Description

  

  <B>Element</B>     für   <B>lösbare</B>     Verbindungen       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung . ist  ein Element für lösbare Verbindungen von       niehtmetallischen    Teilen, z. B. von Röhren,  Kugelschalen usw., aus Zement, Asbestzement,  Kunststoff oder einem     andern    nichtmetalli  schen Material, an welchem Verbindungsbol  zen nicht ohne weiteres direkt sicher befestigt.  werden können.  



  Das erfindungsgemässe Element weist eine  Platte mit einer zweckmässig gegen den Rand  hin offenen     Ausnehmung    für den     Durchlass     eines Verbindungsbolzens auf, an     weleher    min  destens ein     Verankerungsglied,    beispielsweise  in Form eines von der Platte abstehenden  Stabes, sitzt.  



  Eine zweckmässige Ausführungsform des  neuen     Elementes    ist. in der beiliegenden Zeich  nung in einer bevorzugten Ausführung dar  gestellt. Es zeigt:       Fig.l    eine Draufsicht auf     mittels    zweier  erfindungsgemässer Elemente verbundene  Teile.  



       Fig.    2 ist ein Schnitt. nach der Linie     II-11     der     Fig.1.        Fig.    3 eine perspektivische Ansicht des  Elementes.  



  In der Zeichnung sind die beiden mitein  ander zu verbindenden, nichtmetallischen  Teile, die beispielsweise aus Zement, Beton  oder dergleichen bestehen können, mit 1 und  2 bezeichnet. Sie stossen stumpf     aufeinander     und sollen durch mehrere Bolzen 3 mit Kopf  3' miteinander verbunden werden, von wel-         chen    jedoch nur einer dargestellt ist. Die bei  den Teile 1, 2 weisen im Abstand von ihren  einander zugekehrten Enden Vertiefungen 4  auf, deren einander zugekehrte Seiten durch  Platten 5 aus Metall oder einem andern Mate  rial bedeckt sind.

   Diese     letzteren.weisen    je  eine     Ausnehmung    6 auf, die gegen den     in.          Fig.2        obern    Rand der Platte hin offen ist  und in welche der Bolzen 3 eingelegt werden  kann. In den zwischen den Platten 5 befind  lichen Teilen der Teile 1, 2 sind Kanäle 7  frei gelassen, in welche der Bolzen 3 eintreten  kann. Zur Verankerung der Platten 5 in den  Teilen 1, 2 sind an den Platten     Verankerungs-          glieder    in Form von einen Winkel miteinan  der einschliessenden Stäben 8     vorgesehen,    Sie  sind an der Platte 5 angeschweisst. oder könn  ten aus einem Stück mit ihr bestehen.  



  Die Verwendungsweise des beschriebenen  Elementes ergibt sich ohne weiteres aus der  vorstehenden Beschreibung. Wie ersichtlich,  kann der Schraubenbolzen 3 mit aufgesetzter,  aber  gelockerter  Mutter 9 von oben     (Fig.    2)  in die     Ausnehmungen    6 und Kanäle 7 einge  legt und dann die Mutter 9 angezogen werden.  Sie und der Kopf 3' stützen sieh je über eine       Unterlagscheibe    10 auf die zugehörige Platte 5  ab. Die     Ausnehmung    4 gestattet ohne weiteres  das Einführen eines Schraubenschlüssels.  Selbstverständlich entspricht die Anzahl der  verwendeten Elemente 5, 8 der Ausdehnung  der miteinander zu verbindenden Teile.

   Durch  die beschriebene Ausbildung wird eine sichere      Abstützung der Bolzen und eine einwand  freie Verankerung der     Abstützplatte    5 ge  währleistet. Diese letztere kann dadurch ver  bessert werden, dass die Stäbe 8 Einprägun  gen, Vorsprünge und dergleichen besitzen.

UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Element nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung gegen den nach innen zu verlegenden Rand der Platte hin offen ist. 2. Element nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verankerungsglied ein von der Platte abstehender Stab vorgesehen ist. 3.
