Tür mit Metallrahmen Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Tür mit an der Türfüllung lösbar befestigtem Metall rahmen.
Die Erfindung bezweckt vor allem die Schaffung einer Tür, welche sowohl den Zusammenbau als auch eine eventuell notwendige Demontage in besonders einfacher Weise gestattet.
Erfindungsgemäss ist die Tür dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der Metallrahmen U-Profil besitzt und mit seinen Schenkeln den Rand der Türfüllung federnd umfasst, wobei der horizontale Oberteil und die vertikalen Seitenteile des Rahmens zu einer U- förmigen Einheit starr miteinander verbunden sind.
Die Türfüllung kann ganz oder teilweise aus Holz oder aus Kunststoff bestehen. Die beschriebene Aus bildung der Tür gestattet es, den U-förmigen Rahmen teil als Einheit auf den Rand der Türfüllung aufzu schieben oder bei einer eventuell erforderlichen De montage der Tür vom Rand der Füllung abzuziehen.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausfüh rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt; es zeigt: Fig. 1 die Tür -in Ansicht, Fig. 2 in grösserem Massstab einen Querschnitt nach der Linie II-11 in Fig. 1 und Fig.3 eine Vorderansicht des bei der gezeich neten Tür verwendeten Stulpes mit Schlosskasten.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist mit 1 je eine am Tür pfosten 2 befestigte Metallzarge, mit 3 die Türfüllung und mit 4 der auf den Rand der Türfüllung aufge schobene Metallrahmen bezeichnet. In einer Nut der Anschlagzarge 1 ist eine gummielastische Anschlag leiste 5, z. B. aus Gummi, eingesetzt, mit welcher der Metallrahmen 4 der Tür zusammenwirkt. Ferner ist am Metallrahmen 4 ein zusätzliches Winkelprofil 6 vorgesehen, welches der Halterung einer weiteren gummielastischen Anschlagleiste 7, z. B. aus Gummi, dient; die Anschlagleiste 7 wirkt mit der Metallzarge 1 zusammen.
Der Metallrahmen 4 besitzt U-Profil und ist mit tels seiner Schenkel 4a federnd auf den Rand der Türfüllung 3 aufgeklemmt. Die seitlichen Rahmen teile sind mit dem horizontalen obern Rahmenteil, z. B. durch Schweissen, zu einer U-förmigen Einheit verbunden. Dieser U-förmige Rahmenteil und die untere separate Rahmenleiste sind mittels Schrauben 8 (Fig. 2) an der Türfüllung 3 lösbar befestigt.
Links in Fig. 2 sind die mittels Schrauben 9 durch den Rahmen 4 hindurch an der Füllung 3 befestigten Scharnierbänder 10 sichtbar.
Der in Fig. 2 rechts gezeigte Rahmenteil besitzt eine rechteckige Aussparung, in welche der den Schlosskasten 11 tragende Stulp 12 hineinragt. Wie Fig. 2 zeigt, ist der Stulp 12 leicht überfalzt und stützt sich an der Aussenseite des Rahmens 4 ab.
Stulp und Schlosskasten können somit nach Lösen der den Stulp 12 an der Türfüllung fixierenden Schrauben als Ganzes von der Tür entfernt werden, ohne dass der Rahmen 4 demontiert werden muss; die für die genannten Schrauben im Stulp 12 vorge sehenen Löcher sind in Fig. 3 mit 13 bezeichnet.
Zufolge der beschriebenen Ausbildung der Tür gestaltet sich deren Zusammenbau sehr einfach. Auf die vorfabrizierte, mit den notwendigen Ausnehmun- gen für den Einbau des Schlosses usw. versehene Türfüllung werden der U-förmige Rahmenteil und der untere Abschlussteil aufgeschoben und fixiert, worauf die Scharnierbänder und das Schloss eingesetzt werden. Für eine allfällig notwendige Reparatur des letzteren braucht der Rahmen nicht demontiert zu werden.

The metal frame 4 has a U-profile and is resiliently clamped onto the edge of the door panel 3 by means of its legs 4a. The side frame parts are with the horizontal upper frame part, for. B. by welding, connected to a U-shaped unit. This U-shaped frame part and the lower separate frame strip are releasably attached to the door panel 3 by means of screws 8 (FIG. 2).

The frame part shown on the right in FIG. 2 has a rectangular recess into which the faceplate 12 carrying the lock case 11 protrudes. As FIG. 2 shows, the faceplate 12 is slightly folded over and is supported on the outside of the frame 4.
The faceplate and lock case can thus be removed as a whole from the door after loosening the screws fixing the faceplate 12 on the door panel, without the frame 4 having to be dismantled; the holes provided for the screws mentioned in the faceplate 12 are denoted by 13 in FIG.
As a result of the described design of the door, assembling it is very simple. The U-shaped frame part and the lower end part are pushed onto the prefabricated door panel, which is provided with the necessary recesses for the installation of the lock etc., and then the hinge strips and the lock are inserted. The frame does not need to be dismantled to repair the latter if necessary.
