3ch befestigt. Die Malrize kann durch Giessen her,-estellt, oder # a ii, " clein Vollen masehinell heraus-earbeitet werden und beispielsweise aus Aluminium be- ,;
tehen.

-e work style is brewed at least for the initial deformation casting stages between two relatively movable work pieces that have such different degrees of hardness that the softer tool (here pushing against the associated harder wort can be deformed.
t 'The process in accordance with the requirements of the present invention is characterized by the fact that the two tools are operated in such a way that the work piece between them is a series of # on consecutive ends 11. aminer., gehlä #, # en under-- .e is thrown in order to cause
that it progressively adapts to the shape of the interacting, mil ([a number of # "# tüek engaging fluid of the two tools,
and that between the individual hammer legs the other tool is further deformed when the workpiece is removed, representing pushing against the harder tool ZD to bring it closer to its formal surface.
The process is particularly suitable for deforming work pieces made of hard, fine metal, for example stainless steel and hard metal alloys, such as the one known under the trade name Nimonie, which metals are unAnstige, deep- due to their toughness,
Hardness or a rapid steep #verden during processing.
The invention also relates to a device for performing this method, which is characterized. by means of a die press with a deformable tool made of softer and a preformed tool on the harder material, the harder surface having an ooring surface which is intended to intervene with the workpiece to deform it.
The deformable tool, which expediently forms the patiize and is referred to below as a stamp, advantageously consists of a metal with a low modulus of elasticity and low elasticity, such as lead or some other suitable stretchable metal, while that goes hand in hand with it - quantity-acting tool, which expediently forms the die,
made of a metal of high elastic limit, such as a-Lis carbon-free chrome-plated steel. In certain cases it may be necessary for the male part, i.e. the punch on the hard metal, to be made of steel, so that the female part is then made of a relatively soft, flexible metal, such as lead.
The respective hardness properties of the deformable tool part - and the associated other tool -. partly are largely chosen according to the type of metal sheet of the work piece to be reinforced.
The invention is described in more detail below in a few exemplary embodiments with reference to FIGS. 1 to 14 of the accompanying drawings. Here shows ..

The first die, denoted in and <B> ä </B> init, is fastened in the middle of the table <B> 3 </B> of a single-ton drop hammer and is held in place by the clamping blocks 4 or other suitable means.
On the underside of the die <B> 5 </B> of the drop hammer, an approximately 2% ylind, riseher Bl, eibloek <B> 6 </B> is attached, which forms the deformable tool part, the so-called push part, which lead block < B> 6 </B> has about the same diameter as the original work piece.
In a common method of fastening the lead block <B> 6 </B> to the stamp <B> 5 </B>, this is provided with a row of sawtooth-like notches on the underside, the lead block <B> 6 </B> is then placed in the middle of the table top <B> 3 </B> <B> - </B> of course be% -or (,
After die 2 is attached, the stamp <B> 5 </B> is then dropped onto the lead block <B> 6 </B>.
<B> It </B> will now be a Meissing disc <B> 7, </B> <B> 3 </B> with approximately the same diameter and the same die as the We, rl # s ## tüek, wilten on the first die 2 and on this 31 brass disc <B> 7 </B> dns <B> 8. </B> Both S ',
eheiben <B> 7 </B> and <B> 8 </B> protrude with an outer edge of about <B> 50 </B> in diameter beyond the recess of the die 2 tind the 31, essing. # elleibe <B> 7 </B> rests with its edge on the end face of the die 2, which surrounds the recess.
The stamp <B> 5 </B> becomes zero with your Bl-eibJoek <B> 6 </B> yeast attached to the movement., Itüek <B> 8 </B> and the brass disc <B> 7 below </B> dropped so that the underside of the lead 1) Jo (#lzs <B> 6 </B> can be flattened through the top of the workpiece <B> 8 </B>.
Now the stamp <B> 5 </B> - is lifted, the work piece <B> 8 </B> and the - # lessiiigs (! Heibe <B> 7 </B>) are removed, and the stamp <B > 5 </B> then let it fall on the die 2, whereby the previously flattened underside (- side of the stöl.)
The forming lead block <B> 6 </B> is pressed a little into the mouth of the die <B> 2 </B>, so that the ram assumes the shape of the upper part of the die (hung, as on Plunger <B> 9 </B> indicated according to FIG. 3a.
The punch <B> 5 </B> is lifted again, the brass disc <B> 7 </B> is placed on the die '22 and then with. the.
pre-shaped pusher <B> 9 </B> a series <B> full </B> on the brass Nelleibe <B> 7 </B> - exercised, which thereby into the mouth - of the Clesenkes <B> 2 </B> and thus provided with a flat circular indentation <B> 10 </B> (FIG. 3b) </B>, which in its (-T'e # stalt your pencil <B> 9 </B>.
At the same time, the ram <B> 9 </B> itself is approximately #, 4, corresponding to the diAe of the brass disc, which is the same as that of the workpiece.
Now the Me ## singseheibe <B> 7 </B> lieraus.genoinnien, which is provided with a recess <B> 10 </B>, and the flat work piece <B> 8 </B> t. If <B> CC </B> now the ram <B> 9 </B> falls on the Werl # piece <B> 8, </B> (if it does the same - by a certain amount into the die mouth, what with a slight deforination of the workpiece metal is connected and.
the recess <B> 11 </B> (Fig. <B> 3e) </B>, the shape of which is determined by the Geserik mouth on the one hand and the previous shape of the pencil.
The above-described sequence of work processes is repeated several times, with the ram <B> 6 </B> first being released to fall onto the die 2, and penetrating deeper into the die, then the brass disc B> 7 </B> and with the help of which the dimensions of the plunger are reduced by the thickness of the sheet metal. After taking out the brass disc, the # sales stüeli is then:
<B> 8 </B> is again inserted into the die 2 and driven a bit deeper into the die by the ram, each one of the successive deformations corresponding to the gradually changing shape of the lead ram.
In this way, the work style is provided with a deepening in the middle in gradually progressing processing stages,
which initially corresponds to the shape of the die mouth and, as the shape of the lead pestle continues to change, more and more assumes the cylindrical shape of the recess of the die 2.
The successive deformations are continued until the workpiece is brought onto the entire animal of the die 2 ..
Then the first die is exchanged for die no. 2 and the successive deformation steps are repeated, and this is repeated with each of the dies no. 2 to <B> 7 </B> (not shown) until a cylindrical A third deepening of the desired dimensions is achieved, the workpiece going through the deformation stages indicated in FIG. 4 in dashed lines.
If, in the course of the progressive deformation of the workpiece, it becomes apparent that the ram is provided with too little soft metal to fill the entire recess of the deeper cavities, additional molten metal is poured into the brass pot or the 'N #' e # rl # "stüekvel recess is poured and the cast ram is fastened back to the punch <B> 5 </B>.
In cases where a special shape is required, a die or die with the exact final dimensions is produced and the associated ram is produced by pouring molten metal into the die after the above-mentioned procedure.
In order to ensure the required dimensions for the ram as well, the metal used to cast the ram can consist of an alloy of the appropriate shrinkage and the cast ram can be reworked by machine, uni the wall thickness of the workpiece Ael "to see.
The pestle formed in this way is then baked into the punch <B> 5 </B> and the preformed workstile is deformed onto the end piece by a, -lifsequ-eii (1 # e Hanunetsehlägesehritt-wise, to see the produced lead pot as closely <B> as </B> possible with the inner walls of the last die.
It has been shown that in the form of buildings with smooth rounded contours, for example a cylinder with a half-bottom, the pestle. oh for this last processing stage can consist of white metafl, such as lead.
Against it. for the final deformation of objects with sharp edges or complex external structures., # iss or pestles for the end contact with the tin are preferable to harder metal, such as iron.
<I> Example </I> ',' Another embodiment of the method concerns the production of a hollow body lli according to Fil-.5, which approaches with an ang-e-. cylindrical middle part 14 is provided, which at its open end merges into an approximately obtuse1-angled, see widening the connector part <B> 15 </B>.
In the case of the example, a die <B> 16 </B> is baked on the drop hammer <B> 3 </B> for the initial disfigurement of the workpiece, which is <B> C </B> an obtuse-angled conical V, recess <B> kn </B> t '<B> 17 </B> is provided, whose, cross-section,
3ioiien are smaller than the dimensions of the conical extension <B> 15 </B> of the finished object.
A plunger <B> 18 </B> is then attached to the stamp <B> 5 </B> in the manner already described in example <B> 1 </B>, the end face by A.-tiisto - Ssen on two superposed disks, a workpiece 1.9 made of hard metal and a Nessing plate 20, flattened.
The deformation steps described in example <B> 1 </B> are then carried out (eiit ## - ", pre- ellend- l, 'i-.7 (/ to <B> 70 , </B> in order to adapt flas Wei ".stüc-lz <B> 19 </B> to the shape of the die.

The VtP method example 2 just described can be used for the last processing stages -; - stages a process section for the production of a with deepening and expansion,

A ram <B> 31 </B> made of relatively white metal, for example tin, interacts with this die 28, with the ram, for example by casting, having approximately the same shape as the die 28 is manufactured.
The deformation of the intended Beellerförnügen Werl, - .stüekes then takes place in: the die <B> 28 </B> in successive individual stages as already described, until the object according to FIG. 9 is completed. If requested, the extensions <B> 30 </B> of the die <B> 28 </B> can be produced as individual, separate parts and fixed or individually blended in the joint.
<I> Example<B>3</B> </I> This exemplary embodiment of the method relates to the production of the in. Fi'o ,. <B> 11 </B> MI object <B> 31 </B> <B> CC </B> which is reproduced unexsideed and which consists of stainless steel and has an indentation <B> 32 </B> on its bottom tile is provided.
For the production of the object <B> 31 </B>, a cup-shaped hollow part corresponding to that of the exemplary embodiment <B> 1 </B> is first produced, with an inclined side wall 32a and a flat bottom side, 4ie with an intersecting thread go, which already corresponds approximately to the rounding <B> 33 </B> of FIG. 11 </B>. As a result of the progressive shaping of the ram <B> 36 </B> and the hammer blows exerted by the same on the workpiece <B> 37 </B>, a gradual step takes place, as shown in the embodiment example <B> 1 </B> wise deformation of the bottom surface of the workpiece <B> 37, </B> -to assign the desired indentation, sellaff en.
In the present case, the last deformations are carried out to their final dimensions with a Zilin ram produced by casting or in another suitable manner. <I> Example<B>4</B> </I> In this exemplary embodiment it should be shown that for the production of deformations on a preformed block as described,
Hydraulic pressure can also be used for the subsequent last deformation stages, in the present case around circular ribs protruding outward in the curved wall of the object shown in FIG. 13 B> 39 </B>.
This is a pot-shaped work piece made of hard metal. produced as far as possible in the manner described in example <B> 1 </B>, and the last deformation takes place in a die 40 according to FIG. 14, which is provided with corresponding depressions 41 for producing the ribs 39 / B> is provided. In the previous manufacture of the pot-shaped work pieces. the wells 41 of the die are temporarily filled with clay or other suitable material.
To carry out the last deformation, a plunger 42 made of lead or another soft metal is used, which is produced in the hollow brass body produced during the preceding shaping of the cup-shaped material.
The after 3fe, -.,; inghohlli: after the complete production of the ram die 40 <B> '</B> is pulled out and the pot-shaped' \ Verkstüek is inserted. 'Now the' Werkstilek 43 is repeated hammer blows on the part of the plunger

The pot-shaped work piece is now pulled out of your die 40 and the temporary filling in the recesses 41 is timed. Then the 'Werkstilek is used again. and a small amount of <B> oil </B> or another liquid is provided on its bottom.

before the depressions 41 overlap in the die, they do not rest on the inside of the die. This D-riiek has the effect that the relevant wall parts of the workpiece, eli: e # 3, are pushed into the depressions.
This process is continued until the corresponding part of the work style is complete. firmly in the indentations. on the walls of the depressions. 41 is present where with. the desired rib <B> 39 </B> is formed. In order to be able to take out the Werkstilek finished in this way, a Trennitige 44 is seen before, the die thus forms two parts ..
In each of the various machining stages during the formation of a Cre-en, s, each-doeh especially during, the deformation Lmg- on -dar, final dimension, ss, it can be advantageous Use a relatively hard metal ram and a softer die.
In this case: a steel trough is used to hold the white metal for the die. The material for the matrix consists, usually of sehmelzharen leluations, for example a: Lis 45 to 6011 / o bismuth, with lead, tin and, if desired, also cadmium as well as smaller amounts of other materials.
A suitable Legoierang consists of 54 weight percent bismuth, <B> 26 </B> weight percent tin and 20 weight percent. Cadmium. Of course, harder non-ferrous metals and metal alloys can also be used for the matrix.
When using a white rivet die, a ram made of steel is used, the shape of which corresponds to the individual inside dimensions. of the object to be produced which corresponds to <B> and </B> the all) stamp of the fall hamnier is attached.
The steel trough for receiving the soft metal for the die is placed in the middle of the table of the Pallhamnier and, in this position, is held firmly by means of attachments or other holding means.
