Description
Pivoting device of a timepiece or small mechanical mobile The present invention relates to a device for pivoting a timepiece or small mechanical mobile.
This device is characterized by the fact that the mobile shaft has, at at least one of its ends, an axial recess into which a projection of the bearing penetrates, the axis of said projection being located in the extension of the shaft. .
The drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
The figure is an axial section of a bearing and of the end of the shaft of the mobile, not shown, the pivoting of which is provided by the device according to the invention.
The tree represented is designated by 1. Its end has a coaxial recess 2 in which a stone frame 3 is driven.
The bearing comprises a projection formed by a rod 4 whose conical end 4a penetrates into the hole 5, also conical, of the slider 3. This rod 4 is driven into a washer 6 resting on a frustoconical seat 7 formed in a fixed ring. 8 driven into a socket 9 intended to be itself driven into the frame of the clock movement or of the apparatus on which the present device is mounted. The ring 8 and the sleeve 9 together form a bearing support.
In addition, a coil spring 10 is supported on the bottom 9a of the sleeve 9, on the one hand, and on the ron delle 6, on the other hand, by means of a sleeve 11 sliding at the inside the sleeve 9 and having an inside rim 11a. The latter is supported on the washer 6, under the action of the spring 10, and prevents the rod 4 from tilting during lateral impacts to which the shaft is subjected.
Thus, during such shocks, the rod 4 moves laterally, parallel to itself, rising along the frustoconical surface of the seat 7, against the action of the spring 10. During axial shocks, the ron delle 6 leaves seat 7, compressing spring 10.
As a variant, provision could be made for the case where the recess 2 of the shaft 1 will directly receive the end of the projection of the bearing, this projection then being able to be made of stone.
The invention can also be applied in the case where the bearing is not shock absorber, as in the example shown, but fixed, its projection being mounted rigidly on it.
