Description

  

  Verfahren     und    Einrichtung zum Festhalten der Schablone beim Zuschneiden    Beim Zuschneiden von Folien, z. B. Lederfolien,  in Stücke verschiedener Umrisse werden Schablonen  verwendet, deren Form jener der gewünschten     Folien-          Teilstücke    entspricht.  



  Der Arbeitsvorgang ist bisher folgender:  Der Arbeiter presst mit einer Hand die Schablone  auf die     Folie    und führt mit der andern das Messer  der     Schablonenkante    entlang, bis das     Folienstück    in  Form der Schablone ausgeschnitten ist.  



  Dieses Verfahren hat zwei Nachteile:  Das Festhalten der Schablone ist sehr ermüdend.  b) Der Raum oberhalb des Werkstückes ist nicht  frei; die Stellung des aufgestützten Armes, der  die Schablone niederdrückt, muss beim Umfahren  derselben mit dem Messer geändert werden (Zeit  verlust, Ungenauigkeit zufolge Gefahr des     Ver-          rutschens    der Schablone).  



  Demgegenüber schlägt das erfindungsgemässe Ver  fahren vor, die Schablone durch elektromagnetische    Kraft festzuhalten. Zur Ausführung dieses Verfahrens  werden unter dem Werktisch eine oder mehrere  Drahtspulen mit     Weicheisenkern    angeordnet. Lässt  man durch die Spule einen Strom fliessen, so ent  steht ein magnetisches Feld, das durch die Werktisch  platte hindurch wirkt und die auf die zuzuschneidende  Folie aufgelegte     eiserne    Schablone festhält.

To carry out this process, one or more wire spools with a soft iron core are placed under the workbench. If you let a current flow through the coil, a magnetic field is created that acts through the worktop and holds the iron template placed on the foil to be cut.

PATENTANSPRÜCHE I. Verfahren zum Festhalten der Schablone beim Zuschneiden von Folien mit Hilfe von Schablonen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schablone durch elektromagnetische Kraft festgehalten wird. II. Einrichtung zur Ausführung des Verfahrens nach Patentanspruch I, gekennzeichnet durch eine mindestens teilweise aus Eisen bestehende Schablone und eine an eine Stromquelle anschliessbare elektro magnetische Spule, die dazu bestimmt ist, an der Ar beitsstelle unter der Werktischplatte angeordnet zu werden.
