Description

For the production of shuttering-free concrete masonry building block Previous blocks of this type consisted of two spaced plate parts made of cement, which were verbun to each other by plate-like webs. Such were easily exposed to damage during transport and required a relatively large mass when filling with concrete on the construction site.

The previously known formwork blocks are only intended to replace the wooden formwork and to form a permanent association with the cast concrete. The volume of the concrete mass of the shuttering block was considerably smaller than that of the cavities for receiving the concrete casting.

The present invention relates to a building block which is used to produce concrete masonry without formwork. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that it consists of a concrete block.

The drawing shows, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, namely:

Fig. 7 is a plan view of a masonry and Fig. 8 is a plan view of a masonry formed from the drawn blocks partially cut.

The block 1 shown consists of a pre-fabricated solid concrete block with smooth clean outer surfaces, so that the walls of a masonry made with it are not particularly plastered. The module has a vertical, cylindrical channel 2 in the middle, grooves 3 corresponding to one half of the channel on both vertical abutment sides and a groove 4 corresponding to one half of a horizontal channel on the top and bottom.

The Vo lumen of the hollow spaces formed by the parts 2, 3, 4 of the block is considerably smaller than dasje nige of the concrete mass. Therefore, the prefabricated part of a masonry made with the blocks shown is considerably larger and less cast concrete is required on the construction site. While a concrete mixture made from washed gravel and sand material is used for the production of the block, fine cement mortar can be used to fill its cavities.

This has the advantage that he is fed up with the reinforcing iron rods 5 inserted during the construction of the masonry and prevents them from rusting.

On both end sides of the masonry, the end stones 1 a and 1 b illustrated in FIGS. 2, 3, 5 and 6 are used, which have a groove 3 only on one of their abutting sides. The terminal block la also has a vertical channel 2 and on its upper and lower sides grooves 4 which do not extend to the outer end of the block. The arrangement of the terminating stones can be seen from FIGS. 7 and 8.

Instead of one vertical channel 2, two of these could of course also be provided.
