Une mise en #uvre du procédé selon l'invention va être décrite,à titre d'exemple, en se référant aux figures jointes qui représentent: La fig. 1, une vue de face d7un demi-bobinage formé par découpage, avant son introduction dans un moule; la fig. 2 une vue de face de ce même d'emi-bobi- nage juste avant moulage, les connexions des têtes de bobines ayant été préalablement formées; la fig. 3, une coupe axiale du rotor moulé;
Method of manufacturing a rotor of a rotating electrical machine with flat annular air gap and rotor obtained by this method The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a; rotor of an electric machine turning nante with flat annular air gap, this rotor comprising a winding formed by two sets of conductors arranged respectively on the two faces of an intermediate discoidal support, these conductors forming demi4spires and being interconnected, by their opposite ends, from one side to the other of said intermediate disedidal support. This type of winding has been described, in principle, in the Swiss patent NI,
 353,071 of the licensee.
This process is characterized in that said, two sets of conductors to are formed from two flat conductive rings, in that a dielectric material is molded between these two sets of conductors, and in that the connections are made between the opposite ends of these conductors.
Said connections can be made at least in part before molding.
A stiffened, preferably magnetic, frame may be embedded in the molded insulating material. The cutting can be carried out mechanically or by chemical or electrochemical means, or even by electro-erosion.
An implementation of the method according to the invention will be described, to by way of example, with reference to the accompanying figures which represent : FIG. 1, a front view of a half-coil formed by cutting, before its introduction into a mold ; FIG. 2 a front view of this same half-winding just before molding, the connections of the coil heads having been formed beforehand. ; FIG. 3, an axial section of the cast rotor ;
and fig. 4 a section along the median plane of the rotor of FIG. 3. The half-winding blank. shown in fig. 1 is, for example, intended to constitute the half winding, 121 of the finished rotor of FIG. 3. The half winding 122 is identical to that of in fig. 1, but, once embedded in the insulating material, on the side opposite to that of the half-winding 121,
its inclined portions will be oriented opposite to that of the half-winding 121. A small number of conductors has only been shown for clarity of the drawing. Each cut-out conductor comprises a substantially radial portion, 13 located between two curved portions 14 and 15. At 114, an external conductive ring is indicated, and at 115 an internal peripheral conductive ring, left for cutting to support the conductors and allow handling of the half-windings thus prepared.
The radial 13 portions will be in the air gap of the rotating machine, the portions 14 and 15 will be used to the coil heads, then being folded up as visible. on the section of FIG. 3, and joined together -in 124 and 125 by hard solder or solder for example.
For the molding, two such half coils are mounted in a form of, molding and the crowns are cut, after which the interconnections of the heads. of coils can be made like, </ U > said.
The hub 20 of the rotor can advantageously be placed in the form so as to come from molding with the rest of the rotor itself.
A stiffening frame, of preferably of a magnetic material, can also be placed between the two half-coils. As can be seen, for example, in FIG. 4, this reinforcement will then preferably consist of a spiral of sheet metal or of magnetic wire 126 and will cover almost all of the annular volume included, between the half-coils. Fig. 4 only shows the ends of this spiral to simplify the drawing.
Naturally, in the case of use of a stiffening reinforcement, the interconnections, between conductors of coil heads are established after the installation of < / B> the reinforcement between the half coils. The total thickness of the rotor will be, for example, of the order of five times that of the conductors of the winding, this to merely indicative of course.
The elements are then molded. thus mounted in a thermosetting material and, preferably, polymerisable, hence the block setting of the complete rotor. The conductors of the half-coils, in their active parts at least, in the rotating machine are located on the faces of such a rotor. The molding can be carried out in any suitable mold, a first supply of of dielectric material makes it possible, for example, to remove the form for the installation of the half-coils in a suitable relative position in the mold. The dielectric material can be an epoxy vinyl resin ; it must in all; the cases withstand high temperatures after molding.
As a variant, the half-coils conforming to FIG. 1 and stiffening rarinature and the hub, when these elements are provided, could be directly molded in the dielectric material, the conductive rings not being removed, by any suitable means, until after this molding .
Holes, however, could be made in the dielectric, for the conductors of the inner coil heads at least, in order to subsequently allow the desirable conductive connections to be made by metallizing these holes or inserting conductive wires into them. those holes.
