  La     présente    invention a     pour    objet un procédé  de     fabrication        d'un    article creux,     caractérisé    en     ce     qu'on noie dans la masse de l'article au     moins    une  enveloppe remplie     d'un        fluide,    de manière à     consti-          tuer        dans        cette    masse une cavité intérieure fermée.  



  L'invention a aussi     pour    objet l'article obtenu  par ce     procédé    et caractérisé en     ce    qu'il     comprend,     dans sa masse, au     moins    une     cavité        intérieure    fer  mée.  



  La figure unique du     dessin        annexé    représente en       coupe,    à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de  l'article obtenu par une     mise    en     oeuvre    du     procédé     selon l'invention.  



  L'article représenté, une brique     pour    la construc  tion de bâtiments, comprend une masse de terre 1  dans laquelle sont noyées des     enveloppes        constituées     par des sacs 2 en matière plastique, souples et rem  plis d'air. Chaque sac 2 est     formé    en deux     parties    3  et 4 qui sont fixées de     manière    étanche l'une à l'au  tre, enfermant ainsi entre     elles    un     certain    volume  d'air.

           Lors    de     la    fabrication de la brique, on     place     d'abord     dans    le moule une     certaine    quantité de terre,  sur laquelle on     vient    poser une première couche de       sacs    2     ainsi    formés. On     recouvre        ces    sacs de terre,  de manière à les noyer     dans    la masse. On     place     ensuite une     seconde        couche    de sacs 2, qui sont  ensuite     également    noyés dans la masse.

   La brique  ainsi moulée est alors traitée et     cuite    de la     manière     ordinaire. Les     sacs    2 doivent être     étanches    de manière  que l'air qu'ils renferment empêche leur écrasement  au     cours    de la fabrication.  



  Chaque sac 2     constitue    donc une cavité inté  rieure fermée dans     la    masse même de l'article. On  obtient     ainsi        facilement    un article     creux        d'une    seule       pièce,    présentant     autant    de cavités que     nécessaire,     chaque cavité     pouvant        avoir    un volume et une forme  désirés.

  The article shown, a brick for the construction of buildings, comprises a mass of earth 1 in which are embedded envelopes constituted by bags 2 of plastic material, flexible and filled with air. Each bag 2 is formed in two parts 3 and 4 which are tightly fixed to one another, thus enclosing between them a certain volume of air.

           During the manufacture of the brick, a certain quantity of soil is first placed in the mold, on which a first layer of bags 2 thus formed is placed. These bags are covered with earth, so as to drown them in the mass. A second layer of bags 2 is then placed, which are then also embedded in the mass.

   The brick thus molded is then processed and fired in the ordinary manner. The bags 2 must be airtight so that the air they contain prevents them from being crushed during manufacture.



  Each bag 2 therefore constitutes a closed internal cavity in the very mass of the article. There is thus easily obtained a hollow article in one piece, having as many cavities as necessary, each cavity being able to have a desired volume and shape.



  The envelopes can be of any nature, for example rigid, provided that they are mechanically strong enough not to collapse or burst during the manufacture of the article. Likewise, the mass 1 can be made of earth, plastic or any other material. Instead of air, the envelope could contain another gas or even a liquid, depending on the intended use for the article.



       A wide variety of articles can thus be formed, for example sand molds intended for the casting of foundry parts.
