Puderbeutelpackung Die Neuerung betrifft eine insbesondere zur Pflege von Rauhleder dienende Puderbeutelpackung mit einem den Puderbeutel aufnehmenden Behälter und einem von diesem abnehmbaren Deckel, an dem der Puderbeutel befestigt ist.
Puderbeutel, die über eine mit Griff versehene Pappescheibe gebunden sind und zum Transport in eine besondere Faltschachtel gesteckt werden müs sen, sind bekannt. Ihre Herstellung ist verhältnis mässig zeitraubend und unsauber, und ebenso ist der Schutz gegen Beschmutzung beim Gebrauch unzu reichend.
Bei einer weiterhin bekanntgewordenen Puder beutelpackung wird der Beutelrand bei der Herstel lung unlösbar zwischen zwei gleich grosse Platten eingeklemmt, und der Beutel wird nach Massgabe des Puderverbrauchs durch einen Federring nach gezogen. Auch wird hier der Puderbeutel wenigstens lose in einen festen Behälter eingelegt, wobei sich allerdings die Beutelfalten an dem Behälter durch scheuern und Verschmutzungen eintreten können.
Bei einem andern bekannten Gerät lagert der Puder in einem starren Gehäuse mit vorgelegtem Verreiberschwamm, wobei beide mit einer Durch lassöffnung für den Puder versehen sind. Das Beutel gewebe ist über diese CSffnung und den Schwamm gezogen und starr am Puderbehälter befestigt. Der beim Gebrauch ausgeübte Druck wirkt sich kaum auf den eigentlichen Puderraum aus. Auch ist die Füllung des Gerätes unbequem und der feste Sitz des Beutels an eine bestimmte Gewebestärke und Faltungsart gebunden.
Die erfindungsgemässe Beutelpackung ist frei von all diesen Mängeln und wesentlich leichter herstell- bar, bequemer und sauberer zu handhaben und si cherer zu transportieren. Diese Puderbeutelpackung mit einem den Puderbeutel aufnehmenden Behälter mit einem vom Behälter abnehmbaren Deckel, an dem der Puderbeutel befestigt ist, ist dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass der nachziehbare Puderbeutel mit seinem offenen Ende zwischen einer tellerförmigen Platte mit konischem Aussenrand und einem einen entsprechenden konischen Innenrand aufweisenden, in den mit einem Handgriff versehenen Deckel ein schraubbaren Ring festgeklemmt ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Puderbeutelpackung ist auf beiliegender Zeichnung im Vertikalschnitt dargestellt. Der dosierte Puder A wird in ein poröses Material B, wie Nesseltuch, ge füllt, wobei man sich z. B. einer in der Gestalt des Puderbeutels ausgehöhlten und gleichzeitig mit einer Ausdrehung für den Ring C versehenen Holzform bedienen kann. Zur Beschränkung des Puder austrittes durch das Beutelgewebe B ist dasselbe noch von einem folienartigen undurchlässigen Ma terial D, z. B.
Aluminiumfolie, umgeben, das in der Mitte einen runden Ausschnitt E unter der Auftrags fläche des Puderbeutels aufweist. Die Platte F drückt mit ihrem konischen Aussenrand den mit Puder ge füllten Beutel<I>B</I> und die umgebende Folie<I>D</I> gegen den mit entsprechend konischem Innenrand ver- sehenen Ring C. Das endgültige Festziehen erfolgt beim überschrauben des mit einem Handgriff K versehenen Deckels G über den Ring C, wobei sich der Fortsatz H der Platte F gegen den Deckel G ab stützt.
Infolge der so erreichten Verstärkung des Klemmdruckes zwischen der Platte F und dem Ring C kann sich der Rand des Beutels B und des un durchlässigen Materials D auch bei kräftiger Be anspruchung des Puderbeutels nicht mehr lösen. Das offene Beutelende L ist in dem zwischen Platte F und Deckel G liegenden freien Raum unterge bracht, der durch den sich gegen die Innenwand des Deckels G abstützenden Fortsatz H gebildet wird. Für die Aufbewahrung oder den Transport wird der Deckel G in den Behälter J aus beliebig geeignetem Material eingesetzt oder eingeschraubt.
Das Beuteltuch und die dasselbe teilweise ab deckende dichte Folie (z. B. Aluminiumfolie) sind mit ihrem Rand jederzeit lösbar und dadurch nach ziehbar zwischen der Platte mit konischem Aussen rand und dem Ring mit entsprechend konischem Innenrand eingeklemmt. Das Ganze wird von dem Deckel überragt, der bei der Benutzung vor Finger beschmutzung schützt und nach Wunsch mit dem Beutel in ein Verpackungsunterteil eingesetzt oder eingeschraubt werden kann.
