Description

  

  Dispositif d'ancrage et procédé de mise en     action    de ce     dispositif       L'invention comprend un dispositif d'ancrage  destiné à fixer un élément à un corps tel que, par  exemple, un mur de brique ou de pierre, un plancher  ou un plafond de ciment, une poutre ou une traverse  en béton armé précontraint ou un autre élément de  construction, ce corps présentant un trou.  



  Ce dispositif peut être facilement introduit dans  un trou avec lequel il     est    destiné à coopérer et peut  être facilement retiré du trou pour y être introduit à  nouveau sans qu'aucune de ses parties soit endom  magée de     ce    fait et sans que la prise du dispositif  dans le trou soit en rien diminuée. Il peut être     utilisé     dans des trous lisses de murs et de     plafonds    de  pierre, brique et maçonnerie, ainsi que dans du bois,  du métal et autres matériaux durs. Il n'est pas néces  saire que le trou soit taraudé, la prise étant     assurée     par la dilatation d'un manchon élastique en caout  chouc ou en matière synthétique analogue à du caout  chouc.  



  Le dispositif d'ancrage, que comprend l'invention,  est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un manchon  élastique placé sur la tige d'un boulon de manière  à venir buter contre la face interne de la tête du bou  lon, en ce que l'extrémité filetée de la     tige    du bou  lon     dépasse    le manchon et coopère avec un écrou de  diamètre approximativement égal à celui dudit man  chon dans son état détendu, et en ce que     l'écrou     comporte un épaulement sur le côté opposé au côté  voisin du manchon.  



  L'invention s'étend à un procédé de mise en  action de     ce        dispositif.    Ce procédé est caractérisé en  ce que le boulon est introduit la tête la     première    dans  un trou pratiqué dans un support, de diamètre légère  ment supérieur à celui du manchon élastique, la tige  du boulon pénétrant dans un trou coaxial pratiqué  dans l'article à ancrer, et en ce que l'écrou est vissé  sur la tige du boulon de manière à serrer l'article sur    le support et à     comprimer    le     manchon        élastique    entre  l'écrou et la tête du boulon.  



  La tête de     boulon    ronde peut être de     diamètre     égal ou légèrement inférieur à     celui    du manchon élas  tique dans son état non comprimé. De préférence, la  tige n'est filetée que sur une partie de sa longueur, à  partir de     l'extrémité,    de sorte que la     partie        de    la tige  sur laquelle le manchon élastique est engagé a     une     surface parallèle à celle du manchon     et    n'endommage  pas le manchon au moment de la compression.

   Si la  tête de boulon est de diamètre inférieur à     celui    du  manchon dans son état détendu, ce dernier peut, au  moment de la compression, s'insinuer autour de la  tête et l'isoler de la paroi du trou.     Ceci    peut être  avantageux lorsqu'on désire que le dispositif soit       entièrement    isolé du support par du caoutchouc. A  cet     effet,    il est préférable de donner à la tête de bou  lon un profil arrondi de façon à ne pas détériorer le  manchon     lorsqu'il    y     pénètre.     



  Le dessin annexé, représente, à titre d'exemple,  une vue en coupe d'une forme d'exécution de l'objet  de l'invention, convenant à la     fixation    de miroirs ou  autres articles d'ameublement.  



       Le    dispositif représenté comprend un boulon 1  à tête     cylindrique    2 sur     lequel    est     emmanché    un  manchon 3 de caoutchouc. Le manchon se trouve  sur une partie non filetée 4 du boulon 1, adjacente à  sa tête.  



  A l'état statique ou étendu, le diamètre     externe     du manchon de caoutchouc 3 est approximativement  égal à celui de la tête de boulon 2 et son diamètre  interne est tel qu'il peut coulisser sur la tige. L'écrou  à douille 5 présente une tête circulaire 6 profilée de  manière à pouvoir être noyée dans le     miroir    ou autre  article d'ameublement représenté en 8, et dont le dis  positif représenté assure la     fixation.         Un manchon rigide 7, de diamètre externe ap  proximativement égal à     celui    du manchon de caout  chouc, est intercalé entre l'écrou et le manchon de  caoutchouc, sur la tige 4.     Le    manchon 7 transmet la  pression de l'écrou 5 au manchon 3.  



       Dans    la tête 6 de l'écrou est ménagée une fente  ou douille 9 destinée à     recevoir    un     tournevis    ou clef  de     Phillips,    grâce auquel il est     possible    de visser  l'écrou sur la tige 4 de manière à appliquer un effort  axial sur le manchon de caoutchouc 3,     ce    quia pour       conséquence    une dilatation radiale du manchon qui  assure une prise     solide    avec la paroi du trou borgne  ou autre ouverture dans laquelle le dispositif     d7an-          crage    est introduit.  



  En plus de la douille ou fente, la tête 6 présente  un petit trou taraudé permettant le montage d'une  perle de verre ou autre ornement sur le dispositif.

  Un avantage du présent dispositif est que le trou  du     support    ou paroi sur lequel l'objet doit être fixé  est de même dimension que le trou traversant l'objet  lui-même.
