mitte auf die Perforationslinie b3 gelegt und der Papierbogen alsdann wie üblich von den beiden Längsseiten des Stapels her um diesen herumgeschlagen. Daraufhin werden die auf der den beiden Einschnitten entsprechenden Stirnseite vorstehenden Teile der beiden gegeneinander umgelegten Seitenflügel des Papierbogens b in an sich bekannter Weise gefalzt, auf diese Stirnseite aufgelegt und dann mit dem zwischen den beiden Einschnitten b1 gebildeten Decklappen d, der um die ganze Länge dieser Stirnseite des Papierstapels umgelegt wird, überdeckt.
Schliesslich wird dieser umgelegte Lappen d mittels eines Klebstreifens e mit dem auf der betreffenden Flachseite des Stapels vor handenen Packungsteil verklebt, wie in Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigt ist. Auf der andern Stirnseite wird der über den Papierstapel hinaus vorstehende Teil des Papierbogens in der üblichen Weise zu einem Spitz verlaufenden Decklappen f zusammengefaltet und ebenfalls mit einem Klebstreifen g mit demselben Verpakkungsteil verklebt. Dabei wird darauf Bedacht genommen, dass der Spitzenteil fl dieses Decklappens unverklebt bleibt und so eine fassbare Lasche fl gebildet wird, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt ist. Schliesslich werden noch die beiden, um die Längsseiten des Stapels a herumgelegten. Teile des Papierbogens mittels Klebstreifen h miteinander verklebt.
Bei dieser fertigen Packung bildet die Perforationslinie b9 des Papierbogens die Umrisslinie der betreffenden Stirnfläche des Papierstapels.
Will man eine auf diese Weise gefertigte Packung in Gebrauch nehmen, so wird die Lasche ft mit Daumen und Zeigefinger gefasst und der Klebstreifen g aufgerissen, so dass der an dieser Stirnseite befindliche gefaltete Teil des Papierbogens b freigelegt wird und längs der Perforationslinie b3 entfernt werden kann. Die Packung ist dadurch stirnseitig geöffnet, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. Der Papierstapel liegt jetzt in einer stirnseitig offenen Schutzhülle und kann je nach Bedarf aus derselben herausgenommen werden.
Um die Entnahme der Blätter vom Stapel zu erleichtern, wird auch noch der von der Perforation b4 gebildete Ecklappen abgetrennt, wodurch die Papierblätter zum Herausziehen aus der Schutzhülle besser gefasst werden können.

The contents of the package according to FIGS. 1-3 are a stack of writing paper a, of which only a part is intended to be used immediately. This stack of paper a is packed in a rectangular sheet of paper b, which is shown individually in FIG. 4 on a smaller scale. One of the two longitudinal edges of this sheet of paper b is provided with two vertical incisions bl, the mutual spacing of which corresponds to the width of the paper stack a. The other longitudinal edge of the sheet of paper b is provided with a perforation line b3 and in the middle of the same also with a perforation corner b4, the tip of which lies on the center line going in the middle between the two incisions and is directed towards the edge provided with these incisions.
The depth of the incisions b1 and the distance between the perforation line b3 and the relevant edge of the paper sheet depend on the height of the paper stack a to be packed.
To pack the paper stack a in the paper sheet b, the stack is placed with the lower edge of one of its two end faces in the middle on the perforation line b3 and the paper sheet is then folded around it as usual from the two long sides of the stack. Then the protruding parts of the two side wings of the sheet of paper b which are folded against one another are folded in a manner known per se, placed on this front side and then with the cover flap d formed between the two incisions b1, which extends around the entire length of the two incisions protruding from the end face Front side of the paper stack is turned over, covered.
Finally, this folded flap d is glued by means of an adhesive strip e to the part of the package present on the relevant flat side of the stack, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. On the other end face, the part of the sheet of paper protruding beyond the stack of paper is folded up in the usual manner to form a pointed cover flap f and also glued to the same part of the packaging with an adhesive strip g. Care is taken here to ensure that the tip part fl of this cover flap remains unglued and thus a tangible tab fl is formed, as shown in FIG. 1. Finally, the two are laid around the long sides of the stack a. Parts of the sheet of paper glued together using adhesive tape h.
In this finished pack, the perforation line b9 of the sheet of paper forms the contour line of the relevant end face of the paper stack.
If you want to use a pack made in this way, grasp the flap ft with your thumb and forefinger and tear open the adhesive strip g so that the folded part of the sheet of paper b located on this end face is exposed and can be removed along the perforation line b3 . As a result, the pack is open at the end, as shown in FIG. 2. The stack of paper is now in a protective cover that is open at the end and can be removed from it as required.
In order to facilitate the removal of the sheets from the stack, the corner tab formed by the perforation b4 is also separated off, so that the paper sheets can be better grasped for pulling them out of the protective cover.
