Lager- und Transportkasten mit Lagersicht¯ffnung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen stapelbaren Lager-und Transportkasten mit einer Lagersicht öffnung und mit einem Stapelrand, der durch eingepresste Sicken der Seitenwände gebildet wird und bezweckt, den Kasten so auszubilden, dass trotz der Lagersichtöffnung eine vollständige Füllung des Kastens möglich und die mechanische Festigkeit des Kastens nicht geringer ist als die üblicher Kästen mit rechteckigem Grundriss. Zu diesem Zweck ist erfindungsgemäss der Kasten so ausgebildet, dass die vorderen Kanten der Seitenwände stumpfwinklig zum Bodenblech verlaufen, die vordere, mit den genannten Kanten der Seitenwände verbundene Stirnwand bis zur Höhe des Stapelrandes geführt und nach aussen gewölbt ausgebildet ist, wobei die Tiefe der Wölbung vom Bodenblech ausgehend nach oben hin zunimmt.
Bei dieser Ausführung des Kastens erhält man eine hinreichend grosse Lagersichtöffnung, der Kasten kann bis zur Höhe des Stapelrandes gefüllt werden und die Öffnung lässt auch die Entnahme von Gegenständen aus dem Kasten zu. Die Seitenwände sind in voller Höhe des Stapelrandes durch die Vorderwand miteinander verbunden, so dass eine Minderung ihrer Tragfähigkeit vermieden ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnung beschrieben. In dieser zeigen :

In der Zeichnung sind die Seitenwände des Kastens mit 1 und 2 bezeichnet, sie sind wie üblich durch Sicken 3 versteift. Ihre oberen Ränder sind durch Einprägen einer Sicke 4 nach innen als Stapelrand ausgebildet, der zugleich die Festigkeit der Seitenwände erhöht.
Die vorderen Kanten der Seitenwände sind stumpfwinklig zum Bodenblech 5 geschnitten. Das Blech 5 ist an der Kastenstirnseite stumpfwinklig nach oben gebogen und bildet die vordere Stirnwand 6. Die umgebogenen Ränder 7 und 8 der Bleche 5 und 6 sind mit den Seitenwänden durch Punktschweissen verbunden. Die Stirnwand 6 ist gleichzeitig nach aussen gewölbt, wobei die Tiefe der Wölbung ausgehend vom Bodenblech 1 nach oben zunimmt. Der obere Rand 9 der Stirnwand 6 ist durch Umfalzen verstärkt. In einer Ausprägung 10 ist ein Handgriff 11 befestigt.
Der Rand 9 der Stirnwand 6 ist bis zur Höhe des Stapelrandes 4 geführt. Er endet unterhalb der Gleitfläche dieses Randes, so dass ein gestapelter Kasten ohne Anheben des Kastens vom Stapel abgezogen werden kann. Durch die schräge Anordnung der Stirnwand 6 wird die Lagersichtöffnung 12 gebildet.
Storage and transport box with storage opening
The invention relates to a stackable storage and transport box with a storage opening and with a stacking edge, which is formed by pressed-in beads on the side walls and aims to design the box in such a way that, despite the storage opening, the box can be completely filled and the mechanical strength of the box is not less than the usual boxes with a rectangular floor plan. For this purpose, the box is designed according to the invention in such a way that the front edges of the side walls run at an obtuse angle to the base plate, the front end wall connected to the mentioned edges of the side walls is guided up to the level of the stacking edge and is curved outwards, the depth of the curvature starting from the bottom plate increases upwards.
With this version of the box, a sufficiently large storage viewing opening is obtained, the box can be filled up to the level of the stacking edge and the opening also allows objects to be removed from the box. The side walls are connected to one another at the full height of the stacking edge by the front wall, so that a reduction in their load-bearing capacity is avoided.
An embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing. In this show:

In the drawing, the side walls of the box are labeled 1 and 2; they are stiffened by beads 3 as usual. Their upper edges are formed by embossing a bead 4 inwards as a stacking edge, which at the same time increases the strength of the side walls.
The front edges of the side walls are cut at an obtuse angle to the floor panel 5. The sheet 5 is bent at an obtuse angle upwards at the box face and forms the front end wall 6. The bent edges 7 and 8 of the sheets 5 and 6 are connected to the side walls by spot welding. The end wall 6 is at the same time curved outwards, the depth of the curvature increasing upwards starting from the base plate 1. The upper edge 9 of the end wall 6 is reinforced by crimping. In one expression 10, a handle 11 is attached.
The edge 9 of the end wall 6 is guided up to the height of the stacking edge 4. It ends below the sliding surface of this edge, so that a stacked box can be pulled off the stack without lifting the box. The bearing viewing opening 12 is formed by the inclined arrangement of the end wall 6.
