Automatic press for producing large-format briquettes The invention relates to an automatic press for producing large-format briquettes by means of a mold, which consists of two rigid, opening and closing mold halves designed as angles and one resting on a lifting device There is a base provided with inflatable cores and a movably mounted lid.
There are already known presses with which large-format moldings can be produced. These presses mostly work with high pressures and use rigid molds, with the lid and base, or part of them, being moved for pressing. Other feeders use inflatable cores within rigid shapes, with shims facilitating ejection. This.
Presses are suitable for the production of compacts with great strength, which is usually aimed for there and is also required for ejecting the briquettes from the mold.
Other press devices with peelable shapes are mostly operated by hand. These have a low power and are z. B. not needed for the mass production of such moldings.
In the automatic press according to the invention, the mold halves, the base and the cover of the mold as well as a filling line and a gripper device are each controlled by a separate compressed air piston.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the stand of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 in side view partially in section, FIG. 2 in plan view, FIG. 3 in front view of a press with section through the mold, FIG. 4 another example the shape in section and FIG. 5 the opened shape in plan view. The mold consists of the two mold halves 1 and 2, each half of which is designed in the form of a rigid angle, as well as of the base 3 and the cover 4.
The two halves 1 and 2 can be pivoted about the diagonally opposite perpendicular axes 5 on which they are movably mounted (FIG. 2) by means of the piston rods 6 actuated by compressed air, which also serve as a lock. In this way, the mold halves stand out as vertically as possible from the molding, so that the molding can be profiled on the outside (see FIG. 5).
The base 3 sits on the piston rod of a lifting device 7 (FIGS. 1 and 2) and after the mold has been filled by means of the piston in the cylinder 8, it can be closed again by means of compressed air at a relatively low pressure and in the closed position by means of a bolt 9 (FIG. 3 ), which are built into the mold halves 1, 2, are held. There are means for the automatic function of the bolt 9.
By lifting the bottom 3 after the filling compound has been introduced, a precompression of the pressed material is achieved, particularly in the lower part of the filling compound. The bottom can be provided with spacers 10- (Fig. 4) on the underside, which lie in the path of the bars.
On the floor 3, the inflatable cores 11, whose inflatable parts are made of stretchable material, are attached in a suitable number to this perpendicular right standing and connected through holes arranged in the floor with the compressed air lines - the latter is not shown for the sake of clarity. In addition, several stamps 12 protrude into the bottom, which are rigidly connected to a second pressure cylinder 13 located below the first cylinder.
The cover 4 is hinged at 14 to one of the mold halves (FIG. 3) and can be opened and closed by the piston rod 15. In the closed position, the lid is locked by the bolt 16, for the actuation of which means are available.
Above the mold there is the filling funnel 17, which rests on a carriage that can be moved back and forth by a piston drive 18 (see double arrow in FIG. 1) in order to fill the pressed material into the open mold. The goods fall from the storage hopper 19 into the filling box 17.
Above the mold are two by Ge rod 20 controllable gripper arms 21 (Fig.1), which are mounted on the carriage of the filling box 17 and capture the finished ge pressed molding 22 and on a transport device 23 (Fig.l and 2) can put.
The operation of this press, e.g. B. for the production of blocks from a mortar or concrete mixture poured into the mold in the semi-liquid state, is the following: In the starting position, the bottom 3 is lowered by the distance of the pre-compression and the .Formhälften 1, -2 are in the The closed position and the cover 4 is open (see FIG. 3); The box 17 is finer filled with the pressed material.
The filling box 17 is first moved over the mold halves 1, 2 and these are filled with material to be pressed, then the filling box is moved back again, then the lid 4 is closed, whereupon the bolt 16 falls. The bottom 3 is thereupon to thicken the loose Sehüttgood presses hochge until the two latches 9 collapse and at the same time the size of the molding is fixed. The molding is now pressed by inflating the inflatable cores 11.
After pressing, the mold halves 1 and 2 are pivoted out (see FIG. 5), and at the same time the locks 9, 16 are released by the means mentioned, so that the cover 4 can be opened. The molding 22 is then lifted hochge by the punch 12 on the mold, while the mold bottom sinks back to its original position by its own weight.
The molding is then grasped by the gripper arms 21, which are discharged to the side at the same time as the insertion movement of the filling box 17 for the next filling and deposit the molding 22 on the belt 23 or slats.
A central control shaft, which is driven by a motor, controls the entire work process at the correct time.
