Description

  Lorsque l'on veut     transporter    une vis à sa     place     de     travail    et l'y visser, on     déplace        vers    le bas la     bague     13 jusqu'à     ce    que le     piston    10-11     occupe    la     partie     inférieure de la chambre     1c,    puis on     coiffe    la vis avec  la tête 8     comme    montré en     fig.    2 et on abandonne  la bague 13 ;

  Screwdriver The object of the present invention is a screwdriver, characterized by a head intended to be applied on the head of the screw, by a screwdriver blade disposed axially in this head,

       by a closed space located above the latter and by a piston actuable from the outside and movable in the aforementioned space forming a cylinder, so that, the piston being pressed into its cylinder, the head can be placed on the screw then, by removing the piston, create,

   in the cylinder, a vacuum allowing the external atmospheric pressure to maintain the screw against the. head.

  The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the present invention.

  Fig. 1 is a plan view thereof and FIG. 2, an axial vertical section.

       The tool shown comprises a casing 1, of cylindrical form, divided internally into three superimposed chambers 1a, 1b and 1c. In the middle chamber lb is freely mounted a bush 2 having a helical inner groove 3.

   At the lower end of the die, this socket is interchangeably fitted with a screwdriver 4.

   5 is a pusher which can be moved axially against a spring 6 housed in the chamber 1a and which is connected to the bush 2 by means of a ball 7, driven into the pusher and entering the helical groove 3.

   A slightly elastic head 8, made of nylon for example, in the axis of which penetrates the blade 9 of the screwdriver 4 is mounted in the lower part of the housing 1 in a removable manner.

   The chamber 1c of the casing 1 is arranged in a cylinder in which the piston 10 can move; this is provided with a rubber gasket 11 and a return spring 12 constantly tends to push it upwards.

   This piston is controlled by means of a horizontal ring 13 connected to the piston by two vertical rods 14 diametrically opposed and which can slide in longitudinal grooves 15 of the housing.

  When you want to transport a screw to its working place and screw it there, the ring 13 is moved downwards until the piston 10-11 occupies the lower part of the chamber 1c, then the cap is capped. screw with head 8 as shown in fig. 2 and we abandon ring 13;

   the piston 1011 rises creating a vacuum. in the lower part of the chamber 1c; therefore, the external atmospheric pressure will apply against the head 8, the life which can thus be transported to the desired location. This done, push-button 5 is moved downwards, which,

   in turn, lower the socket 2 until the blade 9 of the screwdriver has entered the slot in the screw. From this moment 14 bush 2 can no longer descend, if one continues to act on the pusher 5, the latter will turn the bush 2 and the blade 4 around its axis.
